Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is based on the lack of learning motivation and learning outcomes on principles mechanical drawing subject which is under minimum completeness criteria for students of year of school 2011-2012 construction drawing program in SMKN 1 Bangkinang. Research hypothesis that expressed is there is a relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes on principles drawing subject for students of year of school 2011-2012 construction drawing program in SMKN 1 Bangkinang. This research is descriptive correlation with simple random sampling of 45 students and research subject is students of year of school 2011-2012 construction drawing program. Research data were gathered by questionnaire with Likert-scale, and X variable was learning motivation and Y variable was student’s learning outcomes. Analysis was conducted in three stages: (1) data description, (2) pre-analysis testing, and (3) research data hypothetical testing. Research data was analyzed with SPSS v.20. From data analysis, it is acquired correlation coefficient (r) of 0.301 and signification from correlation value is 0.044 which less than 0.05. It means that there is a relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes on principles mechanical drawing subject in SMKN 1 Bangkinang. Abstract

Abstract This study stems from the students who often procrastinate in fulfilling the academic, this study is to reveal and analyze the factors that dominant influence on the behavior of delaying the academic tasks or also called academic procrastination in students of Technical Education Building FT UNP, this type of research is descriptive and factor analysis. Descriptive analysis known that internal factors are the most dominant influence on student academic procrastination Study Program Building Techniques FT UNP is not like task with a large degree achievement of 56.377 % and external factors the most dominant influence is the environment with a large degree achievement of 70.051 %. As for the results obtained by factor analysis four factors formed and was named among other personality factors, factors laziness, self decision factors and factors initiative. Abstract

The purpose of this design is designing the development of SMKN 1 Padang buildings especially for Construction Department such as ground plan, front view, back view, left view, and right view so the vision and missions of the school can be carried out to achieve education purposes.The design scheme was started from data collection that is consisted of location data, school master plan, guest data, student quantity, teachers and school administrator. The design process is doing micro and macro analysis. The rooms that were developed based on the analysis are classroom, plumbing and sanitation practice room, stone and concrete practice room, and also log practice room. Abstract

ABSTRACT             This research is purposed to reveal the competency of PLK teacher as voluntary-teacher in building engineering class academic period of Juli-December 2015 in SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya. Type of research was descriptive quantitative. Research population was all students at class X building engineering major year of school 2015/2016. Sample collection was conducted by total sampling where sample was amounted to 80 students.Research data was gathered by questionnaire, and then it was analyzed by descriptive analysis with SPSS version 17 software. Based on research finding, it can be reveal that competency of PLK teacher as voluntary-teacher in building engineering class academic period of Juli-December 2015 in SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya is in moderate category. Form each indicators of competency, which are pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies, all of them are in moderate category. Keywords:pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research aimed to reveal the correlation between learning outcomes of Planning Drawings Course and students’ interest in drawing with the AutoCAD program. Preliminary observation showed that some students still use the AutoCAD program to draw and learn to master it, while some rarely use in their daily task afterward. This is a correlational research, the population is 115 students of Building Engineering Education program from two entrance years (2009 and 2010) that already took the Planning Drawing Course and received their result. Sample collection technique is Accidental Sampling with sample size of 30 students. Primary data were gained by using questionnaire. The analysis result showed that there is a correlation between learning outcomes of Planning Drawings Course and students’ interest in drawing with the AutoCAD program. The correlation is on medium level and the learning outcomes of Planning Drawings Course affect the students’ interest by 22,7%.     Key Words:     Learning outcomes, students’ interest, drawing with AutoCAD program

Abstract

Abstract   This study was motivated by the low student learning outcomes Building Engineering Department at SMKN 1 Padang, the low student learning outcomes because of lack of use of the library by students Building Engineering Department which functions as a learning resource library, the purpose of this study was to determine the level of use of the library by students SMKN 1 Padang in Building Engineering Department as well as the use of libraries to disclose the relationship to the learning outcomes of students in SMKN 1 Padang Department of Buildings. This research is adescriptive studywith aquantitative approach. Population isclass XI1PadangSMKNacademic year2014/2105, amounting to 98people,samples were takenusingrandom samplingtechniques, whilethe sampling techniqueusingTaroYamaneformulaas much as 49people. In this studydatawas taken, there are two kinds, namelydata on theuse of the libraryas a variableXandlearning result (grades)as a variable Y.The results ofthe studythere was no associationwith theuse of the libraryanatarastudent learning outcomes(grades). Abstract

ABSTRACT             Based of motivated by the problems there are still many students of Technical Education Building that received low grades in courses Quantity Surveying. The purpose of this study is to determine what are the difficulties faced by students while attending lectures. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach . Subjects in this study were students who had finished the course in Quantity Surveying half of July to December 2014 by 99 students . The sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample of 32 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, which is spread by the researcher and filled by the students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with percentage. The results showed that the indicator of the ability to remember the students in the category simply by percentage of 67.58 % , while the indicator of the ability to understand into the low category with a percentage of 61.17 % , an indicator of ability to implement in a lower category by percentage of 63.19 % , while the ability to analyze low in the category with the percentage of 61.56 % . Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problems of this research were student learning outcomes grade X TGB in even semester 2015/2016 year in subjects “indentify science building” where at low level, there were 27.42% of students get value under the minimum clearance criteria (KKM). This study aims to describe the: 1) how large the contribution of family environment towards learning outcomes students, 2) how big contribution ways of learning against the student learning outcomes, 3) how large the contribution of family environment and ways of learning collectively against the results of student learning.     This research is descriptive research. The population of this research were grade X TGB SMK N 1 Pariaman. Sampele totaled 62 students were selected using total sampling techniques. The instrument used are the likert scale model. This data analyzed by the method of linear regression, product moment, simple regression, and double regression.     The findings of this research: 1) the level achievement of family environment on average in the less category, 2) the level achievement of ways of learning on average in the less category, 3) the level achievement of learning outcomes on average in the middle the category, 4) there are significant contributions family environment to wards learning outcomes students (r2 = 0.109), 5)there are significant contributions ways of learning to wards learning outcomes (r2 = 0.0101), 6) there are significant contributions family environment and ways of learning collectively against student learning outcomes (R = 0.117). Keywords: family environment, ways of learning,student learning outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACT Iwan Gunawan, 2015:   Overview and Use of Library By Teacher and Students at SMK Padang. This study originated from the fact that the use of the library SMK 1 Padang yet optimally act as a vehicle for teaching and learning citizen SMKN I Padang. Seeing the problems visitors less than 50%, then the use of the school library doing research with 227 respondents number of teachers and students SMKN 1 Padang. This study aimed to describe the use of the library by teachers and students of SMK 1 Padang. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were all students and teachers of SMK Padang in the year of 2014. In this research, there is only one variable, namely the use of libraries. Preparation of research instruments guided by the Likert Scale. Before being used as a data collection tool, first conducted trials to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data were analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation formula and the KR 21. Based on the analysis of data, in general added that the use of the library by teachers and students in SMK 1 Padang in the unfavorable category. Keywords: Tinjauan Perpustakaan, Guru, Siswa
