Abstract

-Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi hasil belajar adalah minat belajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar Ilmu Ukur Tanah siswa Kelas X Jurusan Teknik Konstruksi Batu dan Beton di SMKN 5 Padang.Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi nilai Ujian Akhir Semester. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment. Uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 17.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar Ilmu Ukur Tanah siswa Kelas X Jurusan  Teknik Konstruksi Batu dan Beton di SMKN 5 Padang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi lebih besar dari r tabel yaitu 0.489 > 0.413 dan nilai signifikansi 0.018 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract This research is qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research are primary manual equipment, supporting, portable and engineering equipment, of wood workshop in Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering of the State University of Padang. This research conduct to describe providing and needed equipment of wood workshop on the jobsheet. In this research researcher using the data formating equipment to identify providing and neededof equipment in wood workshop, the procedure of data collecting and counting the number of primary uses equipment, support equipment and portable equipment and machine tools used in the practice based jobsheet lectures. The results of a need analysis equipment in the main manual equipment and ancillary equipment used in the implementation of practice based jobsheet lectures and for some strightly damage, such as planers, saws, and jackhammer and equipment else that needs to be increased. The portable equipment and machine equipment can be said to be sufficient for practiced, but need to increase in order to be able to run more average practices.   Key Word: Analysis, Needed, Equipment

Abstract

Abstract­—This research aims to find out the factors that influence the low TOEFL score of the students of the Civil Engineering Department of FT-UNP in the year 2016. This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in the Civil Engineering Department of the FT-UNP. Respondents in this study were students of the 2016 Civil Engineering Department of the FT-UNP who had taken the TOEFL test with a score of <400. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. While the sampling technique used is total random sampling. In this study the number of respondents was 56 students. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the low TOEFL score of the Civil Engineering Department FT-UNP students in 2016 as a whole are in the moderate category and the most dominant factor affecting the low TOEFL score of students is a technical factor.Keywords: TOEFL Score, Students, Civil Engineering

Abstract

Abstract— This research was conducted because the percentage of students of Building Engineering Education Study Program that do not pass in Mechanical Engineering is quite high. The purpose is to reveal the relationship between metacognitive awareness with the learning result of Student Engineering Mechanics of PTB Program of Civil Engineering Department of FT UNP2015 and 2016. This research is correlational research with quantitative approach, with sample of 62 respondents. This Research using Instrument Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) adapted from Schraw and Dennison (1994). Measurement scale using guttman scale with 2 choices of answers, yes or no. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.00 program and it was found that the metacgnitive awareness and learning achievement was strongly correlated with rhitung 0,502 and rtabel was 0,250. Level of correlation and the strength of the relationship between the two variables is strong enough meaning, the two variables have a reciprocal relationship, if students metacogntif awareness high, then student learning outcomes will be high. Conversely, if metacognitive awareness is low, then learning outcomes will be low as well. Keywords: Metacognitive Awareness, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract— The background of this research is various problems found in the implementation of PPLK, which are related to the teaching ability of PPLK students. The purpose of this study is to reveal the teaching ability of PPLK students according to the perceptions of supervisor teachersin Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City in academic year 2016/2017. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population is all supervisor teachers in Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City amounting 28 teachers. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaire about perceptions of supervisor teachers on the teaching ability of PPLK students that distributed to the respondents. Secondary data was the number of supervisor teachers obtained from the Head of Building Engineering Department. Data analysis techniques used are: (1) Data verification, (2) Data classification and tabulation, (3) Data processing by calculating frequency and mean value. The results showed that the teaching ability of PPLK students according to the perceptions of supervisor teacherin Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City is in fair category. Viewed per indicator, the perceptions of supervisor teachers towards 3 indicators (pedagogical, personality, and professional competency) are in fair category, while for social competencyis in good category.Keywords: Perception, Supervisor Teacher, Teaching Ability

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Scholarship is a helpful effort that is given to students for helping them in fulfiling education cost during the study. In SMK N 1 Pariaman, one of the given scholarship to the underprivileged students is BKM scholarship. It is seen from the fact that the scholarship is often used for other necessity out of the educational needs. This research aims to know the BKM scholarship usage by observing 3 usage indicators , they are students’ school equipment purchase, transportation necessity of students and industrial work practices (Prakerin). This research uses descriptive method. The population of this research is students BKM scholarship recipients year 2013 in SMK 1 Pariaman as many as 177 students and the samples in this research are taken using proportional randomsampling technique with sample numbers as many as 63 students. The type of data in this research is primary data taken from recipients and secondary data taken form school archives concerning to the numbers of scholarship recipients. Data analysis technique is done by descriptive analysis using percentage formula and then translated into narrative form. This research result shows that BKM scholarship usage by students of SMKN1 pariaman viewed from 3 indicators. For purchasing the school equipment, the respondents’ answer is 63,6% or it can be categorized deficient. For students transportation needs, average answer is 57,2% or it can be categorized deficient and industrial work practices average answer is 64.0% or it can be categorized deficient. Abstract

