Abstract

The marketing of sports tourism in Kuningan Regency is less than optimal. This study aims to produce products and test the feasibility of marketing media products based on Instagram social media that are suitable for increasing interest in sports tourism. This research method is a research and development method using 10 research steps according to Sugiyono 2013. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative techniques. This research resulted in a product for the development of sports tourism marketing media in Kuningan Regency which is suitable for increasing interest in sports tourism and as an interactive information service medium regarding sports tourism information in Kuningan Regency. Products are made easy with pictures and videos made into content as attractive as possible accompanied by descriptions or related information. The result is that sports tourism development media in Kuningan Regency are suitable for use based on validation by media experts, marketing experts, and tourism experts with decent results and small-scale tests of 30 respondents with good criteria and a large-scale test of 100 respondents with good criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluation in the PPLOP coaching Program, the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) in taekwondo PPLOP Central Java can be implemented and can be evaluated to stimulate institutional efforts in the long term to be able to take steps towards coaching program in the future. The evaluation model research uses the CIPP model with a mix methods approach. The samples in this study were 4 PPLOP hall administrators, 4 coaches and 12 athletes in the taekwondo PPLOP central java. The results of the evaluation of the achievement development program at the taekwondo sports training center for students in Central Java Province based on the management of the Central Java PPLOP hall administrators, trainer and athletes for taekwondo PPLOP Central Java are mostly in good category. Process evaluation based on central java PPLOP hall management, trainers, and Central Java PPLOP taekwondo athletes are in good category. Product evaluation based on central java PPLOP hall managemet, Central java PPLOP taekwondo trainers and athletes are in the adequate category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in the effect of hanging ball training methods and self-throwing ball training methods, above-average arm length and below-average arm length, and whether there is an interaction between training methods and arm length on the ability of spike back attacks in junior volleyball athletes. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study was 25 junior athletes of Bina Taruna Semarang volleyball club. The sample of this study was 20 athletes taken by purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study used an anthropometer and a Robert E Laveaga spike test. Data analysis in this study used the ANOVA test (two-way) followed by the Tukey test with a significant level of α = 0.05. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is a difference in the effect between the training method (hanging ball and self-throwing ball) on the ability of spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 9.308 with a significance of 0.008. (2) There is a difference in arm length (above average and below average) on the ability to spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 6.231 with a significance of 0.024. (3) There is an interaction between the training method (hanging ball and self-throwing ball) and arm length (above average and below average) on the ability of spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 6.231 with a significance of 0.024.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the difference in the effect of depth jump and jump to box training on volleyball smash ability in athletes of Club Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang. 2) the difference in the effect between above-average and below-average height and low leg power in the athlete club of Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang. 3) the interaction between training methods and height on volleyball smash ability in athletes of Club Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang. This study used an experimental method with a design with a factorial 2x2. Data analysis technique using Analysis of Variance (Anova) At significant level (a) 0.05. The independent variable in this study is the depth jump and jump to box training methods. Height above average and below average as attribute variables and dependent variables are volleyball smash ability at the Artha Wacana Christian University Kupang club. The results of this study (1) There is a significant difference in the influence between depth jump and jump to box training methods on smash ability with sig values (0.04)< α (0.05) and Fcalculate values (7.027) > Ftable (4.49), (2) There is a difference in the influence of height above average and height below average on smash ability where the significance value is (0.030), < α (0.05) and Fcalculate (5.317) > Ftable (4.49), (3) There is an interaction between plyometrics training methods and height on smash ability with sig (0.027) < α (0.05) and Fcalculate (8.603) values > Ftable (4.49). Conclusions from this study: (1) There is a significant difference in influence between depth jump and jump to box training methods on volleyball smash ability, 2) There is a significant difference in influence between height above average and height below average on volleyball smash ability, 3) There is an interaction between pliometric training methods and height on volleyball smash ability.

Abstract

The process of fostering sports achievement is influenced by many factors, including clear coaching objectives, systematic training programs, and appropriate training materials and methods. In addition, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of the athletes being coached, both physically and psychologically, the coaches' abilities, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as the conditions of the coaching environment. The aim of the study was to analyze management, training programs, infrastructure, and funding for the 14-year-old group of SSS football schools in Semarang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used is the management function of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) by integrating the 5M elements of management resources (Man, Money, Material, method, and machine). Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation, while the research subjects are trainers, administrators, and athletes. The results showed that there were still multiple tasks in the management due to limited resources; the periodization of the training program was not quite right so that the peak performance of students was not as expected; they had not carried out a routine inventory of infrastructure; and they had not implemented tolerance beyond the policy for students who had not paid tuition fees. Conclusions Suggestions Management formulates the latest Standard Operating Procedures and implements them with full integrity. Trainers are obliged to carry out training programs that are appropriate to the program, carry out inventories, and add the latest training infrastructure to support progress in achievement. Management must be more assertive regarding payment policies Education Development Contribution.

