Abstract

Abstract—The aim of this research is determine the contribution study motivation of students learning outcomes on tecnique drawing class student for grade X at SMK N 2 Solok. The type of this research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. Samples were taken by using Total sampling formula with number of samples 40 students. The types of data are primary data taken by spread questionnaire and secondary data is students learning outcomes. Result of this research analysis that value of r 0,331 with interpretation coefficient is low, while result of contribution equal to 11,6%. Based of acquire of examination result, can be pull by motivation have contribution to learning outcomes on tecnique drawing class of X Tecnique Drawing at SMK N 2 Solok equal to11,6% .Keywords:Contribution, study motivation, learning achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACT   The Bidikmisi scholarship is a scholarship which sponsored by the Directorate Higher Education of Indonesian Government. The scholarship is honored students who have the best achievement but poor. For continuing payment of Bidikmisi scholarship needs the best achievement with GPA (Grade Point Average) not less than 2,75. Now, in fact there are many students who got GPA under 2,75. The main purpose of this research to know the grade usage of Bidikmisi scholarship by the students of Engineering Faculty, State University of Padang. The method of research is descriptive quantitative and adopt the Guttman scale in analyzing. The number of respondents are 68 respondents. The results are about 19.1%, 79.9% used this scholarship for educational cost and living expenses,  respectively. As much as 50,04% students used the scholarship budget for both living expenses and educational cost but still not optimum. Abstract

Penyebab rendahnya mutu pendidikan di sekolah ialah belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan manajemen yang diterapkan di setiap sekolah, salah satunya Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dipaparkan maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi guru tentang pelaksanaan MBS di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman ditinjau dari partisipasi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang mengumpulkan informasi dan menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta tentang persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman, tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 59 guru yang terdiri atas guru PNS 49 orang dan Guru Honorer 10 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert yang terdiri dari 4 pilihan jawaban. Jumlah item pernyataan pada angket penelitian sebanyak 43 item. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman dengan rumus Syahron diperoleh persentase dukungan dana (65%), dukungan tenaga (67%), dukungan pemikiran (64%), dukungan material/fasilitas (63%), pengambilan keputusan (63%), kemudahan mengakses informasi (64%), palaporan (62%), pertemuan untuk membahas laporan pertanggungjawaban (62%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study is a descriptive correlational,the aimed to determine the effect of scholarships on learning outcomes of students in the Department of Civil Engineering FT - UNP . The research hypothesis that there is significant utilization of scholarship on studentslearning outcomes. The population in this study all students of Department of Civil Engineering FT - UNP year in 2009 and 2010 who received scholarships in 2012 numbered 27 students . The sampling technique is the total sampling.Based on the results of data analysis performed using the Two Tailed Sampels  Testfrom the analysis of correlation between  X and Y variable obtained rvalue of 0,432. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . There is effect of scholarships to student learning outcomes . Keywords : gifts, scholarships , study result

Abstract

Abstract—. This research is backgrounded by the low learning outcomes of Technical Drawing of class XI in the Department of Building Engineering at SMK N 1 Padang. This study aims to reveal contribution of interest in learning towards the results of learning Technical Drawings of class XI in the Department of Building Engineering at SMK N 1 Padang. This type is descriptive correlational with a population of all students of class XI in the Department of Building Engineering at SMK N 1 Padang 2018/2019 academic year which amounted to 119 peoples. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method with Slovin formula. The samples is 90 peoples. The type of data used is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through the dissemination of student learning interest questionnaires, while secondary data is report values in odd quantities of technical drawing subjects of class XI Building Engineering Department at SMK N 1 Padang 2017/2018 academic year. The results showed that interest in learning contributes to student learning outcomes by 27.35%. therefore  we need to efforts increase strudents’ learning to be done to achieve good learning outcome.Keywords: Interest in Learning, Learning Outcomes, Tecnical Drawings

Abstract

This research was aimed to reveal the correlation between learning interest and learning outcome of Engineering Drawing Course of Class X Students of Building Drawing Engineering Department at SMK N 1 Sumatera Barat. The type of the research was a correlational research and the population was all 31 students of Class X of Building Drawing Engineering Department academic year 2015/2016.  The sample was taken by using total sampling technique.  Primary data was obtained from the questionnaires about learning interest which were distributed to the students, and secondary data was the learning outcome of students on Drawing Engineering course. The techniques of data analysis used were: (1) Descriptive analysis, (2) Analysis requirement test, and (3) The hypothesis test. From the analysis result, it can be concluded that there is a significant and strong enough correlation between learning interest and learning outcome of Engineering Drawing course of Class X Students of Building Drawing Engineering Department at SMK N 1 Sumatera Barat with 95% level of confidence. Keywords: Learning interest, Learning outcome

