In learning English, speaking ability is a very important aspect, especially for teachers. Implementation in class, the teachers are expected to be good facilitators and motivators so their students have increasingly spirit in learning. One of teaching method that can be applied is Communicative Language Teaching (CLT). The purpose of this research is to build motivation, creativity, and teacher’s ability of speaking business English. Using this teaching method can give new learning experiences to the teachers. This research is a classroom action research in Yayasan Islam Terpadu Mandiri Bojonggede Bogor. There are two schools, SMK Mandiri and SMP Islam Mandiri. The total number of teachers are 35 people. They are the object of this research. Methods of the research is descriptive with a qualitatif approach. Data collection is done through observation and recording of scores from each research stage. The results of the research show an increase in English business communication skills which can be seen from the average scores.

The purpose of the research in the study was to study the development of learning discovery-based pocket book media on students' mathematical understanding abilities. The research methodology used is the method of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties of learning mathematics students who have problems with their families or broken home. The place of this research is a private high school in East Jakarta, namely Uswatun Hasanah High School. The research sample is students who have problems outside of school, namely problems with their families. The method of this research is an exploratory survey with a qualitative approach. Data collection of this research are interviews, observations and documents from research subjects. Two broken home children were the subjects of this study. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning mathematics for students who are broken home needs special handling in the form of advice and enthusiasm from mathematics teachers, counseling teachers, and homeroom teachers and is expected to be given effective learning methods to make students more focused in learning and more mature in face the problem

Background this study was the interest of researchers against the management education in the House of the Qur'an Bina Insani Muslims are hereinafter referred to as RQ BIM, which is the flagship program of the ektrakurikuler SD IT BIM. Extracurricular program was developed independently. starting from low grade to grade tingggi with allot time for 4 hours. This research aims to analyze the implementation of management education that includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring. Research methods the research was descriptive writers do kualitif. This research was the Chief informant RQ, head of the elementary school IT BIM, and teachers as well as other data that is still closely related to this study. engineering data retrieval is done by way of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.. The results of this research it can be concluded that Management RQ BIM already done but rudimentary research results showed: (1) implementation management education RQ BIM is: (a) planning; RQ BIM which has vision and mission, objectives, strategies and development plans activity. (b) organizing the learning through the delivery of the material, learning strategies, and learning methods are used by RQ BIM (c) implementation phases is that cause an organization runs, all of which involved in the organisation should strive towards the aims to conform with the planning. Based on the reality that this is has not been done well (d) supervision, observations indicate that the coordinators of the RQ usually asks and shares to the teachers about the progress of the children, and always establish the teacher’s quality. This research is a development research that aims to develop and assess the quality of mathematical teaching materials based on fable books character in a rectangular material that is valid, meets classical completeness, and good student response The type of research used is Research & Development (R & D) research with reference to the Borg & Gall model. The experimental subjects in this study were seventh grade students of MTs Al-huda, Mubung Village, Hulu Gurung Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu District with a total of 17 students. Based on the results of a limited trial conducted, it was found that (1) the results of character fable book validation obtained the average score of 85,42% with a very valid category so there was no need to revise and experts stated that the developed fable character was feasible to be used and can be tested in the field, (2) the results of testing the use of products through student learning outcomes tests obtained classical completeness were 76,47% so as to achieve classical completeness where the completeness of classical completeness set at MTs Al-huda Mubung Village is 70%, and (3) student responses to Mathematical teaching materials based on fable books with character with an average score of 87,54% with a very good category

Role, Education, and Implementatation Islamic law developed along with the development of Islam in various regions, causing Islamic law to have different styles in each region it came. Indonesia is one of these regions. Differences or uniqueness that arise together with the acceptance of Islamic law in Indonesia by experiencing various kinds of changes in accordance with the time, space and place of the law applied. The role of various kingdoms in disseminating Islamic teachings is legitimate evidence, how Islam becomes an integral part of the Indonesian Nation. Changes began to occur when the Dutch colonial government ruled Indonesia. The receptio in complexu theory, and the receptie theory are proof of the attachment of the Dutch legal order in Indonesia which began in the V.OC era. Independence as the starting point of the struggle to reduce the influence of the two theories with efforts to decolonize Islamic law through receptie exit theory. This theory directs that the development of Islamic law in Indonesia is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, which is marked by the emergence of KHI as a guideline compiled and formulated to fill a substantial legal vacuum in the courts in the religious court that tried the Islamic civil case in 1991

This research was experiment used survey method using Korelasional analysis techniques. Results of the study explained that the motivation of learning provide positive influence toward learning math achievements marked by the acquisition of koefesien determination R2 = 0.483 of significance that 48.3% of achievement can learn math variable explained by the motivation to learn. Numerical intelligence provide positive influence toward learning math achievements marked by the acquisition of the coefficient determination R2 of 0.616 has significance that 61.6% achievement learning math can be explained by the variable numeric Intelligence students. Learning motivation and numerical intelligence together gave a positive influence towards the achievements of the students learn math which is characterized by the coefficient of determination (R) 2 of 0.824 82.4% meaning the accomplishment of learning math can described by the learning motivation variables and numerical intelligence together

Kelas Perahu is one of the public service innovations in the education sector that received the Top 40 Public Service Innovation 2018 Award. Kelas Perahu are intended to reduce the number of drop-out rates on the islands in the Pangkajene and Islands Districts. For one year the School Participation Rate (APS) was implemented in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Districts at the Primary School level, reaching 100 percent and the junior high school level rose by 1.16 percent. Indonesia is an archipelagic country that allows Kelas Perahu to be able to improve their quality and can be used in other islands, therefore in this study aims to analyze Kelas Perahu service innovations in terms of understanding, success of Kelas Perahu and analyzing from a post managerial perspective. Analysis is carried out using the desk study method, which collects secondary data to draw conclusions with descriptive qualitative methods. From the results of the research conducted, the Kelas Perahu is a service innovation in education that is new, useful, and in accordance with public expectations, then can be continued by making the boat class not only fulfilling the government's compulsory education program, but also influencing other sectors

Every teacher must have work motivation as a motivate from intrinsic and extrinsic to increase their jobs. Teacher work motivation can get from their headmaster. Headmaster have effectiveness communication to their teacher at school. Effectivenes communication is important to create the culture of organization at school with harmonious. Contribution of headmaster is important to have good school with positive energy and comfortable. Aim the research is to describe how the headmaster in using effectiveness communication to increase teacher work motivation at SDN Mekarjaya 30 Depok. The method of this research is descriptive. Data was collected by in the interview, observation, and literatue study. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion on verifications. The results of this research are headmaster in SDN Mekarjaya 30 Depok implemented the effectiveness communication to the teacher. It can see from the good choosen channel by headmaster to get effectiveness communication, headmaster understand teacher’s personality and character. Beside that headmaster using body language as a emphasis about the information to easy understand And teacher give the feed back with emphaty and have work motivation.
