Abstract

Desa Alai Selatan, yang mayoritas penduduknya bekerja di sektor perkebunan dan pertanian, telah menggali potensi singkong sebagai komoditas utama. Singkong, dengan kandungan karbohidrat tinggi dan rendah lemak, diolah menjadi keripik dan kerupuk singkong sebagai alternatif makanan pokok. Meskipun dijual dengan harga rendah, pedagang lokal menghadapi tantangan dalam bersaing dengan produk sejenis. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pelatihan pengolahan singkong diimplementasikan, menjadi kerupuk opak yang mencakup variasi rasa dengan rasa keju dan pedas, dan perubahan pada kemasan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk. Pelatihan kewirausahaan, terutama bagi ibu rumah tangga, bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk memanfaatkan potensi singkong sebagai peluang usaha. Kegiatan KKN di Desa Alai Selatan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ibu-ibu dalam mengolah singkong menjadi kerupuk opak dengan penekanan pada pemilihan bahan baku, teknik pengolahan, dan pengemasan yang benar. Tujuan akhirnya adalah memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan penghasilan masyarakat, meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai potensi singkong, dan mengembangkan usaha kerupuk opak sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan di tingkat lokal. Keseluruhan, kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan ekonomi dan ketahanan pangan di Desa Alai Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between the performance of PT Oasis Water International workers and factors such as compensation and competition. All employees of PT. Oasis Water International was the focus of this quantitative research, with a total of 160 people and 115 of them filled out the survey using a simple random sampling method based on the Slovin formula. PT employees. Oasis Water International was given a questionnaire to fill out to collect data. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data, using SPSS 24 to manage research data. Based on the research results, employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by the compensation variable. This is supported by a Tcount value of 4.361 and a TTable value of 1.981, which shows that Tcount > TTable (4.361 > 1.981), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Compensation has a significant influence on productivity in the workplace. Tcount > TTable (13.101 > 1.981), sig. 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the competency variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that competency and compensation partially have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Oasis Water International. Based on the results of the F test, the significance level was obtained at 0.000 < 0.005 and Fcount > fTable (85.242 > 3.08). Abstract

Pemilihan Dekan di tingkat universitas merupakan proses penting yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan, riset, dan pengabdian masyarakat di fakultas. Namun, proses ini sering menghadapi tantangan seperti subjektivitas, kurangnya transparansi, dan ketidakjelasan kriteria penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi jabatan Dekan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Performance Indicator (WPI) yang berbasis pada opini responden. Metode WPI menggabungkan berbagai kriteria dan indikator untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kandidat secara objektif dan transparan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria seperti kualifikasi akademik, pengalaman kepemimpinan, kontribusi penelitian, kemampuan manajerial, visi strategis, kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan universitas, kualitas komunikasi, dan pengalaman pengelolaan konflik untuk menilai tiga kandidat dekan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Kandidat 1 memperoleh nilai WPI tertinggi sebesar 134,23, diikuti oleh Kandidat 2 dengan nilai 120,59, dan Kandidat 3 dengan nilai 111,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WPI efektif memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dan dapat diandalkan dalam proses pemilihan Dekan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan fakultas dan pencapaian tujuan akademik serta strategis universitas

