Abstract

Along with the development of the world's Muslims, the demand for the world halal market has also increased significantly. However, the halal market that is presented sometimes when viewed from the halal management supply chain is vulnerable to the risk of contamination. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method that aims to see how the management of the halal supply chain through the critical point of halal food in one of the Mie Aceh UMKM. The data obtained is primary data obtained directly from the Aceh Noodle MSME owners, aceh noodle suppliers, seasoning suppliers, and meat suppliers, as well as secondary data obtained from literature or website studies to see that the halal certificate presented on the packaging label is true. The results of the study indicate that the emphasis on halal supply chain management at the research site should be emphasized, because several halal criticalities are obtained, namely through the materials used in the production process so that they are still prone to contamination risks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the cash waqf literacy variable affects students' interest in cash waqf and whether the moderating variable, namely religiosity, will strengthen or weaken the influence of the relationship between literacy variables on student interest in waqf variables. This research was conducted on students of the Ahmad Dahlan Institute of Technology and Business. The sample used in this study was students of the Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta Institute of Technology and Business who were still actively studying. The sampling technique of this study used a nonprobability sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the Moderated Regression Analysis, which is an application of multiple linear regression where the equation contains an element of interaction (multiplication of two/more independent variables). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that cash waqf literacy has a positive effect on interest in cash waqf among students. Furthermore, religiosity moderates the relationship between cash waqf literacy and interest in cash waqf. In other words, the religiosity variable can strengthen the relationship between cash waqf literacy and interest in cash waqf among students.

Abstract

This study aims to find an alternative in business activities in Islamic financial institutions, especially in Islamic banking, where when the use of a single contract in a business contract occurs, it still creates weaknesses in the process of cooperation between the customer and the bank. So that it needs to be analyzed further the use of a single contract in a business contract for long-term financing is still relevant for business purposes. This single contract in financing is in great demand by Islamic financial institutions because it is simple and simple in business activities, and of course, it can provide certainty of future income, what we often know is natural certainty contracts. However, along the way, cooperation in natural certainty contracts is not always suitable for long-term financing and the needs of large projects. This research also looks at the phenomenon of problems that occur in the cooperation of a single contract, one of which is the Murabaha contract. Due to this problem, Islamic banks have started to implement the use of multiple contracts or hybrid contracts in long-term investment financing cooperation, especially in the infrastructure sector, because the nature of business contracts is more flexible, can be reviewed, and provides the principle of fairness

Abstract

Actualmente, el desarrollo de los bancos islámicos no va a la zaga del progreso de los bancos convencionales, pero todavía existe uno de los problemas que enfrentan los bancos islámicos: la baja comprensión pública de los productos bancarios islámicos, especialmente aquellos causados por la dominación de la banca convencional para que los bancos islámicos la banca todavía es subestimada por algunas personas. Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar los factores que pueden influir en el nivel de comprensión pública de los productos de la banca islámica.Esta investigación utiliza métodos cuantitativos. Los datos utilizados son datos obtenidos de un cuestionario de 300 encuestados. Los resultados obtenidos de este estudio se basan en la distribución de cuestionarios que han sido medidos a través de los indicadores factoriales del nivel de comprensión, los cuales se representan en la línea continua, se puede observar que las variables de conocimiento, experiencia, factores económicos, medio ambiente, la educación y la información tienen un efecto positivo con un valor t de 4933, que es más grande que el valor de la tabla t y significativo para el nivel de comprensión pública de los productos bancarios de la shariah

Abstract

Achievement of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production at POM PT. Sinar Pandawa which exceeded the target was not in line with the absenteeism rate for the last three years, so it can be assumed that it was not from employee productivity. Therefore, employee work productivity still needs to be improved.  This study aims to determine the human resource development strategy carried out by POM PT.  Sinar Pandawa in increasing the work productivity of its employees.  The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation.  The results showed the implementation of the human resource development strategy carried out by POM PT. Sinar Pandawa to increase employee productivity is to implement management functions, namely planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all activities carried out by all departments in which there is a strategy for recruiting human resources, selecting, placing, and grouping employees, training, performance appraisal, as well as supervising and controlling company activities and employee attendance,  various forms of appreciation for employees, as well as creating a safe and comfortable ecosystem as well as providing appreciation and relevant facilities. POM PT. Sinar Pandawa uses training as a way to increase the productivity of its employees.

