Abstract

The design of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method at PT Media Jaya Konstruksi aims to optimize project scheduling planning and control. PERT was chosen because it can analyze uncertainties in project task completion time by estimating optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely durations. The system is designed to facilitate the company in managing the complexities of construction projects, estimating project duration, and identifying critical paths that impact project success. The system development methodology follows the PERT approach, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key features of the system include creating PERT diagrams, calculating critical paths, simulating project schedules, and generating automatic reports. Additionally, the system is equipped with an interactive dashboard to visualize project progress and support data-driven decision-making. The design results show that the PERT-based information system can help PT Media Jaya Konstruksi identify project bottlenecks earlier, reduce the risk of delays, and enhance project management efficiency. The system's implementation is expected to support the company in increasing competitiveness and maintaining client satisfaction through more structured and timely project completion.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven various innovations in public services, one of which is through an Android-based digital system. This study aims to design and develop a Digital Mail Service Information System in Sukajaya Village, Palembang, to overcome the problems of long bureaucracy, lack of transparency, and limited public accessibility. This system provides solutions for administrative management, such as submitting domicile certificates, business certificates, and other letters, with superior features in the form of user registration, service submission, and real-time monitoring of application status. The methodology used is a prototype, which involves the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and system testing. The system is designed using Java for Android application development and MySQL as a database. The test results show that this system is able to make it easier for the public to access services, reduce administrative process time, and increase the efficiency of village employees. This study concludes that the implementation of an Android-based information system can provide significant benefits, both for the community and the village government, in building modern and technology- based governance. This system is also expected to be a model for other villages in improving public services digitally.

Abstract

The Buay Pematang Ribu (BPR) Ranau Tengah Community Health Center is a government-owned health facility located on H. Rusdi Abili Street, Simpang Sender Village, Buay Pematang Ribu District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. It routinely serves the public from Monday to Friday, with an average of 20-30 visitors served daily, which leads to overwhelming workloads and relatively slow service. In terms of data management, ranging from patient examination records, medical record management, everything is still unstructured and managed manually in notebooks. As a result, data management processes such as searching for information and generating reports are inconsistent and inaccurate. For the public, there is no direct access to health service information. The community also cannot contact health center staff directly because the BPR Ranau Tengah Community Health Center lacks communication channels, such as a website or social media. Therefore, the development of a medical information system is needed to address these issues, both in terms of improving staff efficiency in managing medical records and examinations, as well as facilitating the public’s access to health service information online. The implementation of such a system would enable easier interaction between the public and the health center, improve the quality of health services that are quickly and timely accessible, and simplify the management of patient examination data and medical records.

Abstract

The development of IoT technology has brought innovation in automatic fish feeding systems. This research was conducted at the Zahra Aquarium Ornamental Fish Store, which experienced obstacles in feeding due to limited staff and inconsistent schedules. To overcome this problem, an IoT-based automatic system was designed using NodeMCU ESP8266, infrared sensors, and Telegram notifications. This system allows scheduled feeding and automatic stock monitoring, so that fish maintenance becomes more efficient and scheduled. The prototype method was used in its development, and the test results showed that this system can increase the effectiveness of feeding and stock monitoring.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted operational efficiency across various sectors, including the fabrication industry. However, many companies still face challenges in managing inventory accurately, in real-time, and in a structured manner. PT Armindo Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in engineering and fabrication, yet it still relies on manual Excel-based records for managing raw materials, inventory, and tool assets. This has led to data discrepancies, loss of equipment, and errors in project material distribution. This research aims to design a mobile-based warehouse management system to address these issues using the Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) approach. The system development focuses on features such as recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing material and consumable stock, handling shipping and receiving of items, as well as implementing a production tool rental system (tools asset rental). The research method used is a qualitative approach through direct observation, interviews with warehouse staff and supervisors, and literature studies. The results of this study show that the designed application system can improve warehouse operational efficiency, accelerate real-time data access, and enhance the accuracy of recording and asset tracking. Therefore, this application is expected to support production processes more effectively and be better integrated within the fabrication industry environment

