<![CDATA[The decision of “haram” which is coming from The Indonesian Islamic Scholar Council (MUI ) against such a group which has homo sexual oriented and the death penalty for sexual offenders "deviant" make the people of Indonesia shaken, especially those who feel they have gender identity "third". "Religion" which should give way ease, as if to bury alive a person who has a gay sexual orientation. In fact, legal instruments, regional, national and international human rights recognize their rights as human beings. By using contemporary humanities social approach, this paper presents the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual And Transgender group as a human's dignity to be treated like a human being which must be respected.]]>

<![CDATA[The transgender phenomenaon in Indonesia is known as an undesirable group of people, furthermore getting backbitting. Clearly, Islam avoids the undesirable. Finally, transgender people become a minority of people and getting different dos. Consequently, the researcher discusses Islamic Conseling As The Solution Of Transgender Phenomenaon. The research is library research which uses the analysis method to content analysis. The research discovers that transgender were considered mentally ill simply. Many transgender people have reported incidence of depression varies and become significantly higher levels of suicidality. In the psychological knowledge, Spritual intervention is the most of urgent ways to cure mental illness, so that islamic conseling as the solution of transgender phenomenaon could be done with several steps; the first, giving them knowledge about self-convidence; the second, insisting fundamental Islamic belief; the third, letting them approach to Allah SWT; the fourth, giving them knowledge about Islamic law of transgender phenomenon.]]>

<![CDATA[Family is the most urgent aspect of the life of every human being. Since, the family is first community that be obtained by each individual and the first community influencing patterns and lifestyles. Likewise for transgender (waria), the family actually became the basis foundation of their life expectancy. Because a transgender (waria), essentially already experiencing inner conflict since he felt the strangeness or different situations with others. Only, when the inner conflict unfinished openly expressed heard, their courage to open up as a transgender (waria), got the hard rejection. Through this article, the author will give an idea, how the transgender desperately need the presence of family in their lives. In addition, this article also give an understanding of the existence of transgender pesantren (pesantren), and transgender understanding of itself. Thus, expected to open up space for dialogue wider for them.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explains about transsexual and its position in Islamic inheritance. Transsexual included in gender identity disorders. The main characteristic of this problem is the mismatch between the genitals and gender identity. Gender identity is the feeling of a person belonging to a particular gender, in other words the realization that he is male or female. The law of transsexual (genital surgery) is absolutely haram. Whereas, genital operation in order to enchantment/improvement of double genital or abnormality, is permissible even encouraged in Islam. The law position of transsexual offender (sex change) toward normal genital is not change, remains theirs before surgery. Woman who does transsexual as men, then the legal position in Islamic inheritance remained as a woman, so are the men. Meanwhile for the perpetrators of gender surgery in order to improve / repair the double genitalia or genitalia that is not perfect, the legal position in the Islamic inheritance according to the sex of the operating results.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing of LGBT in Indonesia which the followers do the activities as their identity. The strong ignorance as the LGBT’s that awarely declare the legality of their exixtences to the goverment. In turn, the movement of LGBT shows the problems in scholars who disagree with the LGBT. LGBT is thought as soul stress and it can be cured. The current paper describes the factors which are particularly impacted the LGBT activists. The environment may be impacted the behaviours and those can be impacted by the environment, thus when the internalization of the value happens, the human can limit theirself to receive politely about LGBT. The individuall cab change the perception and paradigm to reject or receive the phenomenon.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discuss about the impact of LBT and its anticipation. LGBT has many impacts. The health impact can be shown by 78% homosexuals infected with sexually transmitted diseases. LBGT also provide social impact. The research shown that a gay have 20-106 couple per year. Whereas, someone zina’s couple is not more than 8 peoples in his whole life. 43% of gay groups who has investigated declare that in their whole life they do homosexual more than 500 people. In education impact, the learners who believe they are homo faced dropout problem 5 times greater than normal students because they feel insecurity. Moreover, 28% of them were force to leave the school. In the field of safety impact, homosexuals cause sexual abuse of children in United States; in fact their population just 2% of the total of America population. It can be concluded that 1 of 20 homosexual case is sexual abuse of children, whereas from 490 cases of adultery, one of that is the sexual abuse of children.]]>

The problem is increasingly prominent with definitive arguments about the boundaries between pornography and artistic manifestation of the soul. The case appears when the Polices are busy looking for articles for the appointment of this issue as a the legal case, a chief editor who snagged this case would rationalize the cover of 'beautiful' magazine as an embodiment of appreciation to the maker of beauty. Although, the impressed by the feel of greatness in the expression editor in chief is, essentially it was nothing more than a pretext or an absurd religious jargon, put forward by someone with the function of cognition and conscience that experienced the deviation. <![CDATA[Abstract The growth the actors of LGBT in Indonesia highly increases. During 2009 – 2012, it is calculated that the growth increases 37%. The increasing also follows the escalating of the access of internet, phornography, drugs and the existence of the number of LGBT communities. Despite the biological factor, the influence of close environment particularly family, friend, sexual violence, the contents of phornography and drugs are alerted as the cause of LGBT. In protecting the current case of LGBT, it needs the role of parents or familiy in the basic sex education correctly ( islami ) based on the growth common sense of the children in giving the understanding and building the sexual behaviour as the aptitude.]]>

<![CDATA[Qur’an, as it is believed by Muslims, is The Holy Book as well as the manifestation of The Words of God (Kalamullah). It has meanings which obviously was being ‘monopolized’ by The Ulama. In regarding of consequence, the authority of interpreting this Kalamullahseems ‘limited’ only for particular groups. Then, according the author it becomes the main factor leads the stagnancy of Quranic interpretation studies in this modern era. In this context, Schleiermacher’s teory about ‘psychological explication’ (1998), Paul Ricoeur’s theory about ‘distantiation and appropriation’ (1976), and ‘the marginalized reading of Scripture’ theory proposed by Simopoulos (2007), create a new path in interpreting Quran. From those theories, the author sheds the lights on hermeneutical interpretation of al-Fatihahby as one of the marginalized groups in Indonesia, the Waria. This paper concludes that the waria use their hermeneutical way of understanding the Scripture and produce not only anoriginal interpretation, but also contextual and full of theological reflections.]]>

<![CDATA[The study based on literatures on this article presents data that is critical discourses of homosexuality and genetics. This article does not disclose the direction of Islam in terms of homosexuality because it is so obvious expressed in the Koran and explained by the righteous mufassir, muslim clerics and scholars. There is no strong data linking specific genetic factors with the emergence of homosexual behavior. Research conducted by the proponents of homosexual showed no single gene that govern human behavior which is a very complex phenomena. In other words, the genes do not determine behavior of homosexuality in particular. Expressed genes responsible for the nature of homosexuality is also interpreted as genes responsible for other mental problems. The experts further revealed that homosexual orientation is strongly affected by the events and stimuli experienced by either of the environment with a growing degree of openness to homosexual behavior as well as due to the availability of information, especially in cyberspace. Some chemicals are suspected of causing physical changes and influence on sexual orientation. Efforts of healing through action or medical intervention are not impossible. Some researches suggest that homosexual behavior is more aggressive than men hetersexual both in individual and family scale. The author sees the belief that genetic factors are the reason for accepting homosexual behavior has no strong scientific roots. Behavior of homosexuality thus can actually be, or should be, repaired and healed.]]>