Abstract

This study aims to observe, analyze, and increase the vital capacity of futsal athletes using the interval training method, a quantitative type of research with pretest and posttest approach models. The sample in this study was 12 futsal athletes from Senior High School 1 Toili Banggai Regency. The study was conducted by giving the model interval training for 16 training meetings and then measuring it using a spirometry type SP70B with a unit of measurement in liters (L). The training is carried out with a training program with a 20-meter trajectory with repetitions and improvements given in stages. The data were analyzed using the normality test followed by the T-test to see the increase and significance that occurred using SPSS version 26.00. The results showed an increase in the vital capacity of the athletes' lungs after carrying out the exercise. Pretest results were 3.0600 ± 0.2340 and posttest results were 3.3617 ± 0.2744. Athletes experienced an average increase of 0.3016 while for a significance result of 0.000 <0.05, there is an increase in effect. Interval training can increase lung vital capacity for futsal athletes at Senior High School 1 Toili Banggai Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of sports tourism in Lahe Island, Marisa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. Qualitative method with explorative approach was used in this research. Sources of data Person Head of Tourism of Pohuwato Regency, Tourists, Communities, and Businessmen, Lahe Island Place, Paper Supporting documents. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation, Data validity techniques using source triangulation and method triangulation, analyzed using SWOT. The results showed that the strength of Lahe Island lies in its beautiful natural resources such as white sandy beaches and diverse marine life as well as interesting sports activities such as camping/survival and diving. Weaknesses are inadequate facilities/infrastructure and lack of information about Lahe Island. Great opportunities for Lahe Island in increasing regional tourism through annual events from the Government as well as water sports activities by the POSSI (Indonesian Diving Sports Association) and Free Dive organizations. Threats faced are weather changes that can affect tourism activities and natural damage that threatens the sustainability of Lahe Island's natural resources. Conclusion Lahe Island has great potential as a sports tourism destination with its natural beauty to optimize the potential requires efforts to develop facilities / infrastructure, more intensive promotion, and active involvement of relevant stakeholders to maintain the sustainability of tourism on Lahe Island.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of using Hand Paddles and Leg Loads on the speed of 50 meter freestyle swimming in Rejang Lebong Regency. The method used is quantitative research with One Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. The research population consisted of 40 freestyle swimming athletes in Rejang Lebong Regency who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a 50 meter freestyle swimming test, and data analysis involved prerequisite tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. This study resulted in a significant difference between the use of paddles and leg load on speed in 50-meter freestyle swimming athletes and there was an increase in the effect of the relationship between achievement of freestyle swimming time before and after treatment. Freestyle swimming exercises using hand paddles and without hand paddles both give a good effect, the intensity increases for 16 meetings. mix training program with the given training pattern, in order to increase swimming speed so that it affects freestyle swimming speed.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the training program for beginner swimmers is still ineffective and the personality and abilities of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong are still unknown. The aim of this research was to determine the interaction of breaststroke and freestyle swimming training on the swimming ability, speed, personality and style mastery of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong. This type of research used by quasi-experiment, the sample population is 40 people, the sampling technique in this research used by purposive sampling, namely with certain considerations, the data collection technique used by observation, a swimming ability test, namely a speed of 25 meters, filling out a questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by normality, percentage and homogeneity tests with normality results of 0.200 > 0.05 with a normal distribution, a percentage of 87.50% with a very good category, and homogeneity test results of 0.000 < 0.05, namely there is a significant difference between results of swimming 25 meters breaststroke and swimming 25 meters freestyle in pretest and posttest. The conclusion of this research is that there is an interaction between the training methods of the breaststroke group and the freestyle group on the swimmer's personality and ability.

Abstract

Media is one of the factors that can influence student motivation and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of using e- learning media in improving student motivation and learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were VIII students of SMP N 3 Ajibarang. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques using paired sample t test. The results showed a significant difference in scores before and after learning. The t test results showed a p value of 0.023 for learning motivation and p 0.001 for learning outcomes. These results indicate that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a significant difference in motivation and learning outcomes in the stages before and after learning.
