Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify how the effect of economic motives and religious motives that influence the motivation of women to work as a garment factory worker. Penganbilan in this study used a sample of 50 respondents, data collection techniques with the use of questionnaires, and research variables are economic motives (X1), religious motives (X2), and the motivation of women to work as factory worker (Y). Data validity was tested using the Pearson product moment correlation, and to mengujitingkat Cronbach alpha reliability using, then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses tools SPSS version 13. These results indicate that there is significant influence of each variable on the motivation of women to work as factory workers. Keywords: Women, motivation, worker

Abstract

Abstract One of the problems is crowded and is still being debated in the Islamic economy is a matter of usury which is forbidden in the Koran . This debate mainly focused on what is really meant by riba in the Qur'an and how the economy of the Muslims who are held in the middle of the current capitalist economy and modern banking practices that require interest in economic activity .In existential presence of banking institutions can not be separated from economic problems of Muslims as a whole . Muslims who live in the modern system of value-free economy can not escape the " dependency " with banking institutions . consciously or unconsciously banking institutions have been brought up to the Muslims to accept the reality of banking today . It is then disturb the attention of many Muslim community organizations in Indonesia to revisit karaktreristik prohibited usury , presumably withdraw in this case the researchers raised two Islamic society organizations that have a large period of the Nahdhotul Ulama ( NU ) and Muhammadiyah . Where the existence of this organization opposing the giving fatwa against religious issues in society . The subject of this paper is to examine how the public views the two organizations on bank interest .From in-depth discussion can be concluded that : For NU that bank interest law it is forbidden either privately owned banks and state-owned banks . Furthermore , NU revealed that the interest taken by depositors in the bank is forbidden usury . As for Muhammadiyah presumably still skeptical about the presence or absence of ' usury illat on state-owned banks , as seen with the determination , that the law is a state -owned bank interest musytabihat . Reason said musytabihat , is because there are two tendencies are lawful or unlawful , as well as in a bank that does not distinguish between people who borrow money to borrow for consumption and produced . Then this should be avoided , except in an emergency ( forced ) . Muhammadiyah 's decision seems consistent with the notion that interest rates may have an emergency , such as Mustafa az - Zarqani opinion , saying that the bank is a reality that can not be avoided . Therefore Muslims should bermu'amalah with the bank for emergency consideration. Furthermore , Muhammadiyah states , that usury is forbidden by religion is flowering trait that is always accompanied by substance abuse and oppression chance . Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to know the effect of religiosity on charitable behavior at the society of Yogyakarta City. The charitable behavior in this research is the concept from Islam paradigm e.g. Zakat, Infak, Sadaqah and Waqf. This research is field research by using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all people at Yogyakarta City. It used judgment sampling method with a sample of 100 Moslem respondents at Yogyakarta City, and it used simple regression techniques to analyze the data. Variables such as religiosity, intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity and Islamic doctrine are studied by their potency to influence the charitable behavior at Yogyakarta. Abstract

Abstract Murningsih. 2009. "Analysis of Factors Affect the Demand of Financing Mudharabah at BMT Hidayah Umat Yogyakarta in 2013”. A Thesis. Yogyakarta: School of Theology Alma Ata. KJKS BMT is an institution that serves as a financial intermediary institution. KJKS BMT distributes third party funds to the people. Among of them are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. The background of this research is that sharia, service, product, and promotion are the factors to be considered by the people to apply for funding to BMT Hidayah Ummat. This study was conducted to determine the influence of sharia, services, products, and promotions on the demand of financing mudharabah at BMT Hidayah Ummah. Type of research is a field research with documentation of data collecting methods, because the data in this study is a secondary data. Where as this data obtained from customers data is filled directly. Analysis tool of this research is multiple linear regression tests that use the classicallinear regression tests and statistical tests. The resultof t-test analysis shows that each of the independent variables significantly affects the demand of financing in BMT Hidayah Umat Yogyakarta. In the F test shows that the sharia independent variables influences significantly, while theservice, product, and promotionare not influencing significantly for the demand of financing mudharabah. The determinants coefficient (R²) of 0.729, which means that the demand for financing mudharabah in BMT Hidayah Umat can be explained by the independent variables was 72.9%. The remaining of 27.1% is influenced by other variables out side this research. Keyword: Financing Mudharabah, BMT.

Abstract

Abstract This study will analyze the subject matter Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, success criteria partially on Organizational Trust , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , management employee , partial success criteria partially employee performance , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, with the same success criteria of the Trust organization , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, with the same success criteria partially employee performance. The analysis used is regression analysis on two stages , the first stage is to test the independent variable on the dependent variable Organizational Trust , and the second phase to test the independent variables through organizational confidence variables to variable employee performance . After analysis of test results obtained by the first stage of the five independent variables are organizational Character , Leadership , Organizational Commitment , Employee Management , and success criteria , the dependent variable organizational trust , which has a significant effect only two variables: organizational commitment , and success criteria . While in the second stage of testing , the independent variables were tested through the organization of trust on employee performance result that only the commitment of the organization, which has significant influence over the organization of trust on employee performance. From the results of the test conducted discussion , that the variable attributes of organizational culture that directly affect or significantly affect the confidence of the organization, only organizational commitment and success criteria . While the attributes of organizational culture that has significant influence through trust organization to employee performance , organizational commitment only . Abstract

Abstract If a business wants to develop into large , it is necessary as a means of advertising and promotion for the introduction of memory products to the public . In making the ads required elements are very influential in the success of the advertisement so as to boost sales. Business according to fiqh perspective included in muamalah that allows the human to one another conduct transactions or civil relations . In terms muamalah , any activity is allowed as long as no arguments proscribe ( al - ashlu fil - mu'malah illa al - ibahah ayyadulla dalilun ' ala tahrimiha ) . Trading activities are permissible in Islam as long as there are no elements that conflict with Personality ' such as the element of maysir, gharar and riba. This means that in sharia marketing , the entire process of creating a good process , bidding process , and the process of change in value there should not be things that are contrary to the contract and the principles of Islamic economic . Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine wether the organizational culture, leadership affects the performance through motivation. The sample used 80 respondens by using random samling. In this research, there are two independent variables namely organizational culture and leadership, an intervening variable is motivation, and an dependent variable is performance. Tester using the test instrument validity and reability, data analysis tools using path analysis, where as to test the hypothesis performed using t test, F test, and test determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct effect of organizational culture on motivation with a beta value 0,627, the direct influence of organizational culture on performance of 0,708, leadership directly influence the motivation of 0,559, there is a direct effect of leadership on performace of 0,565, motivation directly influence performance of 0,771, the organizational culture indirectly effect the performance through motivation contribute at 0,199, the leadership indirectly affect te performance through motivation contribute at 0,130.
