Jurnal Vocational Teknik Elektronika dan Informatika (VoteTEKNIKA) is a peer-reviewed, scientifc journal published by Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. Abstract

Educational goal is for improving the quality of human resources, forming character and developing the potential of students to become useful human beings for the nation and the society . to achieve these educational goals, the quality of education must be improved through learning facilities and the learning process. Based on researcher observations at  Vocational school 6 Padang, especially on computer subjects and basic networks, it was found teachers have not used interactive modules when learning activities. this affects the student learning outcomes which are still many that have not reached the minimum criteria standard (KKM)\. the design of this interactive module application aims to produce learning media that make it easier for students to learn computer subject matter and basic networks wherever they are. the design of this application uses Prototyping development method with android-based java programming with Android Studio application software (version 3.3) with Gradle 4.4. This  research produces an interactive computer application module and basic network based on Android, the features that exist in this interactive module application are learning material, videos, and exercises that are in accordance with the learning material in the 2013 curriculum. this can facilitate users in understanding computer and basic network material.Keywords: interactive modules, learning media, computers and basic networks.

Abstract

The purpose of this final project to produce humanoid robot that can perform Gending Sriwijaya dance movement by using speech recognition module. There is an asynchronization between the music accompaniment detection movement of humanoid robot on Gending Sriwijaya dance at Kontes Robot Seni Tari Indonesia 2017. Use of speech recognition moduls input system given the solution of the problem.System requirements were divided into hardware and software included robot acuator components suh as 25 servo motors, robot controllers such as CM-530 and Arduino Mega, EasyVR3 speech recognition module, battery. There three software used to complied humanoid robot. EasyVR Commander software for the detection and synchronization of voice input, Roboplus software for making movements on humanoid robot, Arduino IDE software for programming of humanoid robot movement control system. The design of this humanoid robot system is divided into 3 parts, input of the system is Gending Sriwijaya music which is detected by the speech recognition module, the controlling process of the system is Arduino Mega and CM-530, and the output of the system is the movement of humanoid robot which is formed from the combination of rotation Angle servo motor. The result of this final project is successfully working humanoid robot that can perform Gending Sriwijaya dance movement by using speech recognition module EasyVR3. Furthermore, has successfully worked the program of detection and synchronization of voice, program control system movement of humanoid robot in dance Gending Sriwijaya in the form of movement walkready, sembah buka, cubung bawah, cubung atas, silang, transisi berdiri ke duduk (sembah duduk), borobudur, transisi duduk ke berdiri (sembah diri), ukel benang , sembah tutup, dan jalan. Keywords: humanoid robot, speech recognition, Gending Sriwijaya dance

Abstract

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s creativity contribution and laboratorium of facility grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and learning environment for student’s grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) student’s creativity gives contribution to student’s grade by 14,13%, (2) laboratorium of facility gives contribution to student’s grade by 20.09%, (3) student’s creativity together with laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s student’s creativity and laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords: student’s creativity, laboratorium of facility, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.

Abstract

This article discusses about management of student activities in the process of submitting activity proposals, reviewing and reporting activities. Carried out by student activity units at the State University of Padang  which aims to minimize the time, energy and cost of implementing procedures for submitting proposals and reporting activities. In meeting Head of Students Affairs, WR III (interest and talent section) and KaBag (treasurer section). Submission of proposals and activity reports should be in accordance with technological developments at this time to effective and efficient. In designing this information system using the method waterfall method and the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method. This system also uses the Model View Controller (MVC) technique. This system is design usimg Yii2 Framework with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS) programming languages. Designing a student activity management information system produces a system that can facilitate student activity units at State University of Padang in submitting proposals and activity reports and assisting the Head of Student Affairs in managing information about students activities. Keywords:Information Systems, College Student Activity, SQL, MVC, Framework Yii2.

