AbstractIn general, decision making is a process of choosing alternatives conducted by a certain people in an organization. An accurate decision that solves or answers the problem, needs ...and creativity from the decision makers. The decision makers have to follow any steps of decision making itself. Generally, there many steps in decision making, starting from the clearness of problem it self, develop alternatives, assess the alternatives by determine certain criteria, choose the best alternatives to be a decision, implement it, and control the implementation especially to the decision that is not routine, rarely happens, and special. Judgement, intuition, and creativity is the key to a success and effective decision making.

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the lecturers performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research. Samples used a population sample that is taken from all of lectures (Fixed or not fixed) Faculty of Sains and Technology, Unira Malang as many as 24 people. Data analysis uses the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of leadership style and motivation of lecturers working on the lectures performance either partially or simultaneously. Based on the research we concluded that leadership style positive and significant effect on the lecturers performance. Work motivation no significant effect on the lecturers performance. Based on the f-test (simultaneously) note that the leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on the lecturers performance. Simultaneously leadership style and work motivation influence on the lecturers performance 83.5%, while 16.5% were influenced by variables or other factors not examined.

Abstract: This study aims to find out and analyze the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes at State Elementary School 3 Allakuang, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 44 students. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning achievement, and correlation coefficient to measure the relationship between one variable and another variable. The results showed that motivation had a significant influence on student learning achievement and there was a positive relationship between learning motivation towards student learning outcomes, but the relationship was weak because the results of the discussion showed a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes of 0.10 or 10%.

AbstrakThe competition between companies or institutions today requires companies or institutions to be able to survive and compete with other companies. One of the things that can be taken by the company to be able to survive in intense competition is human resources. The role of human resources in the company is very important because the main driver of all activities the company in achieving its goals both to gain profits and to maintain the survival of the company are humans. The success or failure of a company in maintaining the existence of the company starts from the human effort itself in maximizing effectiveness and efficiency. In other words, the performance of an organization or company is highly influenced and even depends on the quality and competitive ability of its human resources. The purpose of the company in standardizing or benchmarking so that human resources or labor obtained can really work in accordance with what is desired by the company.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine whether there is an influence of reading interest and the role of supervisors partially or simultaneously on the success of writing the final assignment. The research was conducted at AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar by taking a sample of 78 people from 369 population populations using calculations using Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method and data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale as a measuring device. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is a sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations, the analytical technique used is multiple lenier analysis techniques. In analyzing the data used several descriptive analysis techniques to determine the distribution of respondents' answers to the overall concept being measured, quantitative analysis using numbers and calculations with statistical methods. The results of the analysis show that partial reading interest has a positive and significant effect on the success of the final assignment, tcount> t table (3.167> 1.991), the role of partial supervisor is positive and significant effect on the success of the final assignment, tcount> t table (2.915> 1.991), reading interest and the role of supervisors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of the final assignment where the value of Fcount> Ftable is (20,094> 3,12).

Abstract:To achieve the objectives of learning in the classroom many things are needed, because the process is a complex phenomenon. One of the influences is the educator's understanding of the existence of students. Educators must know the views of various streams of education about students. This paper focuseses on nativism, empiricism, and convergence in understanding students. The flow of nativism holds that the development of students is determined from birth. This stream believes that human development is determined by its defenders. Environmental factors have less influence on children's education and development. Therefore, the results of education are determined by birth-born talent. The flow of empiricism assumes that children born into the world are like white paper. White paper will have patterns and writing that are scratched by the environment. Educators as external factors play a very important role, because educators provide an educational environment for children, and children will receive education as experience. This experience will shape the behavior, attitudes, and character of the child based on the educational goals.

Abstract: In this study uses techniques for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) combined within formation Entropy weight to examine the performance of 5 best students. Calculations in teaching and research and improvement ability reveal the short-term and long-term performance. Exact values and intervals characterize the attribute values in the current model. A comparison and experimental analysis show the applicability, feasibility, effectiveness, and advantages of the proposed method. In this study focus on the TOPSIS and Entropy to calculate the student's performance. First, in this study the rationality of TOPSIS conferring to the standard decision theory. It forms that TOPSIS also has a built-in multi-attribute value meaning that not revealed explicitly. To this point, this has been a unknown feature of TOPSIS. Second, Entropy applied for the decision maker's (DM) behavioral propensity into TOPSIS. Finally, to advance evaluation accuracy of student performance, TOPSIS and Entropy applied to ranking the student with several criteria such as Presence (C1), Assignment (C2), Attitude (C3), Midterm-Exam (C4), and Final Exam (C5).

Abstract:This study aims (1) To find out the organizational culture implemented in MAN I Makassar (2) the administrative service system in MAN 1 Makassar (3) The impact of implementing organizational culture in improving administrative services in MAN 1 Makassar. This study uses qualitative methods and phenomenological, pedagogical, sociological and psychological approaches. To obtain data, the author have interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation 1 Makassar has been well implemented which takes the form of the of organizational culture in improving administration services at MAN application of a culture of discipline and cooperation that refers to the values of social relations and good communication among personal peers who have been determined to achieve aim. Efforts to improve administrative services observed at MAN 1 Makassar have demonstrated their quality, one of which is to prove harmoniously a relationship between fellow personalities, from students, employees, teachers, and principals, which can be realized in the form of cooperation, both in nature structural and cultural. The implication of this research is that it is expected that the school of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Makasssar can improve its administrative services while still referring to human values and also can be applied effectively and efficiently.

Abstract:This journal focuses on the quality of professionally managed educational institutions through integrated quality management. Educational institutions as producer services sector should pay attention to quality; quality of managerial and academic aspects. These two aspects can be achieved through the application of the concept of total quality management (TQM). TQM is a management concept that places all insan (civitass academica) of higher education institutions as individuals who have responsibility for quality in accordance with their duties and functions. TQM is an approach to doing business that seeks to maximize the competitiveness of institutions through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment. TQM is the starting point for improving quality that will be under the jargon of "do the right thing, first time, and every time". Quality Management is part of management that aims to achieve Quality objectives through planning, monitoring, assuring and improving Quality. Involving all members of the organization brings us closer to Total Quality Management (TQM). Efficient Total Quality management system within the organization can facilitate rapidly challenges in the market. Total quality management embodies target and mission in youth education. TQM improves the quality of management and quality of work in educational institutions in general. Important points for educational improvement are scientific and technological development, social change and organizational change. The efficiency and success of education depends not only on quantity but also on quality. The indicators system The quality of education, as well as the criteria associated with the Quality indicators help schools to identify key areas of their activities - their own advantages, disadvantages and opportunities.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in teacher competency at SMPN 2 Tempuran, Kabupaten Karawang in compiling plans for implementing learning through IHT activities. The subjects of this study were all PNS teacher in SMPN 2 Tempuran Kabupaten Karawang. This research is School Action Research (PTS) which consists of two cycles, each cycle covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: IHT can improve the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Tempuran in preparing lesson plans. This is indicated by the increasing professional competence of teachers from the preparation stage to the end of Cycle II.
