Abstract

keunggulan sektor basis, sektor yang mengalami pertumbuhan dan sektor unggulan di Kota Medan adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Tipologi Klassen, shift share, dan location quotient adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data Industri Kota Medan dan PDRB Atas Harga Dasar Konstan (ADHK) Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2016 sampai Tahun 2021 digunakan sebagai data sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian berdasarkan analisis location quotient , basis sektor Kota Medan adalah industri real estate, konstruksi, dan jasa perusahaan. Menurut pembagian shift studi,sektor konstruksi, real estate, dan jasa lainnya termasuk di Kota Medan yang tumbuh lebih pesat (maju). Sektor konstruksi, real estate, dan jasa perusahaan termasuk dalam kategorisasi leading sector Kota Medan, menurut hasil penelitian tipologi Classen . Dengan mempermudah kehidupan para pelaku ekonomi dalam hal perizinan usaha dan ketersediaan modal di seluruh sektor ekonomi, Pemkot Medan diharapkan mampu mendorong sektor-sektor unggulan.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh kesenjangan role conflict, conflict ambiguity terhadap job performance melalui Organizational Commitment. Penetianini dilakukan guna membuktikan pengaruh yang diberikan oleh role conflict,role ambiguity terhadap Job Performance pada karyawan Leasing di Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer berupa hasil penyebaran kuisioner di perusahaan Leasing Salatiga yang dilakukan pada tahun 2022. Hasil analisa menggunakan 100 responden karyawan sebaga sampel penelitian menyimpulkan : Role Conflict dan Role Ambiguity tidak berdampak pada Organizational Commitment, Role Conflict dan Role Ambiguity tidak berdampak pada Job Performance, Job Performance memiliki dampak Organizational Commitment, role conflict dan Role Ambiguity tidak berdampak pada job performance dengan organizational commitment sebagai variabel intervening

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Café Atmosphere, Product Assortment dan Experiential Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Kasus pada Konsumen Generasi Milenial Fox Coffee Jember). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari hasil kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen generasi milenial Fox Coffee Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 190. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Café atmosphere, Product Assortment, dan Experiential Marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Fox Coffee Jember. Kata Kunci : Café Atmosphere, Product Assortment, Experiential Marketing, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Ekspor memegang peranan penting dalam era globalisasi, jika suatu negara mampu meningkatkan ekspor, maka dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian dalam negeri. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang cukup aktif dalam perdagangan internasional dengan mengandalkan ekspor hasil komoditi sebagai penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kakao merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang potensial di Indonesia. Berdasarkan uraian diatas penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dalam rangka mengetahui bagaimana sejatinya daya saing komoditas kakao Indonesia terhadap pasar dunia pada periode tahun 2008-2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk (time series) dengan periode waktu tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) disempurnakan dengan Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada periode tahun 2008-2010 Indonesia memiliki keunggulan komparatif yang kuat untuk komoditas kakao. Sejak tahun 2012-2017 nilai RSCA cenderung fluktuatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the buying and selling system carried out is in accordance with Islamic law and the application of the istishna contract on buying and selling orders in the glass Haikal glass business of Banda Alam district. Istishna is defined as a contract asking a person to make a certain item in a certain form. This research methodology uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach, based on financial reports and the results of interviews between producers and consumers. The results of this study The buying and selling process carried out by the glass cabinet business Haikal glass is in accordance with the terms and pillars of buying and selling in Islam, where the perpetrators of buying and selling voluntarily there is no element of coercion and mutual pleasure. The buying and selling process carried out by Haikal kaca has unwittingly applied the pillars and conditions of buying and selling istishna, where Haikal kaca has implemented buying and selling, that is, with the buyer ordering directly to ask for a product and ask for dp as a milestone. The application of buying and selling istishna in the glass business has not been fully perfected, because there are still delays in the completion of goods that exceed the time in the agreement and there are goods that do not match the specifications desired by the buyer.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, earning variability, and dividend payout ratio on stock beta (study on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2018-2020). The sample in this study consisted of 15 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index with data published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study use panel data of 45 observations with panel data regression estimation with a fixed effect model assisted by the E-views 10 program. The results of the study found that leverage and dividend payout ratio variables have a positive effect on stock beta, while earning variability has a negative effect on stock beta

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine of earnings management, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Governance Perception index on the Cost of Debt. Data collected by purposive sampling method since 2018-2020 and gotten 15 companies that received GCG Award at IICG and SWA Magazine. Data analyzed by using panel regression. The result of research show that earning management has a negative effect on the cost of debt. But institutional ownership and Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) has no effect on the cost of debt.

Abstract

Village funds have become one of the alternative solutions in alleviating rural poverty in several countries, including Indonesia. The aims of this study is to identify implementations in the use of  village funds in Indonesia as a form of  village fiscal decentralization and to provide alternative strategies for optimizing village funds to achieve the goals of village fiscal decentralization. This research design is a literature review on the implementation of the utilization of village funds by using institutional databases to search for recommended journals. Based on the results of the literature review, there are several obstacles in implementing the use of  village funds including, (1) Utilization of  village funds still has weaknesses in the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. In addition, in this process community participation and involvement is still not optimal, (2) There is no clear priority planning and program at the village level. Most of the village funds are used for infrastructure, so community empowerment programs tend to be sub-optimal (3) Most of the BUMDes are not in accordance with the goals and needs of the community and have not optimally empowered village communities. In its implementation, a four-actor collaboration model (quadruple helix) is recommended in this study.

Abstract

The Getting service quality in the marketing field is not only done by physically meeting between customers and service providers, such as conventional market systems. In modern society that wants to be fast and instant, time constraints are the reason for customers to shop in the current system. With a modern marketing system with the application of internet technology called Internet Marketing, time constraints can be minimized. The modern marketing system will shorten the distance between customers and department stores, especially only in home shopping. Satisfied customers will recommend their experience to their community, both in online and face-to-face communities. Studying and analyzing the online store network P-store.net, which is engaged in the business of marketplace services and online transaction security services, produces findings that promotions carried out using social media, namely Facebook, can increase the number of deals or transactions. Qualitative analysis of P-Store.net, there are several important factors, namely: promotional techniques, service quality and the use of facebook social media networks. The results of this study show an increase in the number of users of the P-Store site which has fluctuated in the last five years from 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between inflation, interest rates, money supply, and exchange rates on economic growth in Indonesia in the short, medium, and long term. By using an associative/quantitative research approach and secondary data. Data collection techniques are used by means of documentation studies. The method used in this study is Vector Autoregression. The results show that in the short run economic growth is responded to positively by inflation. In the medium term, the inflation variable is responded negatively by economic growth and returns to equilibrium in the long run. The results of variance decomposition show that the variable of economic growth is influenced by the variable itself in the short, and long term. The government, Bank Indonesia is advised to stabilize the inflation rate by implementing an expansionary monetary policy.