Abstract

Sukarami Health Center in Palembang is a public health facility owned by the local government of Palembang City, located on Jalan Kebun Bunga RT.37 RW. 05, Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami Subdistrict, Palembang. In providing healthcare services, sometimes the information regarding these services is not easily accessible by the residents of Sukarami. This is because the Sukarami Health Center does not have its own independent website and has been relying solely on the Palembang Health Department’s website, which results in outdated information that cannot be directly communicated to the public. Additionally, during healthcare services, residents or patients often struggle to find out what services are available at the Sukarami Health Center. The staff and personnel at the Sukarami Health Center also face challenges in managing patient medical records. This is because patient data is not integrated, and they currently rely only on medical cards and handwritten medical record books, making the data prone to damage or loss. This study was conducted to simplify the service process at Sukarami Health Center, allowing patients to access healthcare information and have online consultations from home. The system being developed is also intended to facilitate the staff at the health center in managing service data and patient medical records. This health service information system is built as a website using the prototype software development method and the black-box testing method to ensure that the system is tested according to the input and output requirements from the users.

Abstract

Employee information systems are an essential element in supporting efficient and structured administrative and employee data management processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based personnel information system at Semendawai Barat Public Health Center using the Agile method. The system is developed to facilitate the management of employee data, user data, position or division data, daily attendance, leave requests, and employee activity reports. Problems commonly encountered in manual systems, such as data loss, delayed information access, and recording errors, form the basis for the need to develop an integrated digital system. The Agile method was chosen because it allows for an iterative and flexible development process that involves users at every stage, enabling the system to be tailored directly to user needs. This study includes system requirements analysis, interface design, implementation of core features, and system testing by users. The results of this research indicate that the developed system runs well, is user-friendly, and helps accelerate the personnel administration process. It also minimizes recording errors and reduces the risk of data loss. Therefore, this web-based personnel information system is expected to improve the performance and work efficiency of the staff at Semendawai Barat Public Health Center in managing personnel data comprehensively.

Abstract

Understanding the science of Tajweed, particularly the articulatory properties of hijaiyah letters, plays a crucial role in enchancing the quality of Quranic recitation. Despite its importance, research focused on classifying these properties within Quranic texts remains limited. Existing Tajweed learning tools often introduce letters at a basic level without utilizing deep learning technologies. This study proposes a CNN-based model to classify the phonetic characteristics of hijaiyah letters in Quranic texts. The dataset consists of image samples taken from quran.com, each labeled according to the phonetic categories outlined in the Tartil Al-Quran guidebook. The methodology includes image preprocessing, CNN training, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. This research does not address audio or pronunciation aspects. Results show that the model achieved up to 99% classification accuracy. The findings highlight the potential of AI-powered tools to support Tajweed learning and contribute to the development of intelligent, technology-based Quranic education systems. This research serves as a foundation for future applications that blend classical Islamic knowledge with modern digital solutions.

Abstract

TK Permata Hati Bekasi still relies on a manual system for new student registration, using paper-based forms and brochures as the primary sources of information. This method is considered inefficient, time-consuming, prone to data recording errors, and makes it difficult for parents to obtain accurate and up-to-date information quickly. In line with the advancement of information technology, there is a need for a system that supports digitalization to improve work efficiency and information services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for new student registration. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes the stages of requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation. The developed system features an online registration form, document upload functionality, applicant data management, and registration confirmation notifications. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions work as expected by users. The results of this study indicate that the system can improve the efficiency of the registration process, provide easy online access for parents, and assist school administration in managing student data in a systematic, fast, and accurate manner. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as a digital solution that supports the student registration process at TK Permata Hati Bekasi.

Abstract

Digital technology is developing rapidly and has a wide and significant impact on the health sector, including through the presence of health monitoring applications such as the Flo application. This application is designed to help women track their menstrual cycles, fertile periods, and pregnancy. As an application that is personal and used routinely, user satisfaction is an important factor that determines the quality and sustainability of services. Sentiment analysis is needed to explore user views and preferences for this application. This study aims to analyze 18215 user reviews of the Flo application from the Google Play Store to classify sentiment, using web scraping techniques as a data retrieval method. Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor are used as classification algorithms in data analysis. Data are analyzed through several stages, namely preprocessing, sentiment classification, model evaluation, and interpretation of results. The results showed that 93.1% of reviews were positive and 6.9% of reviews were negative. In terms of performance, the Naïve Bayes algorithm showed the best results with an accuracy value of 99%, precision 100%, recall 98%, and f-measure 99%, and without False Positive errors. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm obtained an accuracy of 95%, precision of 97%, recall of 90%, and f-measure of 93%. The results of the study showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm was more effective in analyzing the sentiment of Flo application user reviews.
