Abstract

AbstractThe corona virus is epidemic and, becoming a pandemic throughout the world, including Indonesia. This condition forces all people to remain at home to isolate themselves so as not to be exposed to the virus. Therefore, all activities become obstructed, especially those related to work to meet the  needs of life. Even in some areas that fall into the red zone category, they have implemented Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This pandemic requires all students to fast adjust to new work patterns. students must study online. Although many activities cannot run as usual, we must remain optimistic to take business opportunities by using Technopreneur IT, businesses using applications for online bussines and business opportunities to continue online. Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional organizational unit that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable health efforts that are acceptable and affordable to the community. The function of the puskesmas is to provide health services to the community through the Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP) programs which are at the forefront of providing health services to the community, especially the prevention and treatment of diseases. The disease is divided into 3 types namely infectious diseases or diseases caused by germs that attack the human body. This research will attempt to handle infectious diseases, namely dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Dengue fever or dengue fever (abbreviated as DHF) is an infection caused by dengue virus. Mosquitoes or some types of mosquitoes transmit (or spread) dengue virus. Then a computerized analysis using data mining software that supports the flow of data and information in accordance with the needs of handling dengue fever from these processes and the selection of a more suitable method is used that is using K-Means clustering.Keywords : The location determination system, dengue faver, K-Means Clusterring

Abstract

AbstractHigher education has a large and growing data repository, such as new student admission data (PMB) at a University. PMB is held every year, but the data is only used once. The data is only stored in the repository and is not useful. Through data mining science, the data can be extracted into useful information for decision making. One of the goals of data mining is to predict the future. One of the targets of private tertiary institutions is how to increase the number of new student admissions each year to fit the established targets. Usually, targets are set based on estimates without carrying out quantitative analysis. This often results in not achieving the expected target. Achieving targets is related to success in managing academics. Targeting is part of forecasting activities that should have a pattern/formula calculated quantitatively. The purpose of this research is to predict the number of new student admissions at Higher education  XYZ for the next ten years. Data obtained from the admission of new students ten years earlier, from 2009 to 2019. The method used is the single exponential smoothing method. To produce the best results of predictions, and evaluation of prediction results is carried out using the Mean absolute Percentage error (MAPE) method. The smallest MAPE = 0.22 with α = 0.9. with MAPE values below ten, the predicted number of student admissions is sufficiently good (Reasonable).Keywords : Prediction, single eksponential smoothing, admission of new students.AbstrakPerguruan tinggi memiliki repository data yang besar dan terus bertambah, seperti data Penerimaan mahasiswa baru (PMB) pada suatu Perguruan Tinggi.  PMB dilaksanakan setiap tahun, namun data hanya dimanfaatkan satu kali. Data tersebut hanya tersimpan didalam repository dan tidak bermanfaat. Melalui ilmu data mining, data tersebut dapat diekstrak menjadi informasi yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan. Salah satunya tujuan data mining adalah untuk memprediksi keadaan dimasa. Salah satu target Perguruan tinggi swasta adalah bagaimana meningkatkan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru setiap tahun agar sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Biasanya target ditetapkan berdasarkan perkiraan tanpa melakukan analisa kuantitaif. Hal ini sering menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target yang diharapkan. Pencapaian target berhubungan dengan keberhasilan dalam mengelolah akademik. Penentuan target merupakan bagian dari kegiatan peramalan yang seharusnya memiliki pola  / rumusan yang dihitung secara kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk memprediksi jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Perguruan Tinggi XYZ untuk sepuluh tahun kedepan. Data diperoleh dari penerimaan mahasiswa baru sepuluh tahun sebelumnya yaitu dari tahun 2009 s.d 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode single exponential Smoothing. Untuk menghasilkan hasil perdiksi yang terbaik, maka dilakukan evaluasi hasil prediksi dengan menggunakan metode Mean absolute Percentage error (MAPE). MAPE terkecil = 0,22 dengan α = 0.9.  dengan  nilai MAPE dibawah sepuluh maka prediksi jumlah penerimaan mahsiswa sudah cukukp baik (Reasonable).Kata Kunci :  Prediksi, Pemulusan eksponensial tunggal, Penerimaan Mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

