Abstract

Problem with this research is that there has not been a maximum level of coaching at the Soccer School in Kendal Regency. This study aims to analyze: Curriculum and training programs, Coaches, Athletes, Facilities and infrastructure, Management, Coaching system at the Soccer School in Kendal Regency. This research is qualitative research with data triangulation on data analysis techniques.The results of the study show that: Not all SSBs in Kendal Regency make curriculum and training programs, Not all SSB trainers in Kendal Regency have football license levels, Athletes/students of SSB in Kendal Regency have been classified according to age, facilities and infrastructure at SSB in Kendal District have fulfilling to carry out the coaching program, There is a management or organizational structure with a clear division of tasks at SSB in Kendal District, the Coaching System at the Football School in Kendal Regency has not been going well. The conclusion of this research is: The preparation of curriculum and training programs on SSB in Kendal Regency has not been implemented well. The trainers at SSB in Kendal Regency have not yet qualified as good trainers. Athletes, infrastructure, and management at SSB in Kendal Regency are good enough. The guidance system at SSB in Kendal Regency has not run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: 1) The contribution of physical fitness towards learning achievement, 2) The contribution of socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement, 3) The contribution of the school environment towards learning achievement, 4) The contribution of physical fitness and socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement, 5) The contribution of socio-economic conditions and school environment towards learning achievement, 6) The contribution of physical fitness and school environment towards learning achievement, and 7) The contribution of physical fitness, socio-economic conditions and the school environment towards learning achievement. This research is a quantitative study. The population is 393 students and 13 elementary schools. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation analysis with Slovin formula. The results of the study revealed: 1) Contribution of physical fitness towards learning achievement is moderate with 43%, 2) Contribution of socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement is low with 43%, 3) Contribution of school environment towards learning achievement has incomplete criteria with 65%, 4) Contribution of physical fitness and socio-economic conditions towards learning achievement is 25%, 5) Contribution of physical fitness and school environment towards learning achievement is 67.5%, 6) Contribution of socio-economic conditions and school environment towards learning achievement is 67.5%, and 7) Contribution of physical fitness, socio-economic conditions and school environment towards academic learning achievement is 40%.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: (1) Context covers the background, vision and mission of the development program, (2) Input covers the availability of Human Resources (HR), the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure the funding sources for the implementation of the Belu East Nusa Tenggara Kempo achievement development program, (3) Process includes the implementation of training programs, trainer performance, transportation and coordination between elements, (4) Product includes the achievements of Kempo, Belu East Nusa Tenggara. The results of this study are (1) Context teaches the vision and mission and goals of the Belu district of NTT. (2) Input Kempo has good human resources, the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure is very good, and funding sources that still have limitations. (3) Process the program implementation of the training is the right of the trainer and the training staff. Recruitment of athletes is also part of the coach's rights but there is input from the board because the board is also involved in the recruitment. Transportation and coordination have been very well carried out in the Belu district of East Nusa Tenggara. (4) The Product of the Kempo fostering program is an achievement, for Belu NTT Kempo achievement is good but to maintain the champion is still not stable in 2015-2019. This study concludes that from the aspect of context, input, the process is very good, while the Belu NTT product is a good achievement because Belu NTT is often following the championship in Indonesia, but to maintain the champion is still not stable.

Abstract

As one of the hamlets under the foot of Mount Ungaran, the Promasan Hamlet community must be able to accept social and cultural changes that occur due to the arrival of climbers, the purpose of this study is to review and analyze sports values ​​that occur in the Promasan Hamlet community, to review and analyze the impact of climbing sports on the Promasan Hamlet social community, to review and analyze the impact of climbing sports on the culture of the Promasan Hamlet community. This study used qualitative research methods. The research approach used ethnography. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used data triangulation. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis. The findings of this study are the existent of sports values ​​include: leadership, self-confidence, discipline, cooperation, honesty, sportsmanship, responsible for the activities and activities of the community and climbers, social changes occur include: social structure and social interaction in Promasan Hamlet, Cultural changes include: lifestyle in Promasan Hamlet. This study concluded that the presence of climbers or migrants in Promasan Hamlet causes social and cultural changes and the existence of sports values ​​in every event and activity of the community and climbers. Suggestions to the local government should pay more attention to the hamlet community.

