Abstract

This study analyzes murabahah financing to help ease the burden on customers and promote MSME businesses. In general, murabahah financing is given to customers for short-term financing to meet the needs of an item needed by the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach, namely research that describes events and all matters related to circumstances based on facts found in the field. This study uses primary and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The findings from this study indicate that the strategy implemented by BSI KCP Trunojoyo Bangkalan can solve the problem, namely through Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring. Management assistance, Novation (AYDA), subrogation, inclusion, liquidation under the hands of HT/FEO execution auctions, auction via court, execution auction via Basyarnas, execution auction via court.

Abstract

Economic potential shows the ability of economic resources produced by an area that needs to be developed to provide added value for economic development. The economic potential of the ecobrick community in the Bukit Lawang plantation village can be seen from the many economic resources generated from the utilization of ecobrick such as the construction of a recycling village and the manufacture of modular furniture crafts. With the use of ecobricks, they become goods that have economic value so that they can improve the economic welfare of the community. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, with the data sources used in the form of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were used in the form of interviews, observation, and direct surveys. The research results obtained that the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village is one of the areas that utilize waste to become ecobrick as a manifestation of a creative business that can become a selling point of quality goods so that the use of ecobrick can improve the economic welfare of the community by fulfilling the needs for clothing, food, and shelter. that is needed by society. The use of this ecobrick is the result of an agreement from the community to utilize plastic waste to become a quality selling point.

Abstract

<p align="justify">The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of public understanding of financial literacy and community readiness on the use of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). This is expected to provide information on public knowledge regarding readiness in facing challenges of use (CBDC). This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. There are 100 research samples with sample criteria, namely the millennial generation born in 1986-1995 and the Z generation from 1996-2005. Researchers used a Likert scale to determine the value of respondents' answers. After that, the data obtained were then analyzed using tools, namely SPSS software by conducting instrument quality tests, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and hypothesis testing. t-test and f-test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the variables of understanding financial literacy and community readiness for the use of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

Abstract

Cooperatives have provided quality service for their members but the steps taken by cooperatives for members are not very easy, over time it has provided the best service benefits for members, and some members disagree with providing services and some agree to give service. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method which is useful for providing facts and data. Then the techniques used by researchers are source triangulation techniques, data collection technique triangulation, and time triangulation. In this study, the Jakarta Cooperative of educators and education staff has explained the analysis of service quality and satisfaction of cooperative members, expert judgment on service quality must be made on all services available at cooperatives, service treatment and satisfaction of cooperative members must be (equalized) both Honorary, civil servants as well as government employees with work agreements. Meanwhile, all members, employees, and administrators to further enhance the cohesiveness of togetherness to advance the cooperation of educators and education staff in Jakarta.

Abstract

(ZIS) in Indonesia has enormous potential in obtaining fundraising, where the Muslim population dominates. However, the facts that occur in the field are that the maximum amount of ZIS fund collection has not been realized. The existence of online ZIS today is a form of innovation for zakat institutions in the era of technological development to be able to help encourage an increase in ZIS collection. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Gen Z's interest in paying ZIS online. This study uses associative quantitative methods with Sem-PLS analysis and the Smart PLS analysis tool. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with sample criteria namely Gen Z (15-25) years old Muslims in the city of Surabaya. The results of the study show that the accountability variable influences Gen Z's interest in paying ZIS online. If accountability has increased, the interest of Gen Z in the city of Surabaya in paying ZIS online has increased. Meanwhile, the variables of usability, ease of use, risk, and transparency do not affect Gen Z's interest in making ZIS payments online. The findings from this study are that it can be used to improve the online ZIS system so that fundraising can increase.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that is influenced by halal lifestyle trends. This study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity, subjective norms, halal perceptions, and attitudes on the intention to visit halal tourist destinations. The grand theory in this study is the Theory of Planned Behavior with Halal Perception as a novelty that describes consumer views on the application of sharia principles applied to tourist sites, as well as the availability of halal products and services in halal tourist destinations. The gap in this study is the attitude where there are differences in results in previous studies. This research utilizes a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 221 respondents who are Muslims from the Islamic community and live in East Java. The research testing process is assisted by using the SEM-AMOS 24.0 program. This study shows that religiosity positively and significantly influences subjective norms, halal perceptions, and attitudes. Halal perceptions positively and significantly influence attitudes and purchase intentions. Attitude does not have a significant influence on purchase intention. This research intends to inspire and stimulate the creativity of business people in the tourism industry to realize a tourism business based on sharia principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumer behavior will determine the achievement of company objectives. Consumers will consider a variety of factors related to production. The study was conducted on. The population under study is consumers who've come to buy Gloves loom. The sample used 80 respondents. The variables used in the study include the Model, Price, and Quality Sampling method using purposive sampling with descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing with simultaneous test or F-test hypothesis testing with a partial test or t-test and analysis of multiple determination coefficient. The test results simultaneously show variable models, prices, and quality jointly significant effect on customer satisfaction at with Fhitung 186.747. using partial test showed variable model (X1) of 0.3220, the price (X2) is -151, and the quality (X3) of 0.6540 does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. And variable quality (X3) was the dominant effect on customer satisfaction in buying products sarong.

Abstract

This research is the first in an effort to find out the Business Feasibility Aspects of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Indonesia. This research is very important because the Village Fund of IDR 329 trillion over the last five years has not been able to be maximally utilized by BUM Desa. There are 2,188 BUM Desa not operating and 1,670 BUM Desa that are running but have not yet contributed optimally to driving the village economy. BUM Desa must be revitalized, improving the performance of BUM Desa is important and urgent because Village Funds continue to increase every year. In 2020, the government allocates a budget of IDR 72 trillion. This study seeks the Business Feasibility Aspects of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) by using questionnaires and direct field observations throughout Indonesia with a sample expected to represent Java and Outside Java. It was found that there are five aspects that can measure the feasibility of a business in the BUM Desa business unit: Market and Marketing Aspects; Management and Human Resources Aspects; Financial aspect; Business Environment Aspect; and Legal Aspects. The main problem of BUM Desa is in the financial aspect (76,56%) and the aspect of the business environment (73,29%). Meanwhile, the Market and Marketing Aspects; Management and HR Aspects; Legal Aspect  have a feasibility score of above 80%. The business feasibility of BUM Desa in Java is better than outside Java. The social and financial business type has a lower feasibility level than other types of business.

Abstract

Maqashid Al-Shari'ah contains five elements, one of which is property (hifdz al-maal). The purpose of this study is to comply with the concept of hifdz al-maal for the management of assets by Muslim traders in Pasar Aur. This research method is quantitative with descriptive analysis and the number of correspondents is 38 Muslim traders. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence on the concept of hifdz al-mala on the management of assets carried out by Muslim traders at the Aur Bukit Tinggi market. The Level of Influence of the hifdz al-maal variable on property management carried out by Muslim traders at the Aur Bukit Tinggi Market greatly impacts the improvement of the economy and people's welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of Muslim entrepreneurs in Sharia P2P lending. The determinant factor used is perceived ease of use, the subjective norm in Muslim circles, perceived usefulness, knowledge about riba, and review from the experience of financing partners. This study used a quantitative method tested by structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire. Respondents who were used by UMKM, UKM, or startup business actor, Muslim, and had attended online classes and seminars on Sharia fintech. The number of respondents used was 90. The results show there were three predictors, perceived ease of use, the subjective norm in Muslim circles, and perceived usefulness that did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention, but two predictors of knowledge about riba and review from the experience of financing partners have a significant influence on behavioral intention
