Abstract

This research aims to increase VO2max in Pembalang FC football players, and this is realized in the form of research using Interval Training (IT) Exercises and Fartlek Exercises to Increase VO2max for Pembalang FC Football Players. Through the theme raised by this research, it is hoped that it can be a solution for the Pembalang FC football team to overcome the problems of the players and the team itself. The research design that the author used in this research was a pre-experimental design. This research will use a total sampling technique by taking the entire population, namely 30 people. Then they will be divided into two training groups, each consisting of 15 people. This research will use a total sampling technique by taking the entire population, namely 30 people. Then they will be divided into two training groups, each consisting of 15 people. 2 on the Independent Sample t test on Interval training and Fartlek training. The basis for decision making to determine the difference is if the sig (2-tailed) value is < 0.05 then there is a significant difference, if the sig (2-tailed) value is > 0.05 then there is no difference. The results obtained in the difference test are sig. (2-tailed) > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference in the increase in VO2Max between Interval Training and Fartlek training.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze 1} the potential strengths of Rafting as a tourism sport in Randudongkal District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, 2) Analyze the potential weaknesses of Rafting as a tourism sport in Randudongkal District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, 3) Analyze the potential opportunities for Rafting as a tourism sport in Randudongkal District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, 4) Analyzing the potential threat of rafting as a tourism sport in Randudongkal District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The subjects of this research were the Youth, Sports and Tourism Department of Pemalang Regency, Randudongkal District, Kecepit Village Government, Mejagong Village Government, Business Actors, Tourists and the Community in Kecepit-Mejagong Village, Randudongkal District. Through observation, interviews and documentation approaches, the validity of the data uses Triangulation, the data analysis model used in the research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the potential of rafting as a tourism sport in Randudongkal District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, based on the SWOT matrix, includes: 1) The sport of rafting has a uniqueness which is supported by its geographical location and the creativity of business owners, 2) A form of promotion that is less widespread only uses media platforms. social, 3) The government's performance in developing rafting sports by relying on Pokdarwis also to promote the Pemalang Regency area, 4) There is an impact on the social life of the community from rafting sports in Kecepit Village, such as changes in community professions and forms of competition among village communities.

Abstract

In this digital era, excessive screen time usage will cause an issue. Archery requires a high level of concentration and a good state of mind in shooting. Screen time is one of the indicators that affects archers. This study aimed to identify the correlation between screen time, anxiety, and sleep quality towards archery performance. This study used cross-sectional correlation with survey test design. Thirty of the student’s archery athletes were volunteers and signed informed consent to follow the study. The research instrument to measure data used: 1) the Questionnaire for Screen Time of Adolescents (QUEST), 2) the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS), 3) the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and 4) an archery scoring test. The result showed that no significant correlation between screen time (p = 0.28, r = 0.204 and sleep quality (p = 0.26, r = -0.213) on archery performance (p > 0.05). A significant correlation was found between anxiety and archery performance (p = 0.04, r = - 0.372). The study concluded that the relation of when anxiety increased the performance of archery decreased. Both screen time and sleep quality were low correlations.