AbstractThe management of information technology service management at this time is very influential for the organization in achieving its strategic objectives. A large ITIL collection of best practices, tools and methods used in the management and handling of IT services. In this paper, the emphasis will be placed on the Operations Services field at ITIL on the incident management process used to manage the IT incident life cycle. The main idea is to find solutions for optimal planning of interventions that are automated in the incident management process. Indeed, despite the number of software solutions for the incident management process, intervention planning is still the user's task due to the high complexity of its automation. In this paper, we propose two solutions for optimal automated planning of interventions in incident management. The first is inspired by vehicle routing problems and the second is inspired by obstacle-based problems. Finally, we will compare the results of the two solutions. This research will analyze and design the service problems that occur in seconds by using the domain problem management and incident management contained in the service operation which is a sub domain of ITIL. ITIL in the concept of research data collection using interviews and literature studies, in which the data generated from this method there are several incidents that often occur in seconds, so that will be presented a result. System helpdesk that will provide a conclusion of several incidents that often occur and are complained of by system users. From the results of the incident that occurred, it will be carried out according to the flow of the helpdesk that has been built and if an incident occurs repeatedly, it will become a management problem.Keywords :  ITIL, IT design, problem management, incident management, and service operationAbstrakPengendalian manajemen pelayanan teknologi informasi pada saat ini sangat berpengaruh untuk organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strateginya. Sekumpulan ITIL besar praktik, alat, dan metode terbaik yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan dan penanganan layanan TI. Dalam tulisan ini, akan menempatkan penekanan pada field Layanan Operasi di ITIL pada proses manajemen insiden yang digunakan untuk mengelola siklus hidup insiden TI. Gagasan utamanya adalah menemukan solusi untuk perencanaan optimal intervensi yang otomatis dalam proses manajemen insiden. Memang, meskipun jumlah solusi perangkat lunak untuk proses manajemen insiden, perencanaan intervensi masih merupakan tugas pengguna karena kompleksitas tinggi otomatisasi nya. Dalam tulisan ini, kami mengusulkan dua solusi untuk perencanaan optimal otomatis intervensi dalam pengelolaan insiden. Yang pertama terinspirasi oleh masalah perutean kendaraan dan yang kedua terinspirasi oleh masalah berbasis kendala. Akhirnya, kita akan membandingkan antara hasil dua solusi tersebut.Penelitian ini akan menganalisa dan melakukan desain perancangan terhadap masalah pelayanan yang terjadi pada detik sumsel dengan menggunakan domain problem management dan incident management yang terdapat pada service operation yang merupakan sub domain dari ITIL.  ITIL  dalam konsep penelitian pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan studi literatur, yang mana data yang dihasilkan dari metode ini terdapat beberapa insiden yang sering terjadi pada detik sumsel, sehingga akan disajikan sebuah hasil. Helpdesk sistem yang akan memberikan sebuah kesimpulan dari beberapa insiden yang sering terjadi dan dikeluhkan oleh pengguna sistem. Dari hasil insiden yang terjadi maka akan dilakukan sebuah penanganan sesuai alur dari helpdesk yang telah dibangun dan jika sebuah insiden terjadi berulang kali maka semua itu akan dijadikan sebuah problem management.Kata kunci :  ITIL, desain TI, problem management,  incident managemant,  dan service operation

Abstract

Early childhood is a child who is at the age of 0-6 years, which is a very important age for child development or what is commonly called the golden period. Early childhood are in the most rapid stages of growth and development, both physically and mentally and they are learning in their own way. Currently, early childhood children are more interested in games that are on Android phones than other traditional games. They will also find it easier to remember something they like, and there are forms or writing that have interesting features and colors and are communicative and fun. Educational games are very interesting applications to be developed to overcome this problem. The advantages of educational games compared to conventional educational methods are to increase logic and understanding of a problem visually, and improve memory so that children can store subject matter for a longer time. The author makes an educational game on the introduction of English based on the Android operating system, with the hope that children can immediately use the game application and gain more knowledge and change learning patterns so that they are not bored and bored. This educational game for introducing English for early childhood consists of a menu for letter recognition, number recognition, animal recognition, counting and assessment. The benefit to be achieved from this research is to change conventional learning methods to simulated learning methods with mobile-based educational game media and to help students develop creativity because educational games have elements of challenge, accuracy, reasoning and ethics. If the child only knows English from where he is studying, it will take a long time for the child to memorize numbers, letters, and words in English. The existence of this educational game can be a fun and portable media to introduce English. So that children do not feel that they are learning but are playing words in English which can be done by themselves anytime at home. Abstract

So far, the High Prosecutor's Office for Bangka Belitung Islands has not yet had a certain standard in evaluating service levels. In addition, there has never been an evaluation of governance at the service level at the High Court of Bangka Belitung Islands. In this study, the problem faced is the absence of a standardized governance system both in the management and procurement of IT equipment in each work unit, making it difficult to handle problems for each user. This is because basically services require certain effectiveness in terms of time and quality of services and optimize public service tasks in the legal field. In research using a framework to assess IT governance is Cobit 5. Where Cobit 5 can be the basis for assessment. Based on the results of the analysis using the Cobit 5 framework method using 4 domains, namely APO, EDM, BAI and MEA. The assessment uses the help of a maturity model scale, to see the current maturity level conditions. After obtaining the value of the maturity level, it will be seen in which part is needed to improve first. Thus, the results of this research provide priority domains for improvement. Abstract

