Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim to find out the categories of attributes on the website of the Social Rehabilitation Center of Persons with Physical Disabilities Budi Perkasa Palembang so that it can be known the steps to improve or add content for development on the website, to determine the level of satisfaction and the level of user disappointment with the website, and to know the priority of applying content for development on the website later using the Kano method. After conducting interviews, Customer Requirements were obtained in the form of Content Home Improvements, Content Profiles Improvement, Online Registration Content Additions, Photo Gallery Content Improvements and Guest Book Content Additions. The results of this study found that the priority of implementing the first content is the addition of Online Registration content in the Must-Be category (with a satisfaction level of 0.375 and a level of disappointment -0.50), followed by improvements to the content of the Home (with a satisfaction level of 0.625 and a level of disappointment -0.625 ) and improvements to the Photo Gallery content (with a satisfaction level of 0.50 and a level of disappointment of -0,625) in the One Dimensional category, and finally the Improvement of the Profile content (with a level of satisfaction of 0.50 and a level of disappointment of -0.375) and the addition of the Guest Book content (with a satisfaction level of 0.50 and a level of disappointment -0.125) which is in the Attractive category.Keywords : Content, Kano Method, Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with, Physical Disabilities Budi Perkasa PalembangABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kategori dari atribut atribut dalam website Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik Budi Perkasa Palembang sehingga dapat diketahui langkah-langkah perbaikan atau penambahan content untuk  pengembangan pada website, untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat kekecewaan pengguna terhadap website, dan untuk mengetahui prioritas penerapan content untuk pengembangan pada website nantinya dengan menggunakan metode Kano. Setelah dilakukan wawancara didapatkan Customer Requirement berupa Perbaikan Content Home, Perbaikan Content Profil, Penambahan Content Pendaftaran Online, Perbaikan Content Galeri Foto dan Penambahan Content Buku Tamu. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan prioritas penerapan content yang pertama adalah penambahan content Pendaftaran Online yang masuk dalam kategori Must-Be (dengan tingkat kepuasan 0,375 dan tingkat kekecewaan -0,50) disusul dengan perbaikan content Home (dengan tingkat kepuasan 0,625 dan tingkat kekecewaan -0,625) dan perbaikan content Galeri Foto (dengan tingkat kepuasan 0,50 dan tingkat kekecewaan -0,625) yang berada pada kategori One Dimensional, dan yang terakhir Perbaikan content Profil (dengan tingkat kepuasan 0,50 dan tingkat kekecewaan -0,375) dan penambahan content Buku Tamu (dengan tingkat kepuasan 0,50 dan tingkat kekecewaan  -0,125) yang berada pada kategori Attractive..Kata kunci: Content, Metode Kano, Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang, Disabilitas Fisik Budi Perkasa Palembang

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems that robots can do in helping humans is putting out fires. This job requires a fast reaction, because fire can be avoided if the fire has not spread. Fire problems can be reduced if the source of the fire can be found first and extinguished in a short time. This research aims to design a prototype of a wheeled fire extinguisher robot by designing electronic components, mechanical parts and motion actuators on the robot and applying Sugeno fuzzy logic as the basis for the control system algorithm where the process starts from fuzzification, rule inference then defuzzification, and using the Wall Follower method as a method for navigation, because to support the optimum performance of the robot, a navigation system and a reliable design are needed. This robot uses the Arduino mega2560 as a microcontroller board, the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 as a distance gauge, the fire sensor as a hotspot detector and the line sensor as a differentiator between home and target zone, while the software used in the robot programming is Arduino IDE. Robot testing is made using the blackbox method and aims whether the robot can extinguish the fire or not. The achievements of the results of this study are, implementing the fuzzy logic and wall follower method on fire-fighting robots so that the robot can search on arenas, extinguish fires on candles, stop and maintain an autonomous distance from walls.  Keywords : Robot, arduino,  fire extinguisher, Sugeno fuzzy logic, wall followerABSTRAKSalah satu masalah yang dapat dikerjakan robot dalam membantu manusia adalah memadamkan api. Pekerjaan ini membutuhkan reaksi yang cepat, karena kebakaran dapat dihindari apabila api belum menyebar. Masalah kebakaran dapat dikurangi apabila sumber api dapat ditemukan terlebih dahulu dan dipadamkan dalam waktu yang singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah prototype robot pemadam api beroda mulai dengan merancang komponen – komponen elektronika, bagian mekanik serta aktuator gerak pada robot dan merapkan metode fuzzy logic Sugeno sebagai basis algoritma sistem kontrolnya yang dimana prosesnya dimulai dari fuzzifikasi, rule inferensi kemudian defuzzifikasi, serta menggunakan metode Wall Follower sebagai metode untuk navigasinya, dikarenakan untuk menunjang kinerja optimum robot dibutuhkan sistem navigasi serta rancangan yang handal. Robot ini menggunakan Arduino mega2560 sebagai board mikrokontroller, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 sebagai pengukur jarak, sensor api sebagai pendeteksi titik api dan sensor garis sebagai pembeda antara home dan target zone, sedangkan software yang digunakan dalam memogram robot adalah Arduino IDE. Pengujian robot yang dibuat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode blackbox dan bertujuan apakah robot dapat memadamkan api atau tidak. Capaian dari hasil penelitian ini adalah, mengimplementasikan metode fuzzy logic dan wall follower pada robot pemadam api sehingga robot dapat melakukan penelusuran pada arena, memadamkan titik api pada lilin, berhenti dan menjaga jarak dari dinding secara autonomous.Kata kunci : Robot, arduino, pemadam api, fuzzy logic Sugeno, wall follower