Abstract

Abstrak - Jobsheet merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Namun kenyataannya, jobsheet mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik  di SMKN 1 Koto XI Tarusan yang ada belum memenuhi kebutuhan dalam belajar. Akibatnya siswa kurang memahami pembelajaran yang diberikan guru sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jobsheet sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R& D) dengan model pengembangan Four-D Models oleh Thiagaradjan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert 4 pilihan jawaban. Angket divalidasi oleh 2 ahli materi dan 1 ahli media, kemudian dilakukan uji coba lapangan ke siswa Kelas X DPIB dengan cara membagikan jobhseet Gambar Teknik yang telah dibuat.Kelayakan jobsheetdinilai melalui angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  didapatkan bahwa  hasil penilaian ahli materi yang mencakup aspek kelayakan isi, aspek kebahasaan, aspek sajian, dan aspek manfaat mencapai nilai rata-rata 96 termasuk kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli media yang meliputi aspek tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, konsistensi, format dan kegrafikan mencapai nilai 80 dan temasuk kategori sangat baik.  Penilaian respon siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,98 dengan kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci : Penelitian, Pengembangan, Jobsheet dan Gambar Teknik

Abstract

Abstract— This research begins from students choosing to work in the industry due to lack of job opportunities for graduates of Civil Engineering (D3) if in comparison with graduates of Civil Engineering (S1). Seeing the problem, then conducted research that aims to reveal whether the factors that most influence the career choice of students of Civil Engineering Studies Program (D3). This study is a descriptive study with a population of 29 students of class of 2014. Samples were taken using Total Sampling technique. Primary data collected through questionnaire (questionnaire) with the number of statements in the questionnaire as many as 49 points statement. The Secondary Data obtained from the number of students D3 force 2014 is still active. From the research results can be concluded that the influence of each factor of career choice in Civil Engineering Student Department D3 state university Padang are: Internal Factor (Ability of Intelligence = 52.07%, Talent = 49.43%, Interest = 90 , 34%, Attitude = 55,04%, Personality = 52,41, Value = 82,07, Hobby = 82,30%, Achievement = 44,37%, Skill = 60%, Use of leisure time = 70,80%, Aspiration = 69,89%, Work Experience = 38,85%, Knowledge of work world = 83,79%, Physical ability = 45,75%, Personal problems and limitations = 48,51 % and External Factors (Family Environment = 83.97% and Neighborhood peer = 74.48%). Keyword: Career Choice, Civil Engineering.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari banyaknya siswa yang tidak serius dalam mengikuti Prakerin sehingga pihak industri tidak merekrut kembali siswa tersebut. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan tujuan dari SMK yang bertujuan menyediakan tenaga kerja siap pakai. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator karakter yang dibutuhkan siswa SMK jurusan bangunan di Kota Padang sebagai calon tenaga kerja tingkat menengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdenganpendekatandeskriptif.PopulasipadapenelitianinimerupakanseluruhsiswaSMKJurusan Bangunan kelas XII di Kota Padang sebanyak 236 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 148 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa kelas XII SMK di Kota Padang yang telah melaksanakan Prakerin, sedangkan data sekunder merupakan data siswa masing-masing sekolah yang telah mengirimkan siswa Prakerin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: 1) Verifikasi Data 2) Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa industri menuntut siswa SMK dapat bersaing sebagai calon tenaga kerja tingkat menengah di Kota Padang dengan 6 sub indikator yang terbagi atas 2 kategori, yakni kategori cukup dan kategoribaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih banyaknya mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang  yang mengalami kesulitan belajar mata kuliah Statika. Sehingga mendapat nilai rendah pada mata kuliah tersebut.Penelitian deskriptif ini dengan populasi sebanyak 69 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2016 dan 2017. Sampel diambil sebanyak 59 orang mahasiswa menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan skala likert 5 pilihan jawaban dan 34 butir pernyataan positif-negatif. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah untuk mencari deskripsi data, frekuensi, persentase tiap indikator dan persentase keseluruhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar Statika mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan terjadi pada seluruh indikator (Indikator pemahaman materi Statika dan kemampuan menghitung mata kuliah Statika) pada kategori sedang.
