Abstract

This study aims to produce information technology-based products that can be used as a rhythmic gymnastic referee in processing the score of information technology-based rhythmic gymnastics matches in the city of Semarang. This research is research and development. The subject of this research is the rhythmic gymnastic referee in the city of Semarang. Data collection is done by interview survey techniques, documentation studies, and observations. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods. This research produces a product in the form of a rhythmic gymnastics competition assessment application, which is a website with the address www.rhythmicgymnasticswimilia.com which can be accessed by rhythmic gymnastics referees using a smartphone or laptop. A validity test conducted by experts produces a value of 95%. This value shows that the information technology-based rhythmic gymnastics assessment model is in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the rhythmic gymnastics assessment model based on information technology can be applied in the evaluation of rhythmic gymnastics competitions.

Abstract

Throw in is a way to start the match again by throwing it into the field. This study aims to determine the difference in effect between weight training methods and arm muscle power to the results of the far throw-in without the start of YATPI Godong extracurricular participants. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling, which was taken by 20 players. Data analysis techniques in this study using ANOVA. Based on the results of the study, weight training (sig value 0.000 < 0.050), the arm muscle power variable obtained sig value 0.255 > 0.050. In the variable type of arm muscle power training (interaction) obtained a sig value of 0.500 > 0.050. From the results of this study, that is, the method of arm muscle weight training affects the throw-in; there is no difference in the arm muscle strength of the throw-in. There is no interaction between weight training methods with arm muscle power in influencing the throw-in. Conclusion there is no interaction between weight training methods with arm muscle power in influencing the throw-in without the start of YATPI Godong extracurricular participants. Suggestions for YATPI Godong football extracurricular players, physical conditions need to be considered for achieving optimal results and need to develop more effective and appropriate training programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relaxation exercises and concentration on the results of free-throw shooting. Relaxation exercises used by researchers are progressive relaxation exercises and autogenic relaxation exercises. This experimental study uses 2x2 factorial design. A total of 20 men's basketball athletes were selected as samples with a purposive sampling technique, then divided into four experimental groups. Data analysis techniques using ANOVA. The results of the study: there is a difference in effect between progressive relaxation exercises and autogenic relaxation on the results of free-throw shooting (Fvalue = 8.471 > Ftable = 3.59), progressive relaxation exercises are better than autogenic relaxation exercises, there is a difference in effect between high and low category concentrations on free-throw shooting results, (Fvalue = 8,471 > Ftable = 3.59), athletes with high category concentrations have more influence on free-throw shooting results, compared to athletes with low category concentrations, there is an interaction between relaxation training methods, and concentration on the results of free-throw shooting, (Fvalue = 5.882 > Ftable = 3.59). Conclusions from the results of this study are there is a difference in the effect between relaxation exercises (progressive and autogenic) on the results of free-throw shooting on the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bina Amal basketball team. There is a difference of effect between high and low category concentrations on free-throw shooting on the Bina Amal Integrated Islamic Junior High School basketball team. There is an interaction between relaxation training methods and concentration on free-throw shooting on the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bina Amal basketball team. This research suggests that the results of the study of the effects of progressive relaxation exercises, and concentration on the results of free-throw shooting can be continued by researchers and other sports enthusiasts with different problem variables so that the research results are more complex and in-depth.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a KONI monitoring system in Tuban District and to find out the effectiveness of an android-based monitoring system application for the preparation of Sports Week in East Java Province. This research uses the procedural method of the Borg and Gall development model using only three steps, namely, research and data collection, planning, and development. The research subjects of KONI administrators in Tuban or the Special Team for the Preparation of Provincial Sports Week are named SATLAK PANTAS (Implementing the Program for Adding Gold Programs), administrators of sport branches, and athletes. The results of this study are android-based application products, which are named E-Monitoring Athlete Success Tuban or abbreviated as E-MAS Tuban, and respondents' responses from the aspect of application effectiveness get a percentage rating of 93%. From the aspect of the application, functions get a percentage rating of 93%. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions obtained are the effectiveness and function of the KONI monitoring system application in Tuban as a good medium for monitoring sports branches in preparation for the Sports Week in East Java Province.

