Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the difference in the influence of the plyometric jump to box and plyometric barrier hops training on start jump of swimming grab-start, finding out the difference in the influence between groups having high concentration level and groups having low concentration level on start jump of swimming grab-start, and analyzing interaction of plyometric training and the level of concentration on start jump of swimming grab-start. This was a kind of experimental research that used a quantitative descriptive method with a 2x2 factorial design. Additionally, it used the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program to calculate the data. The results of the study revealed that there were differences in influence between groups using the plyometric jump to box training method with an average value of 2.623 and plyometric barrier hops training with the average value of 2.581, so that it resulted in the difference with the average value by 0.042, there were differences in influence between athletes who have a high concentration level with an average value of 2.629 and athletes who have a low concentration level with an average value of 2.575, so that it resulted in the difference with the average value by 0.054, and there was the interaction between groups using plyometric training method and concentration levels on start jump of swimming grab-start.

This study used an experimental method using factorial 2x2 design. The data analysis technique used Variant Analysis (ANOVA) at a significance level (α) of 0.05. The subjects in this study were karate athletes at Bukit Sejahtera, Palembang, South Sumatra. The results of this study: (1) There is a difference in influence between Illinois agility training and t-drill on the Mawashi-Geri kick, (2) There is a difference in influence between karate athletes who have the high and low category of leg muscle flexibility on Mawashi-Geri kick, (3) There is an interaction between the agility training method, and leg muscle flexibility towards the Mawashi-Geri kick results at Bukit Sejahtera karate club/dojo, Palembang. Suggestion: sports coaches can use the Illinois agility training method as an alternative training method for the Mawashi-Geri Jodan kick training, and for other researchers who wish to conduct similar research, it is hoped that it will further develop research with a broader scope.

The technique that must be mastered by each player is to pass (passing), herding (dribbling), kicking (shooting), controlling, heading, a futsal player must also pay attention to physical supporting factors that can support good mastery of technique is speed, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, accuracy, explosive power, coordination reaction, balance and agility. How big is the contribution between agility, endurance, leg length to dribbling ability and passing? This type of research is a type of research with a quantitative approach emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. Inferential research analyzes the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses. The sample in this study was taken from 50 people who practiced at SMKN 3 Semarang. The number of samples is 50 people because there are only 50 people who practice gymnastics at SMKN 3 Semarang. The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method. The results of the study were obtained from tests of passing ability and dribble ability conducted to 50 students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang. Agility will be able to improve the passing ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang at 7.7%. Durability will be able to increase the passing ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang at 34.9%. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the differences in the effect of interval and continuous training method on the 100 meter swimming speed of Tirta Taruna swimmers in Yogyakarta. This study used a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used tests and measurements. This type of study was experimental research through treatment or treatment. The subjects of the study were 20 Tirta Taruna Yogyakarta swimmers. The sample was taken using a random sampling technique from the population of all swimmers. The research instrument used Two Hand Medicine Ball Test and Swimming Speed Test. Based on the results of the data analysis from the Anova results it was obtained that Fvalue = 0.312 and Ftable = 5.95, it means that Fvalue > Ftable, therefore, it can be stated that there was a significant correlation or relationship between training methods and arm power with the results of the third hypothesis showing that significant results between factor A (interval and continuous training method) and B (arm power) on the 100 meter swimming speed . The results related to the hypothesis of the training method proved that there was an interaction between the type of interval and continuous training method with arm power in effect on the 100meter freestyle swimming speed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model, type Team Games Tournament (TGT) to the volleyball game for lower passing technique and lower service technique of Junior High School students in Randudongkal Rayon, Pemalang Regency. The method used in this study is the action research method, with data collection techniques using closed observations with scale responses to teacher teaching activities. The scale of the answers in this study uses a modified Likert scale, where each answer has the same intensity. Teaching activities are conducted in two meetings, with learning steps as follows: the teacher conveys the learning objectives, motivates students and links the lesson with the previous ones, the teacher organizes students into small groups (4-6 students) and discusses the subject matter, the teacher calls the group representatives to be in front of the class and gives questions to answer, the teacher divides students into the tournament chart and shares tournament questions based on the level of difficulty, the teacher gives awards to each group that has high scores. The participants in this study were eight junior high school teachers in Rayon Randudongkal with a random sampling technique. The results of the study stated that teachers in Randudongkal rayon were still less able to apply the cooperative learning model type Team Games Tournament (TGT) on lower passing technique and lower service technique for the volleyball game of junior high school students in Randudongkal District.

There were several techniques used to analyze the data, such as (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion/verification. The result showed that: (a) The early condition of MGMP described a lack of information and communication, (b) the first socialization showed that the participants understand the goals and functions of MGMP, (c) the second socialization was the planning of work program namely the monthly, semester and annual program, (d) the third socialization was the equalization of the lesson plan and syllabus in MGMP 2019 for senior high school in North Central Timor. It can be concluded that there was an improvement in the effectiveness of PSHE MGMP through socialization stage one until three. After the socialization has been done, the study was a success because one of the programs from PSHE MGMP, namely the equalization of the lesson plan and syllabus in senior high school level could run smoothly.