AbstractPerkembangan teknologi pada era globalisasi ini menjadikan teknologi sebagai pilar penting dalam membantu kegiatan oprasional suatu organisasi atau instansi guna untuk mencapai tujuan yang diingikan oleh instansi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengolah berbagai data menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat berguna bagi orang yang memerlukannya. SMP Widya Sakti merupakan sebuah instansi yang yang sudah berdiri sejak 24 maret 1978 sampai saat ini. Dimana pada instansi ini sudah menggunakan teknologi  sebagai pembantu pengolahan data keuangan dan dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan yang selalu dilaporkan setiap bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis Web. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas dirancang menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa Pemograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing.Aliran data dan rancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram ( DFD) sedangkan perancangan table pada basis data menggunakan Entity Realationship Diagram (ERD) dengan adannya pengembangan sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis Web ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengembangkan teknologi informasi yang dulunya masih dilakukan secara komputerisasi dan sekarang di kembangkan dalam sebuah program. Selain itu dengan adanya sistem ini, perasalahan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan dapat di atasi dengan mudah Pada SMP Widya Sakti.Keywords: Revenue and Expense Information SystemAbstrakThe development of technology in this era of globalization makes technology an important pillar in helping operational activities of an organization or agency in order to achieve the desired goals of the agency. The development of information technology is one important part that can help a person in processing various data into an information that can be useful for people who need it. Widya Sakti Middle School is an institution that has been established since 24 March 1978 until now. Where in this agency has used technology as a financial data processing assistant and can produce a report that is always reported every month. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-based cash receipt and expenditure information system. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The method in developing this application uses the Waterfall Method. Development of Cash Revenue and Expenditure Information System is designed using MySQL database and Hypertext Preprocessor Programming (PHP) while for system testing uses black box testing. Data flow and system design uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) while the table design in the database uses Entity Realationship Diagrams (ERD) with the development of Web-based cash receipts and disbursements systems is expected to help develop information technology that was previously still being computerized and is now being developed in a program. Abstract

Breast cancer is a type of malignant tumor which is still the number one killer where the process of spread or metastasis takes a long time. The number of breast cancer sufferers increases every year so that if detected or caught early, prevention can be done early so as to reduce the number of breast cancer sufferers. To reduce the risk of increasing the number of cancer patients, it is necessary to do early detection, several methods can be used to assist the early detection process such as cancer screening, or computational methods. Several machine learning methods that have been chosen to solve cases of breast cancer prediction, especially the classification algorithm, including Naive Bayes have the advantage of being simple but having high accuracy even though they use little data. Weaknesses in Naive Bayes, namely the prediction of the probability result is not running optimally and the lack of selection of relevant features to the classification so that the accuracy is low. This research is intended to build a classification system for detecting breast cancer using the Naive Bayes method, by adding a forward selection method for feature selection from the many features that exist in breast cancer data, because not all features are features that can be used in the classification process. The result of combining the Naive Bayes method and the forward selection method in feature selection can increase the accuracy value of 96.49% detection of breast cancer patients.

Abstract

In the current digitalization era, the application of knowledge management systems can improve the performance of information systems for the better. The knowledge management system is very important to be implemented in higher education. Having different abilities in implementing the tri dharma of higher education, therefore it is necessary to share knowledge to increase the career advancement of lecturers. The development of a lecturer performance information system based on a knowledge management system is an information system used to carry out community service activities. This system can also generate information on the achievement of targets every semester. The target achieved will be used for determining rewards and punishments. The method used for software development is a waterfall. The classical method is still often used because the stages are simpler and easier to implement. Abstract

AbstractAs for this research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of myindihome mobile application users. As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. While based on the website quality (webqual 4.0) instrument identify quality based on three variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. PLS (Partial Least Square) model of calculation which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling is used to test research hypothesis. Reliability and validity have also been tested. This study is also emphasis on the extent to which the perception of the quality of service of mobile applications myIndiHome perceived and how it affects the user satisfaction of mobile applications myIndiHome in this case the customer indihome that have significant impact on customers' satisfaction..Keywords :  Indihome, User Satisfaction, Servqual, and WebqualAbstrakAdapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi mobile myIndiHome. Sebagai penyedia layanan, PT. Telkom, Tbk dituntut untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan atau respon yang cepat, tepat dan akurat kepada pelanggan. Meskipun memiliki beberapa sarana untuk menampung semua keluhan pelanggan di Indonesia, namun dalam kenyataannya masih banyak keluhan pelanggan yang belum dapat terselesaikan dengan baik yang perlu diperhatikan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran kepuasan pengguna terhadap respon cepat tanggap layanan menggunakan kombinasi metode ServQual dan WebQual. Kombinasi kedua teori, secara efektif menangani multikolinieritas (jika banyak variabel yang sangat berkorelasi). Sehubungan dengan kondisi itu, berdasarkan teori service quality (ServQual) digunakan untuk mengetahui kepuasan terhadap aplikasi tersebut, apakah ada pengaruh variabel reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, dan tangible terhadap kepuasan pengguna baik perorangan maupun kelompok. Sedangkan berdasarkan instrumen website quality (webqual 4.0) mengidentifikasi kualitas berdasarkan tiga variabel yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Perhitungan model PLS (Partial Least Square) yang merupakan salah satu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Reliabilitas dan validitas juga telah diuji. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pada sejauh mana persepsi tentang kualitas layanan aplikasi mobile myIndiHome yang dirasakan dan bagaimana pengaruhnya dengan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi mobile myIndiHome dalam hal ini pelanggan indihome yang memiliki dampak signifikan pada kepuasan pengguna.Kata kunci : Indihome, Kepuasan Penggguna, Servqual, dan Webqual