Abstract

Volleyball is one of the most popular team sports in the world, characterized by explosive movement, fast and nimble position, jumping and blocking. Coaching a club is very important to achieve goals,namely achievement. Thus, it became the background for the researcher researched volleyball clubs in Cilacap Regency. This research used a qualitative approach namely problem discussed which was aimed to describe or show situations based on a complex order, a holistic picture, data collection technique s using observation, interview, and documentation. The object of this research was Pelindo Cilacap, men’s and women’s Imigrasi Volleyball Club, Bea Cukai Volleyball Club, men’s and women’s Pertamina Volleyball Club, men’s and women’s Holcim Volleyball Club, Polres Volleyball Club, and Pemda Volleyball Club.The results of the research conducted on coaching volleyball clubs in Cilacap Regency, they are: 5 men’s Volleyball clubs (Pelindo, Imigrasi, Bea Cukai, Pertamina and Holcim men's club). Then, 5 women's Volleyball clubs namely, Pertamina, Holcim, Pemda, Polres, and Imigrasi. However, there are only 2 clubs, that are still active in the formation of players, namely, men’s and women’s Pertamina volleyball clubs and then men’s and women’s Holcim volleyball clubs. Coaching is focused on the city while the Cilacap area is wide, and distance has a huge influence, the need for structured coaching for junior athletes. Facilities and infrastructure owned by the club in the form of outdoor grass and sandy fields, do not yet have an indoor field. The indoor court of Cilacap Regency government is not used by the clubs for volleyball training. Additionally, the condition of Wijayakusuma’s Hall is also inadequate in terms of stands and lighting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds to meet the needs of physical education, sports and health education facilities and analyze the availability of physical education, sports and health facilities in junior high schools in Ngadirejo District. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Primary data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis is carried out inductively using Miles and Huberman's interactive cycle. The results showed that in Ngadirejo district, junior high schools with physical education learning facilities in the excellent category were 0 schools / by 0%, good categories by 0 schools / by 0%, fair categories were 3 schools / by 75%, poor categories were 1 School / by 25%. The allocation of the use of BOS funds in the purchase of facilities are as follows: SMP N 1 Ngadirejo amounting to Rp.6,700,000, - which is 1.7% of the total BOS funds, SMP N 2 Ngadirejo amounting to Rp. 3,463,000, - 0.92% of the total BOS funds, Ngadirejo Islamic Junior High School in the amount of Rp. 3,500,000, - 0.36% of the total BOS funds, Muhammadiyah 3 Ngadirejo Junior High School in the amount of Rp. 200,000, - that is 0.09 % of total BOS funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basic techniques of dribbling, and leg length in the early childhood development program of SSB Porma in Kudus Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the two-way ANOVA model. The subjects in this study were SSB Porma Kudus athletes in Kudus Regency. The results of this study are the results of the calculation of leg length variables are obtained tvalue = 0.000 < ttable = 0.050, the results of the calculation of the type of exercise variable are obtained tvalue = 0.019 < ttable = 0.050, in the type of exercise variable, the length of the leg are obtained tvalue = 0.940 > ttable = 0.050. The conclusion of this research is there is a difference in the level of dribbling speed between respondents with the slalom drill dribbling training method and respondents who are given the t-drill dribbling training method, and there is a difference in the level of dribbling speed between respondents with long limbs and respondents with low limbs, there is no interaction between dribbling training methods with leg length categories in influencing dribbling speed. Research suggestions are players should increase in dribbling slalom drill practice rather than dribbling t-drill, the trainer should provide various forms of dribbling exercises, it is better to have complete facilities and infrastructure with the aim of supporting the training.