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the Implementation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) at the National Savings Bank (BTN) in South Sumatra, as a government bank. Given the role of banks in the economy and the extraordinary level of competition. This research is expected to be a reference in implementing KMS in banking. Banks need KMS to run business processes in the application of expertise in organizations, because KMS is able to improve the bank's core competencies. KMS acts as a liaison in the knowledge provider to broaden and deepen knowledge, contribute to overcoming competition between banks in raising funds to create forms of innovative product services provided to the public. This research is to identify the implementation of KMS in the organization, so it can be seen the success factors of KMS in banking institutions. Data collected by questionnaire, then made a research model. The survey results revealed that the KMS model suitable for use as a reference model for KMS implementation in BTN South Sumatra was influenced by factors, namely KM; organizational factors measurement objectives / specific strategies and leadership support, information technology and service innovation to consumers.Keywords : Implementation KMS, KMS on Banking, KMS Success FactorsABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas Implementasi Knowledge Management System (KMS) di Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) di Sumatera Selatan, sebagai Bank pemerintah. Bank membutuhkan KMS untuk menjalankan proses bisnis dalam penerapan keahlian dalam organisasi, karena KMS mampu meningkatkan kompetensi inti bank. KMS bertindak sebagai penghubung dalam penyedia pengetahuan untuk memperluas dan memperdalam pengetahuan, berkontribusi untuk mengatasi persaingan antara bank dalam mengumpulkan dana untuk menciptakan bentuk-bentuk layanan produk inovatif yang disediakan untuk publik. Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi KMS dalam organisasi, sehingga dapat dilihat faktor keberhasilan KMS di lembaga perbankan. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, kemudian dibuat model penelitian. Hasil survei mengungkapkan model KMS yang cocok untuk digunakan sebagai model referensi implementasi KMS di BTN Sumatera Selatan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor, yaitu KM; faktor organisasi tujuan pengukuran / strategi tertentu dan dukungan kepemimpinan, teknologi informasi dan inovasi layanan kepada konsumen.Kata kunci : Implementasi KMS, KMS di Perbankan, Faktor Keberhasilan KMS

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Webqual method is one method for testing the quality level of a website based on the perceptions of end users. This method is a development of the Servqual Method that is widely used for measuring service quality. The purpose of this research is  to determine the feasibility of the Musi Rawas University website using WebQual 4.0. Structural equation models (SEM) is used as methods and techniques for data analysis. samples in this study as many as 201 people. The data collection technique using questionnaires. Before the questionnaire distributed tested first using validity and reliability test and assessment with the Likert scale. On the validity of the test using the formula Pearson Bevariate while the reliability test using Cronbach's alpha formula. In the assessment using a Likert scale used 5 ratings interval, is Strongly Agree, Agree, Doubt, Disagree and Strongly Disagree. Based on the results of the test of validity views of rhitung> from 0.138 rtabel value then the question is valid. The results of the analysis of the reliability test rhitung> rtabel value of 0.138. From the results of this study concluded that one of the dimensions of WebQual 4.0, namely the quality of information, does not affect user satisfaction significantly. In other words, the manager of the website should give more attention to providing quality information content. Keywords : Webqual, Validity, ReliabilityABSTRAKMetode Webqual merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan pengujian tingkat kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir, Metode ini merupakan pengembangan dari Metode Servqual yang banyak digunakan untuk pengukuran kualitas jasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan website universitas musi rawas dengan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural equation model (SEM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 201 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner atau angket. Sebelum angket disebarkan diuji terlebih dahulu menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan penilaian dengan skala likert. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa salah satu dimensi dari WebQual 4.0, yaitu kualitas informasi, tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan. Dengan kata lain, pengelola website harus memberikan perhatian lebih untuk menyediakan konten informasi yang berkualitas.Kata kunci : Webqual, Validitas, Reliabilitas