Abstract

Pasaran Island's waste has increased significantly from year to year as a result of an increase in population. In 2022 the amount of waste on Pasaran Island will reach 504.8 kg per day. Indirectly this has an impact on various issues such as social, environmental, and health. This is marked by the emergence of various local initiatives to solve environmental problems and has an impact on the emergence of various alternative livelihoods, especially for women who live on the island. One of the efforts made has an economic impact on households. In this study, this effort is seen as a form of optimizing the potential of plastic and organic waste in increasing people's income and changing the social and environmental conditions of people on Pasaran Island. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is a method that actively involves research subjects. Data collection in this study was carried out for 1 year from March 2022 to March 2023. The key informants consisted of 5 community groups and the other key informants are village officials and women's representatives who are local initiatives. The results of this study indicate that waste management, both organic and non-organic, has a significant impact on potential alternative livelihoods, especially for women (housewives). Based on the calculation of the potential economic profit from each product produced, it reaches 50% (profit). This potential can be optimized through integration with the community-based tourism model currently being developed on Pasaran Island. These conditions indirectly impact socially, economically and environmentally

Abstract

This study delves into the key factors contributing to success in the business world, particularly among pesantren alumni in Indonesia. Purpose; It focuses on identifying and analyzing the influence of financial behavior and Gontor values, including the Panca Jiwa principles (the spirit of sincerity, the soul of simplicity, the soul of self-reliance, the soul of Ukhuwah Islāmiyah, and the soul of freedom), on financial decision-making and actions of alumni within their business contexts. Method; Employing a mixed-method approach with a concurrent triangulation design, it combines qualitative and quantitative analyses. For the qualitative part, purposive sampling was used, selecting several successful entrepreneur alumni from Yogyakarta, Solo, and Ponorogo, totaling about 10 respondents. The quantitative portion of this study involved 147 respondents, chosen through simple random sampling from the population of entrepreneurial alumni. Results; The findings indicate that the majority of respondents have experienced positive development in their businesses, with increased or stable income. This is supported by a strong commitment to business ethics, prudent and controlled decision-making, and integrity in transactions and financial reporting. An approach based on analysis and avoidance of impulsive decisions indicates maturity in business strategy. Conclusion; These findings emphasize that success in entrepreneurship is not solely measured by financial growth, but also by the application of ethical values, integrity, and responsibility in business management. Future research could investigate how financial education and entrepreneurial skill development can be more effectively integrated into the pesantren curriculum to prepare more resilient future entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price discounts, and bonus packs on impulse buying behavior among consumers at Indomaret Point Coffee in Mojokerto City. The significance of this research lies in its effort to provide deep insights into the factors influencing consumers' impulsive behavior, which can be used by companies to develop more effective marketing strategies. The research problem focuses on understanding how factors such as brand image, price discounts, and bonus packs can affect impulsive purchasing decisions among consumers. This is important because consumers' impulsive behavior can impact revenue and customer loyalty toward a brand or product. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The population of this study comprises consumers of Indomaret Point Coffee in Mojokerto City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, meaning respondents are selected based on certain criteria, namely consumers who have purchased products at Indomaret Point Coffee. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, where responses were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25. The findings of the study show that the three variables, namely brand image, price discount, and bonus pack, have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of consumers at Indomaret Point Coffee in Mojokerto City. Brand image has been proven to have a positive influence on impulsive buying behavior, as do price discounts and bonus packs, each showing a positive relationship with consumers' impulsive behavior. These results indicate that to increase sales through impulsive buying behavior, Indomaret Point Coffee needs to pay attention to and optimize these three factors in its marketing strategy.

Abstract

Taxation is a contribution from the people as taxpayers that is paid to the state, in this case, tax is an obligation that is forced with compensation that is not given directly by the government. The benefits of this tax are used to finance the needs of the government to the implementation of the state government which is used to regulate the socio-economic and prosperity of the people. In this case, taxes must be emphasized to be obeyed because they are in the interests of the Indonesian people. In this case, the researcher will examine the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers. Currently, the community, especially prospective taxpayers, has begun to have the intention in their souls to comply with taxation. In addition, data on the increase in tax compliance has also begun to increase among taxpayers. In this case, the study was also reviewed from an Islamic perspective. This study aims to test whether the teachings of Tamansiswa Tetep, Mantep, Antep, and Tax Morale influence the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers. The study uses a quantitative approach. Using primary data. The population in this study were students throughout the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study was 150 respondents. The method used in this study was snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online using the Google Form application. This study was processed using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate that the teachings of tamansiswa tetep, mantep, antep (X1) have a positive effect on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers, and tax morale (X2) has a positive effect on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers. This study indicates that efforts to improve the teachings of tamansiswa tetep, mantep, antep, and tax morale can be a major direction to increase the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers. This study is also viewed from an Islamic perspective, namely as in QS. Al Baqarah verse 286 reads "Allah does not burden a person but according to his ability". This is in line with a person's ability to comply with taxes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotions on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction for Gojek transportation customers. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The population in this study was 1,128 people and the sample was 92 FEBI UINSU students in the class of 2019. The data analysis technique for this research was Path Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with 2 substructures in the form of the F Test to determine the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously, and the t-test was processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 29 application. The results of the research explain that there is an influence of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotions on customer loyalty. And there is an influence between e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer satisfaction. E-service quality, price perception, and sales promotions can directly influence the customer loyalty variable without any intervention, namely customer satisfaction.