Abstract

The research objectives are: Knowing the difference in groundstroke training methods and analyzing the interaction between the Exercise method and Eye-Hand coordination on the ability of a 3-minute rally in the TECAD junior tennis player (Tennis academy Andy) in Pekalongan Regency. Quantitative research design with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study was TECAD junior tennis player in Pekalongan Regency with 30 players taking samples with purpose sampling of 24 players. The initial data collection uses a hand-eye coordination test after which it is divided into an experimental group and a control group to obtain the results of the exercise method using a paired rally ability test. The analysis technique uses the Kolmogorof Smirnov analysis technique at a significant level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results are shown in the tests of Between-Subjects Effects table showing Sig. = 0.047 for Method variables, significance level α = 5% = 0.05, Sig value <α or 0.047 <0.05, the conclusion that there are differences in the ability to rally 3 minutes with the groundstroke training method on the TECAD junior tennis player in Pekalongan Regency, Sig. The result for the Coordination variable is Sig. = 0.009, using a significance level of α = 5% = 0.05, Sig value <α or 0.009 <0.05, the conclusion that there is a difference in the ability of a 3 minute rally with hand-eye coordination on TECAD junior tennis player in Pekalongan Regency, Sig. The interaction between the groundstroke method and hand eye coordination is Sig. = 0.03, significance level α = 5% = 0.05, Sig value <α or 0.030 <0.05, a conclusion is drawn that there is an interaction between the groundstroke training method and coordination an eye on the ability to rally 3 minutes at the TECAD junior tennis player in Pekalongan Regency. The amount of influence exerted from the interaction between the groundstroke method and hand eye coordination is 40.2%.

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials that can increase the activeness and independence of children's learning, especially beginner swimmers in the efficiency of improving the ability of motion techniques, greatly affects the quality and success and ability of students to digest the material and increase their own interest to always be enthusiastic in the swimming learning process. The purpose of this study is to produce swimming learning modules in increasing interest in learning and efficiency of swimming motion techniques in children. The method used in this research is (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. This study uses research instruments in the form of interviews with prospective module users including children and beginner swimmers to find out the response to the module. Based on the student response questionnaire, the results obtained were students' interest and positive responses to the modules that had been made. At the development stage the product was produced in the form of a swimming learning module for beginners, validated by 6 experts, and a questionnaire in response to the module. The module testing phase was conducted in 20 children who are beginner swimmers in several Semarang City clubs. Modules are prepared by taking into account aspects of the accuracy of the contents, digestibility of modules, stages of swimming, module attractiveness, appearance, and use of language and terms. Overall, the modules produced were declared valid and according to the experts included in the criteria were eligible to be used. Modules were produced with design and content components that have been tailored to the needs of users.

Abstract

The modern technology used in international martial arts is virtual reality, while the martial arts technology used in Indonesia is a guidebook, motion capture, video, VCD containing audio visuals, and video tutorials. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based audio-visual media in a single category martial arts exercise, testing product acceptance, and the effectiveness of the products produced. This research is a research and development conducted with ten stages of research and development from Borg and Gall. The stages of research undertaken are (1) literature review, (2) initial draft, (3) expert validation, (4) revision 1, (5) product 1, (6) small-scale trial, (7) revision 2, ( 8) product 2, (9) large-scale trial, (10) final product. The results of the research and development is a single-category android-based audio visual media motion pencak silat media product. The product has been validated by material experts and media experts with very good results (92.00%) and (89.17%), small-scale trials that were tested on trainers, judges and athletes of the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat UKM UKM Tidar Magelang State University with very good results (92.05%). Large-scale trials were conducted at PAMUR Magelang District Magelang and obtained very good results (88.75%). Operational tests were conducted at PAMUR colleges with the results of a significant increase in the test items (0.001 <0.05) and single category demonstrations (0.024 <0.05). The conclusions of the results of research and development of audio-visual media in the category of single-motion martial arts based on android is feasible and effective to be used for supporting media for the exercise of single-category martial arts. Suggestions for athletes, coaches and judges that this media can be used to support the training process.