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe internet as a data transmission backbone has security threats in sending data. To overcome the security problem of every data communication that is done through a public network (public network), then a connection is needed that requires a connection between workstations running privately, so that only workstations that have access can connect, by using a virtual private network or VPN. The advantage of a VPN is that data sent over an encrypted VPN is quite safe and the secret is maintained even through the internet network because the data sent will go through the tunnel. Tunneling itself is a method for transferring data from one network to another by using a veiled internet network. Two protocols can be chosen in a VPN, namely Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) and Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP). However, the performance of each of these protocols is unknown yet. To find out the performance of the two protocols we need a test with a simulation method. Using a Mikrotik router and Wireshark application with Quality of Service (QoS) parameters consisting of Packet Loss, Delay, and Throughput on 2 clients connected to the mikrotik router and each client uses a different protocol. All clients will stream videos simultaneously to get a data packet capture. The test results will be grouped into four categories, namely bad, moderate, good and very good. It is expected that data will be able to show the quality of service of both protocols. so that it can be used as a reference in the selection of VPN protocol to be used.Keywords: Quality of Service, PPTP, L2TPABSTRAKInternet sebagai backbone pengiriman data memiliki ancaman keamanan dalam pengiriman data. Untuk mengatasi masalah keamanan setiap komunikasi data yang dilakukan melalui jaringan publik (public network) maka diperlukan suatu mekanisme yang memungkinkan koneksi antar workstation berjalan secara private, sehingga hanya workstation yang memiliki akses yang dapat saling terhubung, dengan cara memanfaatkan virtual private network atau VPN. Keuntungan VPN adalah data yang dikirimkan melalui VPN terenkripsi sehingga cukup aman dan rahasianya tetap terjaga meskipun melalui jaringan internet, karena data yang dikirim akan melalui tunnel. Tunneling sendiri merupakan metode untuk transfer data dari suatu jaringan ke jaringan lain dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet secara terselubung. Terdapat dua protokol yang dapat dipilih dalam VPN yaitu Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) dan Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP). Akan tetapi belum diketahui performa dari masing – masing protokol tersebut. Untuk mengetahui kinerja dari kedua protokol tersebut diperlukan sebuah pengujian dengan metode simulasi. Menggunakan router mikrotik dan aplikasi Wireshark dengan parameter Quality of Service (QoS) yang terdiri dari Packet Loss, Delay, dan Throughtput pada 2 client yang terhubung ke router mikrotik dan setiap client akan menggunakan protokol yang berbeda. Semua client akan melakukan video streaming secara bersamaan untuk mendapatkan capture paket data. Hasil pengujian akan dikelompokkan menjadi empat kategori, yaitu kategori buruk, sedang, bagus dan sangat bagus. Diharapkan akan dihasilkan sebuah data yang dapat menunjukkan kualitas dari layanan kedua protokol tersebut. sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pemilihan protokol vpn yang akan digunakan.Kata kunci: Quality of Service, PPTP, L2TP

