Abstract

This research is based of the problem is still the number of women aged 35 years and above (housewife and career woman) who did the facial skin care in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan. This research is aimed to describe the treatment of facial skin daily and periodic housewife and career woman as well as to analyze the differences of facial skin care daily and periodic housewife and career woman in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan. This research is descriptive quantitative comparative. The population in this research is a housewife and career woman many as 237 people, the sample is proportional random sampling that samples drawn at random sample of 71 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of Likert scale. The results showed Level of Achievement Respondents in facial skin care everyday housewife in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan amounted to 70.69% in the medium category, skin care daily facial Career women in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan amounted to 80.24% with the high category, skin care periodic face housewife in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan at 59.07% with a bad category, and periodic facial skin care career woman in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan of 60.51% with a bad category. The results of t test analysis showed for facial skin care everyday there is a difference between Housewives and Career women, while for facial skin care Periodically there is no difference made by the housewife and Career women in Sub Benai Taluk Kuantan, at a significance level of 5 %.Keywords: facial skin care (daily and periodic), Women of childbearing age (housewife and career woman)

Abstract

This study aim to determine the motivation in completing the study  in the Department of Family Welfare. The type of thisresearch is descriptive quantitative to explain and interpret the data.The samples in this study were all student dressmaking class from2005-207. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Theresult to analysis of data and level of achievement of the respondentsused the percentage rate technique. Abstract

The basic pattern Lucia Mors De Castro came from Germany, which iscontained in Basic Pattern Making book. The basic pattern Lucia Mors De Castrohas never been used or investigated by the lacturer and students of KesejahteraanKeluarga FT UNP on the pattern of Indonesian women's clothing, especially for theideal female body shape. The purpose of this study is to describe a weakness, howto repair a weakness, and the suitability of basic pattern, sleves, and skirts of LuciaMors De Castro on the Indonesian ideal female body shape. The method of researchis applied research. The object of research is the basic pattern Lucia Mors De Castrowere tested on students Kesejateraan Keluarga ideal stature height of 165 cm,weight 55.25 cm, at the age of 22 years. Instrument of the research is the assessmentformat. Assessment carried out by 5 panelists are lecturers dressmaking fittingmanner. The analysis data technique used is descriptive statistics. The resultsshowed that the basic pattern Lucia Mors De Castro for the ideal body shape, hasseveral disadvantages including: 1) bust circumference looks loose, 2) waistcircumference looks loose, 3) bust depth appears to rise, 4) back height appears torise, 5) back width seems less appropriate, 6) armhole diameter look lessappropriate, 7) concave arm circumference seem cramped, 8) darts at the front ofthe skirt does not appropriate location, 9) darts rear skirt looks not appropriatelocation. Of research Lucia Mors De Castro can be adjusted to the ideal femalebody shape Indonesia, namely by doing some repairs on how to make a pattern.This can be seen from the results of the analysis of data on fitting to II, mode was 4,median was 4, and the percentage was 99,7.Kata kunci: Kesesuain pola dasar Lucia Mors De Castro, Wanita Indonesiabertubuh ideal.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to see how big influence of the price (x1) andquality of the food (x2) to the purchase decisions of the students in the cafeteria FTUNP. The sample of the in this research were 100 people taken using thetechnique of sampling purposive. The data collection was done with thequestionare using scale likert that they are highly capable validity an reability.The research result indicates that:(1)The price of food in the cafeteria FT UNPbelongs in the category of less well with values percentage 50%. (2) The qualityof the food in the cafeteria FT UNP pertained less well with values percentage of53%.(3) The purchasing decision in the cafeteria FT UNP belongs in the categoryof good with values percentage 63%.(4) The prices and food quality togetherpositive and significant effect against the purchasing decision of the student in thecafeteria FT UNP, indicated by the significant value (0.00 < 0.05) and influentialcontribution amounting to 30.9%, while the rest of the other variable specified isnot examined.Keywords: Price, Food Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of substitution of orange sweet potato flour as much as 25%, 50%, and 75% of the quality of shape, color, aroma, texture and flavor to cookies. Pure experimental research type (true experiment) with a completely randomized design method. The dependent variable quality of the cookies by using primary data sourced from five expert panelists by asking the organoleptic test format. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and if influential continued with Duncan test. The study states that Ha accepted (F count> F table (6.0)), which means there is a significant influence on the quality of cookies aroma, texture quality (fragile, small pores) cookies, the quality of taste (sweet potato orange) cookies and H0 rejected meaning that there is no significant effect on the quality of the form (neat, uniform, florals six petals) cookies, cookies color quality taste qualities (sweet) cookies with orange sweet potato flour substitution.Keywords: Substitution, Sweet Potato Flour Orange, Quality, Cookies

