Abstract

Modern developed countries have used technology in the field of sports, and as a result, they frequently outperform their competitors. Some countries have yet to incorporate technology in sports since it is expensive, therefore they continue to rely on traditional techniques. The purpose of this study is to create a product that can be used for kick reaction speed training in taekwondo sports. This study is a development study that employs ten stages of development processes. In this study, data was gathered using product validation questionnaires, respondent questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, descriptive percentages were utilized as a data analysis technique. The findings of this study are in the form of a sensor tool based on a smartphone application for training kick reaction speed in the Taekwondo martial arts branch. Research result on a small-scale trial involving 10 athletes yielded a percentage score of 73%. A large-scale study including 45 athletes and 4 coaches yielded a percentage score of 92 percent athletes and 92 percent coaches, earning them the "extremely feasible" category. Conclusion this study resulted in a smartphone application -based sensor tool product with a function to train kick reaction speed in the taekwondo martial arts branch, which has a good tool effectiveness and gets a positive response from both coaches and athletes.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that is happening right now has an impact on various sectors. One of them is in the field of education, where learning in schools must be carried out online. Physical Education Sport and Health (PESH) learning is also carried out online, so it is necessary to evaluate online PESH learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze the initial state, implementation and evaluation of learning out comes include the lesson plan, learning facilities and infrastructure during the COVID-19 pandemic at Junior High Schools in Central Semarang. Researh Method evaluation using the countenance evaluation model from Stake, including antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. Collecting data used observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques using 4 components, there are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results of all schools on Antecedent completeness of equipment, facilities and infrastructure are complete, and school program policies are appropriate. Meanwhile, all of the schools in the Transaction have not gone well, and online learning Outcomes in all schools during pandemic at Junior High Schools in Central Semarang have decreased. The conclusions from this study is that PESH in Antecedentsin online learning during Covid-19 disease at Junior High Schools in Central Semarang have complete learning tools, the program policies as needed, and support the learning process. But, on the other hand, the facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. Transaction in online learning is still constrained in its implementation, and the Outcomes have poor results because student achievement has decreased.

Abstract

The inappropriateness of early childhood athlete training has a negative impact for athletes, especially the learning to train stage of 9-12 year old boys and 8-11 years old girls on psychological aspects, physiological aspects and physical aspects. The purpose of this research is to improve basic motion skills and produce a product of the learning model book to train pencak silat tapak suci. The method used by Ploomp's Research and Development. (1) Training needs of athletes and coaches (2) Development stage (3) Assessment stage (4) Systematic and reflection. The results of the study were hand games, types of foot games and combination games in support of improving motion skills with standard pre-test deviation of 14.5 and post-test 7.2. Analysis of T-test test data showed a sig value = 0.000 because the sig value < 0.05 then H0 was rejected and it was concluded that there was a significant difference in training using the learning to train model, and there was an increase in the mean pre-test score to the post test with a value of 41.8 to 80.36 so that the learning model to train the Sacred Site significantly improved the ability of basic motion and was very good and worthy of use by the kader of tapak suci trainers.

Abstract

Occupational safety is very important, especially in recreational sports because the implementation of recreational sports has a high risk, as well as at the pikatan water park. The purpose of this study was to analyze occupational safety in the recreational sports attractive of Pikatan Water Park, in terms of human resources and infrastructure aspects. This type of research is qualitative. Respondents in this study were 2 managers, 2 employees, 3 operators and 28 visitors in two aspects of research, namely human resources aspects and infrastructure aspects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and document tracing. Data management for the results obtained using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were for occupational safety in the recreational sport rides of Pikatan Water Park, Temanggung Regency, in terms of human resources, from 7 sub-aspects of the research, 6 sub-aspects were standardized. From the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, it was found that from 4 sub-aspects of the study there were 3 indicators in 3 sub-aspects that needed to be standardized. The Conclusion Research on occupational safety inrecreational sports water park has generally been met, but in terms of resources, it is necessary to meet employee performance appraisal standards. From the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the rides and the need to fulfill the indicators for the prohibition of people with infectious diseases in the recreational area of the Pikatan Water Park.

Abstract

The background of this research is that sport climbing as a sport has the potential to contribute to the future development of sports in Indonesia. Lubuk Linggau City is home to various sports that have a chance to earn a gold medal in 2013, including sport climbing. Since 2014, the sport climbing has seen a fall in achievement at city, provincial, and national levels. The goal of this study is to examine management of the following functions: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. This study employs a qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used to collect data. Administrators, coaches, athletes, and parents provided data. The data analysis process involved data triangulation in three stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion drafting. The study's findings include the following: 1) Management planning (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely it is clear who, what, when, where, and how to do it; 2) Organizing, management (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely comprehensive management, work mechanism, no written job description, and routine activities that are discussed at the start of the year; 3) Actuating, management (FPTI) meets the categorization criteria, namely it is complete management, work mechanism, and there are routine activities that The study's conclusions show that: (1) Planning: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is excellent; (2) Organizing: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is pretty good; and (3) Actuating: the Indonesian sport climbing federation's management is fairly good. (4) Controlling: the Indonesian sport climbing association is quite well run.