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe brain is formed from two types of cells: glia and neurons. Glia functions to support and protect neurons, while neurons carry information in the form of electrical pulses known as potential action. The brain regulates and coordinates most of the body's movements, behavior, and homeostasis functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, body fluid balance and body temperature. A brain tumor is a mass of abnormally growing brain cells. Most brain tumors can spread through brain tissue, but rarely spread to other areas of the body. But in the case of benign brain tumors, as they grow they can destroy and suppress other normal brain tissue, which can result in paralysis. Several methods are used to detect disorders of the brain nerve tissue, including: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). This research is intended to build a classification system for brain image data using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) with the category, normal, Glioma, metastatic bronchogenic carcinoma or Alzheimer's using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) so that it can assist in decision making for medical experts. While the method used in this research is Discrete Wavelet Transformation (DWT) for the feature extraction process so that the unique characteristics of an object can be recognized, as well as the classification process using the adaptive neighborhood neural network method. This research is able to integrate the two methods with the acquisition of significant accuracy.Keywords : feature extraction, classification, MRI, BrainABSTRAKOtak terbentuk dari dua jenis sel: glia dan neuron. Glia berfungsi untuk menunjang dan melindungi neuron, sedangkan neuron membawa informasi dalam bentuk pulsa listrik yang di kenal sebagai potensi aksi. Otak mengatur dan mengkordinir sebagian besar,gerakan, perilaku dan fungsi tubuh homeostasis seperti detak jantung, tekanan darah, keseimbangan cairan tubuh dan suhu tubuh. Tumor otak adalah sekumpulan massa sel-sel otak yang tumbuh abnormal. Sebagian besar tumor otak dapat menyebar melalui jaringan otak, tetapi jarang sekali menyebar ke area lain dari tubuh. Namun pada kasus tumor otak yang jinak, saat mereka tumbuh dapat menghancurkan dan menekan jaringan otak normal lainnya, yang dapat berakibat pada kelumpuhan. Beberapa metode dipergunakan untuk mendeteksi gangguan pada jaringan syaraf otak, diantaranya: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membangun sistem klasifikasi untuk data citra otak menggunakan Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) dengan kategori, normal, Glioma, metastatic bronchogenic carcinoma atau Alzheimer menggunakan Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) sehingga dapat membantu  dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi tenaga ahli dibidang kedokteran. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Discrete Wavelet Transformation (DWT) untuk proses ekstrasi fitur (feature extraction) agar karakteristik unik dari suatu objek dapat dikenali, serta proses klasifikasi menggunakan metode adaptive neighborhood neural network. Abstract

ABSTRACTTechnopreneur combining technology and entreprenur, Technopreneur is understanding the business of developing business with the ability to rely on science and technology, developed by the business Teknopreneur known as the business of technology. Business technology is developed with the occurrence of synergy between Teknopreneur as and business, University and Research as a new technology innovation center, and the Venture capitalist will fund the business.  University  in motivating the scholar to become the Businessman was very important in cultivating the number of businessmen. With the increase from the scholar's circle will reduce the increase in the number of unemployments in fact increased the number of fields on the work. His question was how the university side could make to Technopreneur. The role of his one it was explained by (Thomas Zimmerer) that one of the motive factors of the growth of entrepreneurship was entrepreneurship education. Moreover (Douglas A.Gray) suggested to begin efforts since early for example when still the lecture. Whereas the data in an empirical manner also was obtained through the research that was carried out to the student of the University about the factor most dominant motivated the alumnus to wirausahawan. Results of this research mentioned that the opportunity factor that pushed the dtudent and alumnus decided to become Technoprenur. Universitas dalam memotivasi sarjana untuk menjadi Pengusaha sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan jumlah pengusaha. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana pihak universitas dapat membuat Technopreneur. Apalagi (Douglas A.Gray) menyarankan untuk memulai dari sejak dini misalnya saat masih proses perkuliahan. Sedangkan data secara empiris juga diperoleh melalui penelitian yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Universitas tentang faktor yang paling dominan memotivasi alumni untuk wirausahawan. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa faktor peluang yang mendorong mahasiswa dan alumni memutuskan untuk menjadi Technoprenur. Abstract

Business activities in a company or institution currently have high competition. Companies are not only required to have a business strategy. Along with the development of information technology, companies must also develop an information system strategy based on the business strategy that the company has developed. The purpose of designing business strategies and information systems strategies is to strengthen the strength of competitiveness in the technological era by implementing strategic information systems by considering and aligning business strategies in accordance with the conditions of the strength of the company or college. The use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented but some have been implemented both from the network, the management system, and even to the teaching system already using IT. This study aims to analyze the alignment of information technology and business strategies in STT Pagar Alam using the IT Balanced Scorecard framework. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the initial step in designing the IT Balanced Scorecard at STT Pagar Alam is to align the vision, mission, and strategy of a tertiary institution. Determined objectives to determine the strategic size of each strategic goal. The results of this study are that the use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented and produced a strategic map that is classified from four perspectives in the IT Balanced Scorecard associated with IT strategy. Abstract

