Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. The use of technology in education aims to facilitate academic management in higher education. Universitas Indo Global Mandiri utilizes this technology through an academic information system called NewLecturer. This system is designed to support lecturers in various academic activities such as filling in grades, viewing schedules, uploading learning materials, and printing Lecture Minutes (BAP). Previously, the Lecturer.uigm.ac.id system was used; however, it had limitations in sharing learning materials, so it required integration with the E-Learning System. With the launch of Newlecturer in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, lecturers can now access various academic services on one platform. However, since its implementation, there has been no measurement related to the level of lecturer satisfaction with the NewLecturer system. This study aims to analyze the quality and level of lecturer satisfaction with the system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable input for the evaluation and development of the NewLecturer system, aiming to improve the quality of academic services at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, technological advancements have brought significant changes across various aspects of life, including the management of places of worship. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for managing the activities of the Taqwa Grand Mosque in Palembang. The system is designed to address the challenges of manual record-keeping, which is prone to errors, lacks transparency, and faces difficulties in reporting mosque funds and activities. This research employs the Agile methodology, which involves iterative stages such as planning, design, implementation, testing, and continuous evaluation. The information system includes features for managing infaq, zakat, and qurban funds online, scheduling mosque activities, and ensuring transparent financial reporting. The expected outcome is the creation of an integrated system that simplifies the management of mosque funds and activities, provides easy access for worshippers to donate digitally, and delivers accurate financial reports. This system also supports real-time information management, enhances operational efficiency, and builds the trust of worshippers in mosque management. With the application of this technology, it is hoped that the management of the Taqwa Grand Mosque can become more transparent.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Construction Project Management Information System for PT Jaya Kusuma to address various challenges, such as manual project submissions, budget planning (RAB) calculations using Microsoft Excel, and inefficient project progress reporting. The system is designed using the Agile Development methodology to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to user needs. Key features include online project submission, automated RAB management, uploading of initial agreement and contract documents in PDF format, and real-time project progress monitoring, all of which are accessible to clients, managers, and supervisors. Additionally, the system provides graph-based reports, enabling directors to monitor project performance easily. The implementation results indicate that the system enhances business process efficiency, data transparency, and service quality for clients while reducing the risk of errors in construction project management.

Abstract

Discrepancies in payment systems, such as overpayments, underpayments, and recording errors, have the potential to cause financial losses and reduce institutional accountability. This study aims to detect anomalies in the payment data of Lecturer Professional Allowances (TPD) and Distinguished Professor Honoraria (TKGB) at LLDIKTI Region IV using the Isolation Forest algorithm, and to evaluate the associated financial risks through the COSO ERM framework. The data analyzed were derived from historical SPTJM Online records. The results show that the algorithm successfully identified 150 anomalies in salary data and 144 in payment data, with significant deviation scores. t-SNE visualization revealed a clear separation between normal and anomalous data, while the chi square test indicated that the anomalies were systemic in nature. The COSO ERM evaluation highlighted the highest compliance in risk identification, although weaknesses were found in data integration and reporting systems. This integrative approach proves effective in detecting anomalies and strengthening financial oversight in higher education institutions.

Abstract

In today's era, advancements in information technology (IT) are driving digital transformation across various sectors, including government institutions such as Polda Xyz. A key element of this transformation is the administrative correspondence system, which must be managed efficiently, structurally, and securely. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture that serves as the foundation for the comprehensive and integrated development of information systems, using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology. This approach addresses challenges such as process inefficiencies, lack of integration between work units, and weak information security. By applying TOGAF through the Architecture Development Method (ADM), the proposed architecture encompasses four core domains: Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, and Technology Architecture. This research adopts a qualitative approach through literature studies, observations, interviews, and data analysis. The results produce an enterprise architecture blueprint and an implementation roadmap for the E-Office system, which are expected to enhance operational efficiency, communication effectiveness, and data security within Polda Xyz.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has created significant opportunities to enhance efficiency and modernization, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. MusiCraft, an MSME in Palembang, is engaged in woven crafts and food products, but faces various operational challenges, including manual sales methods, traditional transaction recording, and limited product promotion. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system to address these challenges. Through this system, customers can easily access product information, make purchases, and utilize modern payment methods. For business operators, the system offers features for stock management, automatic transaction recording, and a customer loyalty program that rewards customers. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with a prototype approach, involving users to ensure the system meets their needs. The study results indicate that the web-based information system enhances operational efficiency, expands market reach, and strengthens MusiCraft’s competitiveness in the digital era. The implementation of this system is expected to support MSME sustainability and provide a better shopping experience for customers.