Abstract

Several aspects must support the progress of development. Likewise, in sports development, sports development should prescribe several aspects of dimensions, namely Human Resources, Participation, Prejudice, and Open Space. This study aims to (1) Analyze the availability of open space, (2) Analyze human resources, (3) Analyze community participation, (4) Analyze public fitness in North Lombok Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a sample of 270 people, 90 each from 3 districts. The sampling technique uses a stratified random sampling technique with cluster sampling. Data collection instruments were carried out by observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation, MFT test. Data analysis techniques using interactive. Research results: (1) Open Space index value = 0.205, (2) Community Participation index value = 0.240, (3) Fitness index value = 0.395, (4) and Human Resource index value = 0.0006, (5) Results from the combination of the four-dimensional indexes it can be seen that the Sports Development in North Lombok Regency in terms of the sports development index is 0.209. This value, when viewed from SDI norms, is categorized as low. To increase the SDI index in the future, the Regional Government, Bappeda, Dikpora, KONI of North Lombok Regency, together with the community, must work extra hard to improve all components in a consultative manner, with priority at the low dimensions. Systematic and strategic efforts must be made to raise the sports development index going forward. An increase in the index means an improvement in the quality of sports development, as well as the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference effect between training methods using ropes and hoops on free-throw results with different concentration levels, differences in free throw shooting skills between students who have high and low concentration levels, the effect of interaction between training methods and concentration levels on shooting ability free throw. This study uses an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The data analysis technique in this study uses ANOVA. Based on the results of the study, there was a significant difference in effect between the training methods using rope and hoops to the results of free-throw shooting (Fvalue = 4.87 and Ftable = 4.26), there were significant differences in the results of free-throw shooting abilities between students who had high levels of concentration and low (Fvalue = 4.31 and Ftable = 4.26), there is a significant interaction effect between the training method and concentration level on the results of free-throw shooting (Fvalue = 5.74 and Ftable = 4.26). The conclusion from the results of the study is the training method, and the concentration level is the variables that influence the increased ability to do free throws. Each player has different abilities, especially when someone is under pressure, which certainly cannot provide maximum results. Every trainer must understand this condition by giving some specific training and treatment methods as a solution.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the antecedent which includes the background, planning of the coaching program, and the objectives of the coaching program in PPLOP Soccer Central Java, to evaluate transactions which include recruitment of trainers, recruitment of athletes, training programs, facilities and infrastructure, funding, consumption, coordination, transportation, and welfare of athletes coaching in PPLOP Soccer Central Java, and to evaluate outcomes which include the successful implementation of coaching in athlete achievement in PPLOP Soccer Central Java. The approach used in the evaluation of the countenance model, the source of research data, namely management, trainers, athletes. The results of the study are antecedent evaluations consisting of background, coaching program planning, and the objectives of the coaching program in PPLOP Soccer Central Java are clear and well-structured, transaction evaluations consisting of recruiting coaches and athletes have been going well, the coaching program has been running well good enough according to the scheduled training program, facilities and infrastructure are not good some do not yet have and are not national standards, funding is not going well enough not enough to meet the needs of coaching, consumption is still not good, coordination is going well, welfare for coaches and athletes is still not optimal , transportation is very lacking because it does not have transportation and the evaluation of outcomes is good enough, but not yet stable.

Abstract

This study is aimed at determining the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PJOK subjects in aspects: learning management and student services, learning process, assessment process, constraints encountered. This research is used a mixed-method approach which is a qualitative approach supported by a quantitative approach with a formative evaluation design developed by Scriven. The Subject in this study was SMPN 1 Delanggu, SMPN 2 Klaten, SMPN 1 Prambanan, SMPN 1 Jatinom, dan SMPN 1 Karangdowo. To collect data is used data collection techniques interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used descriptive qualitative analysis supported by a quantitative approach that is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that aspects are implemented well, with an average score of 3.64 and 3.18, are implemented well, with an average score of 3.64 and 3.28, was carried out well with an average score of 4, the results of outcome are less than optimal and making the assessment rubric still lack and the teacher feels that media facilities still limited. Conclusions: learning management and student services are implemented well, the learning process is done well, the assessment process was carried out well, constraints on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum inputting value (IT), the results is using the command method, assessing the attitude is less than optimal and making the assessment rubric still lack and the teacher feels that media facilities still limited.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of maxex training methods and depth jump exercises and leg length on the vertical jump results in the volleyball athletes of the Maras Bangka club. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design of 20 research samples with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. An instrument of this study was the length of the legs measured by the meter and the results of the vertical jump with the vertical jump test. Data analysis techniques used Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with SPSS 24 program. The results of this study there is a difference in effect between maxex training and depth jump on the results of vertical jumps in the Maras Bangka club volleyball athletes, there is a difference in the effect of long and short limb lengths on the vertical jump results in the volleyball athletes of the Maras Bangka club, there is an interaction between the training methods and leg length on the vertical jump results in the volleyball athlete Maras Bangka club. The conclusion is that there is an influence between the exercise method and leg length on the vertical jump results in the volleyball athlete Maras Bangka club. Suggestions for the Maras Bangka club, physical conditions need to be considered for achieving optimal results and need to develop more effective and appropriate training programs.

Abstract

VO2Max is the ability to breathe oxygen as much as possible during exercise. The objectives of this study were: to analyze the differences of the effect of continuous running and interval running exercises, to analyze differences of the effect between athletes with high and low leg muscle strengths, and to analyze the interaction of endurance training and leg muscle strength to increase VO2Max. Method: This study deployed a 2x2 factorial design, using pre-test and post-test. The population of the study is 44 athletes of Persatuan Drum Band Indonesia (Indonesian Drum Band Association) of Semarang. The sample of the study was 24 athletes selected through a purposive sampling technique. This current study consisted of two independent variables, which were manipulative and attributive variables, and one dependent variable. The instruments used were the Leg Dynamometer test and the Cooper Test. Results of the study: The training method Fvalue = 12.712 > 3.44 with a significance level of 0.05, leg muscle strength Fvalue = 0.992 < 3.44 with a significance level of 0.05, training method and leg muscle strength Fvalue = 0.535 < 3.44 with a significance level of 0.05. Conclusion: Endurance training method with interval running using low leg muscle strength is better than continuous running using low leg muscle strength. Trainers are suggested to use interval running to increase VO2MAX to obtain better endurance.