AbstractHigher education is the organizer of further education after the high school level. Five institutions of higher education, namely universities, institutes, high schools, academies and polytechnics. One of the factors that determine the quality of higher education is the percentage of students' ability to complete their studies on time. This is certainly obtained by choosing the right concentration of students during the lecture period and the academic ability of students. Determination of student concentration specifications is needed to determine the interests and talents of the students themselves. With the selection of the right concentration it is expected that students can graduate on time. At this time students have difficulty in determining the concentration of majors. At Bina Darma University in Palembang, especially in the Faculty of Computer Science, there are Informatics Engineering (IT). At the Faculty of Computer Science, the IT Study Program has a concentration of expertise such as Database, Software, and Network Infrastructure that are in accordance with the IT Study Program curriculum at Bina Darma University. Determination of concentration is carried out at the end of semester 4 or precisely the lecture period for semester 5. However, what happens is that students do not know their interests and abilities. At this time students have difficulty in determining the concentration of majors. The choice of concentration of the department is only based on the wishes of the students or by joining friends, so that there is a need for preference in helping students choose concentration. The methods used in data mining are C4.5 and Naïve Bayes by using the Rapid Miner application as a tool to classify student majors. In this study, it is know that C4.5 algorithm has a high accuracy of 48,06% and Naïve Bayes 42,79%Keywords : C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Klasifikasi Jurusan, Rapid MinerAbstrakPerguruan tinggi merupakan penyelenggara pendidikan lanjutan setelah tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kualitas perguruan tinggi yaitu persentasi kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat pada waktunya. Hal ini tentunya didapatkan dengan pemilihan konsentrasi mahasiswa yang tepat pada masa perkuliahan serta kemampuan akademis dari mahasiswa. Penentuan spesifikasi konsentrasi mahasiswa sangat dibutuhkan untuk menentukan minat dan bakat mahasiswa itu sendiri. Dengan pemilihan konsentrasi yang tepat diharapkan mahasiswa dapat lulus tepat pada waktunya. Pada saat ini mahasiswa kesulitan dalam menentukan konsentrasi jurusan. Di Universitas Bina Darma Palembang terutama di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, terdapat Program Studi Teknik Informatika (TI). Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer ini, Program Studi TI mempunyai konsentrasi keahlian seperti Database, Software, dan Jaringan Infrastructure yang  sesuai dengan kurikulum Program Studi TI di Universitas Bina Darma. Penentuan konsentrasi jurusan yaitu pada akhir semester 4 atau tepatnya masa perkuliahan untuk semester 5. Akan tetapi yang terjadi yaitu mahasiswa tidak tahu minat dan kemampuannya masing-masing. Saat ini mahasiswa kesulitan dalam menentukan pemilihan konsentrasi jurusan. Pemilihan konsentrasi jurusan hanya berdasarkan pada keinginan mahasiswa ataupun ikut-ikutan teman, untuk itu dirasa perlu adanya preferensi dalam membantu mahasiswa memilih konsentrasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes dengan menggunakan aplikasi Rapid Miner sebagai alat bantu untuk mengklasifikasikan penjurusan mahasiswa. Abstract

This research implements a fuzzy topsis based system for selecting the best employees at PT. Delta World Textil. One of the matters, especially in the management of Human Energy Resources (HR) is the selection of the best employees periodically, so that those who are elected will be given an award in the form of a bonus in order to motivate employees to improve their service and performance. The best and quality employees are the legacy of the industry that wants to make the industry grow rapidly. Several methods have been proposed for selecting the best employees. However, the method used is inaccurate because it only uses one method with few criteria. This study aims to select the best employees by looking at several criteria in the form of discipline, teamwork, attitudes, presence, skills, loyalty, tenure, and productivity for initial processing using fuzzy logic. Initial values are obtained in the form of membership function values which are used as input into the topsis method. The first stage of the topsis method is carried out in the normalized decision metric stage, the results of this stage are used to find a weighted normalized decision matrix according to the weight of the criteria for each criterion, the results of this stage are used to ensure positive ideal solving and negative perfect solutions after that the distance between the values is determined. each alternative with a positive perfect solution matrix and a negative perfect solution matrix. In the last session, the highest preference value was sought so that the best employees were obtained. The results show that the system established is very feasible in ensuring the best employees in performance evaluation. Keywords : Fuzzy Logic, Topsis, Best Employees, Decision Support System
