Abstract

Analisis kegagalan katup buang (exhaustvalve) pada mesin Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) dipengaruhi oleh bahan bakar akibat proses pembakaran tidak sempurna, pembebanan termal, peningkatan panas berlebih (overheated) dan kelelahan material yang terjadi pada daerah permukaan piringan katup berupa retakan, patahan serta pengendapan deposite. Untuk melakukan analisis ini berdasarkan fakta yang ditemukan penyebab kerusakan beberapa pengujian dilakukan seperti komposisi kimia, fraktografi, metalografi, analisis kualitatif deposit patahan dengan SEM dan EDX. Analisis komposisi kimia unsur pada material dasar katup (valve) terbuat dari baja Martensitic. Paduan katup terdapat Cr-Si sudah sesuai untuk material katup dengan fungsi unsur Si untuk menahan aus dan meningkatkan ketahanan korosi, sedangkan penambahan Cr untuk meningkatkan kekuatan pada temperatur tinggi dan ketahanan korosi. Adanya perbedaan kekerasan yang cukup signifikan antara lapisan dan material dasar katup.

Abstract

Housing is derived from the word house which means a place that has a place to live which will stay or stop in a certain time. Housing is a residence that has been grouped into a place that has facilities and infrastructure. The problem in this study focuses on the type of residential ownership in the form of SHM ART, SHM Non ART, NON SHM and others. These four types can be used to know the percentage of ownership in all provinces in Indonesia. Due to the fact that there is still a lot of information about the type of certificate ownership, there is still not much ownership. Therefore, the use of the k-Means algorithm as a data mining concept in the form of clusters, where the data already has parameters or values that fall into the category of unsupervised learning. That data produced the best. The data was obtained from published sources of the Republic of Indonesia government agency, namely the Central Statistics Agency data with the category of household processing with self-owned residential buildings purchased from developers or non-developers by province and type of ownership in 2016 throughout Indonesia. In conducting the dataset, researchers used the RapidMiner application as a clustering process application. This research shows that there are more types of ownership in the SHM ART, but for other values it is still smaller than the value in other types of ownership which is the second largest value. So, in this case, the role of government in providing assistance in the process of ownership in order to become SHM ART is very important.

Abstract

Bleduk Kuwu is one of the many mud volcanoes in Indonesia are still active from the past to the present. Location of Kuwu Bleduk in Purwodadi, Grobogan, Central Java. Bleduk Kuwu is a tourist attraction that has eruption around 7-15 times per minute. The purpose of this research was to determine the various forms of the eruption that occurred in Bleduk Kuwu, large of diameter eruptions, and frequency. Data is collected on September 30, 2013, during 47 minutes and 27 seconds. The tools used in data collection are three seismometers TDV23s short feedback period of three components and a camcorder. The results of video analysis, there are four types of eruptions that occurred in Bledug Kuwu. The eruption mode is a powerful eruption, row eruption, double eruption, and regular eruption. Each of the eruption has varying diameters. Size of the largest eruption diameter is (3.1 ± 0.1) m and the frequent diameter eruptions around (1.0 - 2.0) m. Analysis of seismic signals, obtained an eruption frequency is (1.6 to 4.2) Hz with the dominant frequency of 2.0 Hz.

Abstract

With global information technology growing more rapidly, there are more and more people taking advantage of it to do their various activities or to solve their various problems. One of the problems is the filling of vacant positions in the promotion process that is often difficult to do due to the submission of candidates suitable for the positions by matching employee profiles and positions profiles is less thoroughly defined. To minimize the problem, a decision support system is needed to analyze some employees matching the existing position profiles. Profile Matching is conducted to make a recommendation on employees in the promotion and career planning systems by calculating sub criteria of each aspect (work attitude and intellectual capacity) consisting of 4 stages, namely GAP score calculation, core and secondary factor score calculation and total score and ranking calculation. The result of this study is a recommendation on employees with the highest score based on the calculation using the method.