Abstract   This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to reveal the factors that influence the delay in the completion of studies students of Education Building Engineering Department of Civil Engineering FT-UNP. Allegedly there are two main factors causing delays in the student studies, which delays the completion of the course and delay the completion of the essay. Both of these factors then sought the cause in terms of both internal and external. The population in this study are students who have passed through the study of 8 semesters that of 2007, 2008 and 2009 were still active in the semester from January to June 2014. Samples were taken using the technique of "purposive proportional random sampling" with a sample size of 36 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale models and the analysis of data using the formula percentage of degree attainment (DP). The conclusion from this study showed that the most dominant factor influence the delays in completion of the course of internal in terms of is the physical condition of the students (68.53% DP) and the external in terms of is the influence of the campus (DP 61.03%). Whereas most dominant factor influence the delays in completion of essay of internal in terms of the physical condition of students (71.76% DP) and in terms of interaction with the external is lecturers (DP 55.29%). The results of this study indicate that factors delays in completion of essay greater influence the than the study delays in completion of the course delays in factor.   Keywords: Factors, delays, study, course, essay.

Abstract

Abstract— This research was motivated by the absence of real calculations regarding the size of the unit cost of workshop in the building departement . The purpose of this research is to reveal the real unit cost of woodworking practice for each student of Wood Construction Engineering Expertise Program in SMK N 2 Sijunjung based on the job given. The data analysis technique used in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis. The subjects were syllabus/curriculum, teaching materials, and the job sheet of the Wood Construction Engineering Expertise Program at SMK N 2 Sijunjung. Data were gained from observation, direct documentation in the woodworking workshop and direct interviews with deputy of headmaster, head of department, head of workshop and teachers of practical course of Wood Construction Engineering Department in SMK Negeri 2 Sijunjung.Based on the results of data analysis of unit cost, the cost needed for woodworking practice material in class XII is Rp 8.061.000,00 each semester for 23 students. The woodworking practice uses disposable materials (wood) that cannot be recycled or reused, so that new materials must be purchased every year. Keywords: Work Practice Financing, Building Department

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was descriptive research which aimed to reveal student teachers’ competence based on supervisor teachers’ judgment at SMK N 5 Padang in the semester of July-December 2015 seen from pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. Population of this research was all supervisor teachers at SMK N 5 Padang who supervised the student teachers in the semester of July-December 2015. Technique of taking the samples used in this research was total sampling technique which involved 35 teachers. The data were collected using questionnaire with Likert Scale which consisted of 4 alternatives. There were 35 statements in the questionnaire of this research. From the result of the research, it was found that the degree of student teachers’ pedagogical competence was 51,44% with moderate category; the degree of student teachers’ personality competence was 57,14% with high category; the degree of student teachers’ social competence was 65,71% with moderate category; and the degree of student teachers’ professional competence was 62,85% with high category. Key Words: Competence, Student Teacher, Supervisor Teacher

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini adalah korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang mempelajari dua hubungan variabel atau lebih. Maka dalam peneletian ini melihat sejauh mana satu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainya antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar pelajaran  Pengawasan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi dan Properti  kelas XI BKP SMK Negeri 2 Sijunjung tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XI BKP SMK Negeri 2 Sijunjung tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Sampel pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI BKP SMK Negeri 2 Sijunjung pada mata diklat Pengawasan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi dan Properti sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah angket. Penelitian ini mengunakan dua Variabel yaitu variabel bebas (Variabel Independen) variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel Terikat (Variabel Dependen) variabel yang dipengaruhi. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik analisis data (1) analisis deskriptif, dengan menganalisa data, (2) uji prasyarat analisis dengan menguji normalitas data dan liniearlitas data, (3) uji hipotesis. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar pelajaran  Pengawasan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi dan Properti terdapat hubungan dengan dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,007 ≤ 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan 0,086 berada pada rentang 0,40-0,599 dilihat dari nilai tabel koefisien korelasi. Kata kunci : Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar
