Jurnal Vocational Teknik Elektronika dan Informatika (VoteTEKNIKA) is a peer-reviewed, scientifc journal published by Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of Vocational Education, Electronics Engineering and Informatics. The change in the national education curriculum from the Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan to Kurikulum 2013 has brought changes to the assessment system. MTsN 1 Bukittinggi is one of the schools that applies Kurikulum 2013. The application of Kurikulum 2013 to this school also has an impact on changes in the assessment system. Changes to the grading system need to be supported by applications to facilitate processing of scores. At present, MTsN 1 Bukittinggi still uses a Spread Sheet-based score processing application. The applications used so far have been unable to meet the demands of the assessment system. With this Spread Sheet-based application, scores processing feels more complicated and still has the risk of input error. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based scores application that is designed in accordance with the needs of the school. The purpose of this project is to develop a web-based scores processing application that can simplify the process of scores input, scores processing and study report printing. This application development uses the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Processor) with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). The system design method used is by Context Diagram, Flow Map, and Use Case Diagram. The results of the research is a web-based scores processing application that has been tested on several Internet browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The efforts in order to find an effective methods to improve the students learning outcomes are very important. The field assessment has conducted to class x student’s, department of Audio Video Engineering of SMKN 1 Lintau Buo depicting students learning outcomes below minimum completeness criterium of 75. This research aims to compare applying Quantum Teaching Method to problem based learning (PBL) by using Quasi experiment with pre-test post-test control group design, the both of methods have compared with. Experiment class I by applied Quantum Teaching provides class mean score of 81.44, while experiment class II by applied PBL yields class mean score of 77.78. By using t-test, it can be described that Quantum Teaching is more effective than PBL significantly. This is because if tscorebigger than ttable (2.06 > 2.03), and consequently H0 is rejected. Despite the both methods actually show the small difference, but however, The Quantum Teaching has proven better than PBL viewing from students learning outcomes. The problem in this research is the fact that found in SMK N 1 Bukittinggi, there are many students of class X Audio Video Engineering is result study of learning outcomes below the minimum standard (KKM) in the subject Fundamentals of electricity at school set is set 75. Total students that are under KKM 60.35% and students those are above KKM 39.65%. Many factors that affect it, those are internal factors and external factors, as well as the learning model. This study aims to prove the existence of differences in learning outcomes using learning Active Learning Model Type "Giving Question and Getting Answers " with direct instructional model (MPL). This study uses a Quasi Experimental Design, this study population is a class X student of SMK N 1 Bukittinggi TAV academic year 2013/2014. Sample technique done by randomly. Experiment class is a class that is treated by using the Active Learning Model Application Effects of Learning Type "Giving Question and Getting Answers " and that becames the control group is a class that uses MPL. Data of achievement test in the form of 20 questions about the essay. Data obtained from the analysis of the data manually to test for normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing, research test results obtained from the average value of students learning model that uses Active Learning Type "Giving Questions and Getting Answers" is 79.53 while students are using the MPL amounting to 60.78. The result of the hypothesis by using the formula manually found that tcount 9.886> 2.35 ttable altenative hypothesis (H0) is rejected and (H1) is accepted. That means, significantly the average experimental class learning outcomes greater than the average of the control class learning outcomes. Dunia informasi semakin meningkat dengan cepat, teknologi komputer digunakan untuk mendukung pembangunan sistem informasi. Himpunan Mahasiswa Rokan Hulu merupakan perkumpulan mahasiswa berasal dari Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi diseluruh wilayah Indonesia. Pendataan jumlah mahasiswa yang dilakukan secara manual menyulitkan pengurus untuk mengetahui jumlah seluruh anggota. Penyebaran informasi menggunakan cara manual menyebabkan informasi tidak menyebar ke seluruh anggota. Media penyimpanan kearsipan administrasi organisasi juga masih menggunakan cara manual seperti lemari arsip berpotensi kehilangan dan kerusakan data. Sistem Informasi ini bertujuan membantu pengelolaan organisasi secara administrasi dan memberikan informasi serta sebagi media menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus organisasi. Ruang lingkup sistem informasi ini adalah mengelola pendataan anggota, memberikan informasi agenda kegiatan, informasi beasiswa dan laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus serta sebagai wadah diskusi online bagi setiap anggota. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan Framework Yii2 dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.Kata kunci : Himpunan Mahasiswa Rokan Hulu, Organisasi, Sistem Informasi, Framework Yii2. The world of information is increasing rapidly, computer technology is used to support the construction of information systems. The Rokan Hulu Student Association is an association of students from the Rokan Hulu Regency who is currently studying at tertiary institutions throughout Indonesia. Data collection on the number of students done manually makes it difficult for administrators to find out the total number of members. Dissemination of information using manual methods causes information not to spread to all members. The organization's archival storage media also uses manual methods such as filing cabinets with the potential for data loss and damage. This information system aims to assist the administration of the organization's administration and provide information as well as the media to submit accountability reports to the management of the organization. The scope of this information system is managing the data collection of members, providing information on the agenda of activities, information on scholarships and accountability reports of the board and as a forum for online discussion for each member. This research was conducted to find out the feasibility of using canva learning media in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects in class X Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman in the academic year 2018/2019. The research method used is the research development of the Instructional Development Institute. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Respondents in the questionnaire were experts, teachers, and students. In canva learning media, the validity, reliability and practicality of the media are tested. Based on the results of validation by experts and teachers, the average value of validation is 0.83 which is at the validity value of ≥0.667, so it is in the valid category. In the media reliability test, the Cronbach's Alpha value was 0.731, so the criteria for media reliability were in high criteria. In the practicality test of the media by teachers and students, the average values were 90% and 86% respectively, so the practicality category of the media was in the very practical category. Based on the results of the three tests it can be seen that canva learning media is feasible to use in the learning processKeywords: Canva Learning Media, Media Validity, Media Reliability, Media Practicality.

The background of the problem of this final task is due to the developments in technology and mobile phone or smartphone and also operating system in smartphone itself, such as Android. This design aims to make a mobile learning system design of Human Digestive System for science class at XI grade of Senior High School with android based. It is preferably in the learning process of biology, where the material is memorization. In spite of that, the lack of media used often makes children feel bored in studying biology.This final project was designed with language modeling software with object-oriented programming method which uses a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used was Java by using the Eclipse IDE. Trials have been conducted on the 2.2 emulator, while the implementation of the program is done on the Samsung Galaxy Young with Android 4.0.1. In general, the results that are displayed on the emulator and Young galaxy is not much different,but Android with a higher version has faster access speed . Dalam proses pembelajarannya, mata pelajaran Teknik Pemograman Mikroprosesor dan Mikrokontroler membutuhkan media belajar berupa jobsheet. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis selama melaksanakan Praktek Lapangan Kependidikan di SMKN 1 Bukittinggi, penulis tidak melihat adanya jobsheet yang mampu membimbing siswa selama melakukan praktikum.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jobsheet untuk mata pelajaran Teknik Pemrograman Mikroprosesor dan Mikrokontroler berbasis model SFAE dan menentukan tingkat validitas dari jobsheet yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Four-D Models. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket yang diisi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) jobsheet yang sesuai dengan model pengembangan Four-D Models dengan empat tahapan yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate; (2) kelayakan jobsheet berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi diperoleh rerata skor 86,5 (sangat layak) sedangkan berdasarkan penilaian ahli media diperoleh skor 91 (sangat layak). Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa jobsheet untuk mata pelajaran Teknik Pemrograman Mikroposesor dan Mikrokontroler berbasis SFAE yang dihasilkan valid..Kata kunci : Jobsheet, Scientific, Four-D Models, Teknik Pemograman Mikroprosesor & Mikrokontroler

This study examines the use of wifi facilities and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes by using descriptive correlational research methods carried out with a quantitative approach. In order to find out the value below the graduation standard for the total population of 40 students in the study carried out using a quitionnaire technique which later the data used was collected through a questionnaire (quistionnaire) so that the primary data obtained in the form of student grades. After that, the data was tested with descriptive assessment techniques and normality and linearity tests which aimed to prove the delivery of data taken from samples that had been allocated normally, linear homogeneous, multicollinearity and decision making. Based on the results of the study there is a relevant correlation between variables X1 and X2 which get 40.6% and 14.3% of the Y variable with a result of 33.5%. The background of this research is there are students acquire the learning outcomes below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is as much as 55.22%. KKM set schools on the subjects implementing the basics of electronics techniques is 75. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of creativity of students and infrastructure against on learning outcomes.Type of this research is Descriptive Correlational. The study population numbered 67 students and a sample is 41 students. The technique of sampling was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data on student learning outcomes obtained from the teachers implementing the basics of electronics grade X TEI in SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman, and data on creativity of students and infrastructure against collected through question naires distributed to students of class X TEI using the Likert Scale which has been tested for validity and reliability.The data is analyzed using statistical methods with software SPSS Version 16.0. The result showed that: 1) creativity of students and infrastructure jointly contributed 35.2% to the learning outcomes, 2) the creativity of students contributed 10.21% to the learning outcomes, 3) infrastructure against contributed 15,63% on learning outcomes. So the conclude is that creativity of students and infrastructure against together and partially contribute to student learning outcomes, its means that better creativity of students and infrastructure against, then the student learning outcomes obtained would increased.