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari tridharma juga inti dari misi perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata kepada masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan penerapan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sumber daya akademis untuk memecahkan masalah dunia nyata dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup orang-orang sekitar kita. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dikolaborasikan kedalam merdeka belajar kampus merdeka serta sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan materi berhubungan dengan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di era inovasi dan perubahan menuju keunggulan kompetitif membangun sumber daya manusia unggul melalui pendekatan coaching. Pendekatan coaching dimaksudkan sebagai sebuah inisiatif yang sangat bernilai dalam konteks pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di masyarakat dimana peserta akan dibantu untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan, pendekatan coaching juga tidak hanya tentang pengembangan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membantu dalam aspek-aspek seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan resolusi masalah. Peserta diharapkan dapat belajar untuk mandiri dan terus-menerus mengembangkan diri mereka sendiri setelah program coaching selesai.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian komunitas lokal, terutama di desa-desa yang memiliki tujuan potensi ekonomi yang belum sepenuhnya tergarap secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Alai Selatan melalui inovasi produk tahu dan pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Program ini melibatkan peningkatan keterampilan produksi tahu dengan memperkenalkan variasi produk baru yang lebih inovatif dan bernilai tambah bagi pasar. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dilatih untuk memanfaatkan platform e-commerce sebagai sarana pemasaran yang modern dan relevan, sehingga produk tahu lokal dapat memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan warga secara signifikan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas produk tahu serta kemampuan masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk tahu tersebut. Dengan demikian, pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan menjadi inovasi bagi desa-desa lain dalam mengembangkan potensi lokal melalui inovasi dan teknologi yang berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

The problem of this research is How Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline Influence the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. The research used quantitative methods with sampling, namely saturated sampling (census) of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 24 application. Based on the research, it was found that: 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with tcount = 2.064 and sig. 0.042, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang employees with tcount = 7.196 and sig. 0.000, 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang City employees with tcount = 2.830 and sig. 0.006, 4) Competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with Fcount = 30.245 and sig. 0.000.

Abstract

Work discipline is an important factor that reflects the level of employee compliance with the regulations and standards set by the company. Meanwhile, a clear and detailed job description helps employees understand their duties and responsibilities, thereby increasing work efficiency and effectiveness. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Oasis Water Internasional Banyuasin South Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression techniques to determine the extent to which work discipline and job descriptions affect employee performance. The results of the study showed that both work discipline and job descriptions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, companies need to pay attention to and strengthen these two aspects to improve employee productivity and work quality.

Abstract

-The purpose of this study was to the effect of spiritual leadership and school culture on teacher performance at IGM Al ihsaniyah modern boarding school. The population and sample in this study were 51 teachers at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Modern Islamic Boarding School. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this research show that there is an influence of spiritual leadership and organizational culture on the performance of teachers at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Modern Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of the explanation of the data obtained, (1) The multiple linear regression equation obtained the final equation, namely Y = 14.307 + 0.413X1 + 0.741X2 + e. (2) spiritual leadership has no effect and is not significant on teacher performance as seen from the results of the t test with a value of t calculated > t table or 1.753 < 2.00958 and significant 0.086 > 0.05, school culture has an effect and is significant on teacher performance as seen from the results of the t test with the value t count > t table 3.194 > 2.00958 and significant 0.002 < 0.05. (3) The results of the F test show that spiritual leadership and school culture have a significant and influential effect on teacher performance. F count > F table is 31,933 > 3.19 with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. (4) Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), spiritual leadership and school culture are able to explain teacher performance variables by 0.554 or 55.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on human resource management at the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province. Digital transformation is key to improving operational efficiency, team member productivity, and data-based decision making. The research method used is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to department employees as research respondents. The study results show that digital transformation positively and significantly affects human resource management. The implementation of digital technology contributes to increasing employee work effectiveness, optimizing information systems, and managing human resources that are more adaptive to change. Thus, the department needs to continue improving its digitalization strategy through training and developing digital competencies for its employees to optimize the benefits of digital transformation.

Abstract

Employee productivity is an important factor in a company's success, especially in an increasingly tight business competition era. This study analyzes the impact of work-life balance and job satisfaction on PT. Brilliant Think Center employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 94 PT Brilliant Think Center employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study results show that work-life balance significantly affects employee productivity, where the balance between work and personal life increases efficiency and work motivation. Not only that, job satisfaction also has a positive impact on employee productivity, especially in increasing loyalty and work enthusiasm. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to increasing employee productivity. This finding proves companies that support and create a more comfortable and motivating work environment. Thus, it is hoped that employee productivity can continue to increase, which ultimately positively impacts the company's growth.