Abstract

The background of this research  was concern from the low interest of SMK tourism students who monoring system beauty choosing Education Makeup and Beauty Family Welfare FT UNP, it can be seen from lower input from SMK students that is relevant with Education Makeup and Beauty. This research was aimed to reveal the interest of SMK Tourism who majoring Education Makeup and Beauty KK FT UNP. This research was quantitative descriptive. Population and sample of this research where all of the SMK tourism students in particular 6 and 7 Padang at class XII System Beauty department totaling 68 students. The technique of data collection was questionnaire, the data analisis using the percentage of data respondents for the level of a chievement of the overall everage scaves and data classification techniques using mean Ideal (MI) and Standard Deviation Ideal (SDI). Based on the result of SMK Tourism Padang student, gained affention indicator percentage of 67 % ned moderate category, motivate power indicator obtained score of 55 % had low category, and indicator of good feelings obtained score of 60 % nad low category. The resuts of this research was suggested to Family Welfare Department particularly Education Makeup and Beauty department to give wider information about Education Makeup and Beauty department     Kata Kunci : Minat Siswa, Memilih Prodi Pendidika Tata Rias dan Kecantikan

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality (shape, color, aroma, texture, flavor) and determine acceptability cupcakes spinach added nutrient dense red, purple sweet potato and milk. Type of research is the development by using 6 expert panelists who are experts in Tata catering lecturer, nutritional science and food science to test the validity produc. The object of research is nutrient dense cupcake. The procedure in this study is to determine the standard recipe and then tested. Further development of nutrient dense cupcake recipe with the addition of red spinach, purple sweet potato and milk. Cupcakes were developed then tested its validity by a panel of experts to cupcakes nutrient dense declared invalid. Further test acceptance dense cupcake nutrition to children under five with indicators such as many are eaten, expression of interst in food,  the length of time spent 1 cupcake nutrilitionally dense fruit cake. Validity test results Kue mangkok developed nutrient dense declared invalid. As many 65% of children under five spend a portion of cupcake given nutrient dense, and 60% of children under five show the expression of interest or eager to consume nutrient-dense cupcake, 75% of children under five spend portions of nutrient dense cupcake granted for less than 10 minutes. Abstract

This research purpose to know how satisfied the tourist about tourist attractionin Gandoriah Beach Pariaman which include three of tourism satisfiedindicators that are the fulfillment of tourist experctations, the desire to useproducts/services again, and the desire to promote products/services to others.This type of research is descriptive research using survey method. Populasi inthis research amounted to 222.884 people’s and for sample this researchamounted 100 people’s. Sampling technique is non probality sampling usingincidental sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire that tested forvalidity and realibility. Based on the result of the research shown that touristsatisfaction about tourism attraction of Pantai Gandoriah Pariaman tourism isfairly satisfy categorized with avarege value 94,41 at the range score 83-103with 44% percentage.Keyword: satisfied, tourist, tourist attraction, Gandoriah Beach Pariaman

Abstract

This purpose of research is to analyze the relation between interpersonal communication with employees performance at Bumiminang Padang. The type is the correlation. Populations in this study are all employees in hotel operations Bumiminang Padang period December 2015 - April 2016 about 82 employees with a sample of 67 people with taking sample proportionate strafied random sampling. Data collection based to likert scale, while data on employee performance is secondary data obtained from HRD Hotel Bumiminang. The result showed that: 1) Communication interpersonal Hotel Bumiminang categorized as good (57%). 2) Performance of employees at Bumiminang Padang categorized as good (97%). 3) Result correlation Perason Product Moment indicate it’s value 0,457 with significance of 5%. This means that there is a positive connection significant between communication interpersonal with the employees performance.Keywords: interpersonal communication, employee performance