Abstract

Boarding houses has its own problems in finding. The problems are boarding house location, price, facilities, surrounding environment and time to gather about boarding houses information. Landlords of boarding house also have its own problems, like disseminate information about the boarding houses is limited. Mobile application of boarding houses and support facilities is built to solve the problem in finding suitable boarding houses and also to inform the others about the boarding houses. The method used is the client-server based waterfall model. Application server side’s use the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and web services Json and MYSQL for Database Management Systems (DBMS). Application client side’s use the java programming language and java script that can run on the android platform. The design application of boarding houses and support facilities is based android to generate three applications which are one server and two application client. The first client application has function to search information of boarding houses. The second client application is used by landlord in marketing their boarding houses.Keywords: Android, Json, Client-server,MYSQL, Boarding Houses.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the fact that the field is found in SMK Negeri 1 Kinali, there are many students who obtain a grade XTAV learning outcomes below the minimum standard criteria in subjects perform a Sound System Installation to set the school 73. That is 65.57% of students who under KKM and 34.42% of students who are above KKM. This study uses experimental approach, this study population is a class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Kinali TAV Academic Year 2014/2015. Experimental class is a class that is treated by using electronic-based instructional media Edmodo and the control class is a class that direct instructional model. Data were analyzed manually to test for normality, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. Test results of research obtained an average value of students who use electronic media-based learning Edmodo is 76.16 while students who use direct instructional model lower 71.20. There is the influence of the use of electronic-based instructional media Edmodo for 6.97% of the student learning outcomes. The results of the hypothesis by using the formula manually in tcount found that 1,886 > 1,677 ttable, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or rejected the nihil hypothesis (Ho). Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Media pembelajaran elektronik berbasis edmodo, Pembelajaran Langsung, Kontrol dan Eksperimen

Abstract

This Research background is still many students  in class 1 TKJ obtaining result of learning below KKM, although flatten of class have exceeded KKM skor at the subject of Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network (LAN).The specified KKM in the school is ≥ 70,00 with the spanned 0 - 100. The purpose of this research is to express there are any contribution between enthusiasm learn and style learn to result of learning outcame of subject Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network ( LAN) Class 1 SMKN 1 Lhoksukon. Type of this research is descriptive  korelasional. Type of the data in this research  is primary and sekunder data. Primary data obtained data direct from responden concerning enthusiasm learn and style learn, while data of sekunder is students learning outcomes obtained from a teacher Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network ( LAN). Population in this research is 83 students class 1 TKJ SMKN 1 Lhoksukon that divided into two class. Technique to take a sampel in this research is random sampel technique by using formula of Taro Yamane obtained sampel counted 46 students. Data analysed by using program of SPSS ( Statistic Product Service Solution and) version 16.0. from result of this research got (1) Enthusiasm Learn (X1) give contribution to result learning outcome 28,94%.(2) Style Learn (X2) give contribution to result learning outcome 16,97% and (3) Level of pesentase of enthusiasm variable contribution learn (X1) and style learn (X2) collectively together is 33,64%. It can be concluded that Enthusiasm Learn and Style Learn give contribution to learning outcome, if students enthusiasm learn and style learn is high learning outcome will be increase. Keyword : Contribution, enthusiasm learn, style learn, learn outcome of subject Installation peripheral of local Area network ( LAN)

Abstract

Development of technology which progress rapidly has effect to change whole of aspects in human life. One of them is development of information technology. Development of information technologies can apply on web based information systems. Many agencies have moved to web based  inforation systems because of web based is more efective and eficient used. BEM UNP as executive campuss organization has a budget which the aim is implement activities to bend students characters. Examples are national seminars, talkshow, debates, open recruitment for new members, etc. The activities definitely are not without process of registration from participants. Most of the students want to participate in that activity. Usually get troubles activity informations, or trouble in registration directly to committe web based information systems used is one of the effective facilities to share activities process. The design of web based information syste, of BEM UNP visualizes by UML with using several object oriented of visualized diagrams. The result of web based information systems of BEM UNP is web based informations systems which give informations to BEM UNP and to ease students who want to bem participants in activities are implemented by BEM UNP. Keywords: Information System, BEM UNP, CodeIgniter Framework.

Abstract

The Student Field is an important unit for every school in Indonesia, especially for SMKN 8 Padang. The role of student affairs helps schools to deal with various types of violations that students do in the school environment in the teaching and learning process including student absentee management, as well as managing extracurricular activities that interest students. The Student Information System Field of SMKN 8 Padang is based on Android, with this information system users can access anytime and anywhere regarding the rules and regarding extracurricular activities. If students are found committing a violation, they will be directly inputted with the android by the teacher who found the violation committed by the student, and the teacher input the student's attendance. Users who have logged in can enter their own extracurricular interest. All data inputted with Android will be stored on a web server based on Codeigniter framework programming using a MySQL database. The results obtained from the implementation of this student field application are to facilitate the SMK Negeri 8 apparatus, especially in the student field, to record students who commit violations, students who take extracurricular activities and absenteeism that were previously done manually now become digital using mobile phones that can be taken anywhere.Keywords: Information System, Android, Web Programming, CodeIgniter.