Abstract

When conventional promotion of new student admissions become the only means of marketing at Vocational High School, the new tool and strategy [14] is needed that qualified to face the challenges of technology. With the social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, its use has become an idea to answer the needs of the school[12]. Primary data collected in the form of quantitative and qualitative, based on a questionnaire survey and interviews on media that has been used. Linear regression was used to seek influence between variables and Diagram Ishikawa / Fishbone, a tool to locate and identify the cause of the problem. This study found that investments in technology, particularly social media has yet not to get the maximum results in the acceptance of vocational students Yadika 6 academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode fuzzy time series Chen dan Hsu dapat dipergunakan dalam memprediksi Kurs rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika. Proses peramalan menggunakan metode fuzzy time series Chen dan Hsu (2014) menggunakan data pada periode 1 April 2016 sampai dengan 18 Juni 2016. Berdasarkan hasil peramalan menggunakan metode fuzzy time series Chen dan Hsu untuk tanggal 21, 22, 23, 24, dan 25 pada bulan juni secara berturut-turut adalah Rp. 13355, Rp. 13375, Rp. 13395, Rp. 13465, Rp 13.475 dengan tingkat kesalahan peramalan sebesar 0,6%. Dikarenakan tingkat kesalahan sebesaer 0,6% maka metode fuzzy time series Chen dan Hsu dapat dipergunakan untuk memprediksi nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini memiliki banyak platform dari segi perangkat keras dan lunak, seperti yang kita ketahui beberapa perangkat pun memiliki bahasa pemprograman yang berbeda pula. Hal ini rumit jika didapati sistem yang ada, masih menggunakan metode Client-Server yang hanya berdiri pada satu platform saja sehingga perlu mengusulkan arsitektur untuk pengembangan aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan infrastruktur yang ada, Dampak dari itu muncullah kombinasi logika pemrograman dengan basis data terdistribusi yang disebut middleware, yang cara berkomunikasinya disepakati agar memiliki kesatuan. Kondisi multi platform juga memerlukan internet agar terhubung dengan pemakai aplikasi karena menggunakan protokol HTTP atau HTTPS sehingga pertukaran data dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hasil dari proses basis data menggunakan format JSON yang dinilai efektif dan telah terbukti kehandalannya dalam menghasilkan keluaran yang dapat diuraikan oleh multi platform. Pemanfaatan middleware menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development agar proses pembangunan perangkat lunak efektif karena penanganan kesalahan yang cepat sehingga mampu membangun perangkat lunak yang dapat melayani berbagai platform dan mudah untuk dikembangkan dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

PT. Argha Karya is a company engaged in the flexible packaging. The company has not used a particular method, especially fuzzy logic method, to select the best employee. Even though the company is still using a manual calculation system, it has been adopting four criteria for selecting the best employee in a system. Those criteria are years of service, data of attendance, effectiveness of working hours and performance appraisal. Fuzzy logic has more than one method of calculating the estimated result of a particular case. The criteria for selecting the best employee are then processed applying modeling based on Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System. The process needs training data, testing data and new data. The lowest results of RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) for training data is 1.5092e-06 and for testing data is 2.1437. A decision supporting system for selecting the best employee in the form of GUI (Graphical User Interface) can be made with the help of Matlab software. Then, the established system will be evaluated using SQA (Software Quality Assurance) method. The result of this research shows the Selection of the Best Employee at PT Argha Karya Bogor is objective and the decisions made are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development and progress of IT-based information technology is very rapidly developing and has a very important role. Information systems are a necessity for agencies to utilize information as a basis for data administration and processing. To meet these needs, the agency conducts activities related to computer-based information systems as a tool to increase employee creativity. This system is designed to handle the transaction of escort and payment salary calculations and can guarantee validiity, complete authorization, classification of assessments, timeliness of each payroll transaction. In the Middle School Nusantara Wisata Respati Middle School still uses a manual payroll system, which is Microsoft Excel, so that people who are not authorized to enter and view data and can change the impact will disrupt the activity in processing salary data. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Java-based payroll information system at the Respati Archipelago Tourism Middle School.

Abstract

Proses pengenalan angka adalah upaya pembinaan kepada anak usia dini sejak lahir sampai dengan merajak usia enam tahun keatas yang dapat dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani. Untuk berikan kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Pengebangan teknologi smartphone sangat cepat merabah kemasyarakat banyak banyak memambawa hal ke negatip , dengan cara yang benar dan di tangan yang benar makan smartphone bias berdampak positip salah satu ada untuk media sekuder belajar Tujuan dalam penelitian ini merancang pembelajaran mengenal angka untuk anak usia dini yang dapat membantu perkembangan dan pertumbuhan rohani dan jasmani dengan dapak positip dari pengunaan smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diperoleh peracangan pembelajaran Mengenal dan menulis angka ini sudah di sesuikan dengan kebutuhan dari tk rambutan yang terdiri dari 2 menu yaitu : menganal dan menulis angka serta dilakukan dirancang dengan flowchart dan algoritma Pseudocode.
