Entering the commercial printing business, PT. XYZ competes withmany competitors. One of the best waysto take part in the competion is byincreasing productivity and implementing a quality management system ISO 9001: 2008. The research objective is to produce a model that can integrate the effect of the ISO 9001: 2008application into employee performance and productivityimprovement. Data aregenerated from the sample consisting of 100 respondents selected byemployee’s position level, namely coordinator and above. The samples are selected using purposive sampling method. This study employsa path analysis by applying Linear Structural Relationships (Lisrel 8.80) and SPSS 16 softwares. This study usesa path analysis of 5 latent variables, namely planning for the certification of ISO 9001: 2008, company’s commitment, procedure implementation, employee’s performance and productivityimprovement. The result shows two mathematical equations, with the first onestating the application of ISO 9001: 2008 has a simultaneously positive effect on employee’s performance,while the second one stating the application of ISO 9001: 2008 and employee’s performance produce simultaneously positive effects on productivity improvement. Verification and validation tests showthe model has a very good fit, as seen bytheChi-Square value of 0.00. Besides, it also has a probability value of P = 0 <0.05,indicating that the collected empirical data are identical with the theory formulated based on the path analysis.

The World Wide Web is rapidly developing in many aspects of human life. At first, the development of the World Wide Web is only a static information exchange in which the recipient and provider of informationonlyestablish one-way communication. The recipient only gets information from the information providerswithoutinteracting with them. This kind of system is usually calledthe static web. Further, the Betawi cultural center site is trying to develop itself by creating the more interactive and interesting web that can help many people who want to know Betawi culture easily get information. This site also tries to make digital documentation so that the Betawi culture can be known by the public and be saved from extinction due to rapid development of the era.

Technology users that is growing rapidly in line with the emergence of various kinds of smartphones as the mobile- and internet-based medium of communication. Pada umumnya para kader Posyandu dan Bidan Klinik masih memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan anak terutama mengenai gangguan perkembangan dan cara sederhana untuk deteksi dini gangguan atau penyimpangan perkembangan pada anak secara cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat program aplikasi pendeteksi perkembangan anak guna meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta keterampilan para kader Posyandu dan bidan Klinik mengenai cara pemantauan perkembangan anak secara sederhana melalui pemanfatan Program Aplikasi berbasis desktop dengan bahasa pemrograman java dalam pengolahan Kartu Kembang Anak atau lembar perkembangan bayi dan balita sebagai alat deteksi dini gangguan atau penyimpangan perkembangan anak. Model pendekatan yang digunakan untuk pemecahan masalah ini yaitu pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat, dan metode yang digunakan adalah rancang bangun program aplikasi berbasis desktop dengan bahasa pemrograman java dalam pengolahan lembar perkembangan anak. Pengisian lembar perkembangan bayi balita dapat terlihat hasil kembang anak secara cepat meliputi deteksi dini gangguan atau penyimpangan perkembangan anak apabila menggunakan program aplikasi. Kesimpulanya bagaimana cara membuat suatu program aplikasi sebagai pendeteksi kembang anak secara cepat dan tepat. Namun demikian masih diperlukan monitoring dan bimbingan lanjutan agar para ibu kader Posyandu dan bidan Klinik dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemantauan perkembangan anak dengan menggunakan program aplikasi secara mandiri dan berkesinambungan.

Perencanaan persediaan material merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Keterlambatan dan kehabisan persediaan material mengakibatkan pekerjaan akan tertunda sehingga secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya proyek. Dalam perencanaan persediaan material terdapat beberapa teknik lotsizing. Masing-masing teknik akan menghasilkan jumlah pesanan dan frekwensi pesan yang berbeda-beda, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan biaya persediaan yang berbeda pula. Diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui teknik lotsizing mana yang menghasilkan biaya persediaan paling minimum. Tujuan utama dari perencanaan dan pengendalian komponen bahan baku ini yaitu agar dapat memjamin kebutuhan komponen bahan baku yang tepat pada saat produk akan di produksi dengan biaya yang serendah-rendahnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan adalah, perusahaan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memanajemen persediaan bahan baku, sehingga terkadang pada saat produk akan diproduksi terdapat kesalahan dalam persediaan komponen bahan baku, sehingga akan melakukan tindakan cepat yang mengakibatkan pengeluaran biaya menjadi lebih tinggi. Dalam melakukan perencanaan persediaan komponen bahan baku ini diantaranya dengan melakukan metode peramalan permintaan produk selama 12 periode mendatang dan membuat rencana kebutuhan bahan baku menggunakan teknik lotting Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity dan Part Period Balancing (PPB) dengan menggunakan softwareWINQSB.Kata Kunci: Lot for Lot, Part Periode Balancing, Economic Order Quantity, Winqsb

PT. Kimia Farma Apotek engaged in the distribution of and market in healthcare products is one of companies that has not used a computerized system in terms of controlling inventory so that it often makes errors in and inaccuracies of the goods collection, resulting in the running out of goods before reordering. The purpose of this research is to design an inventory control application using the Java programming language and applying research and development methods that can produce certain products and test the effectiveness of those products. The developed application can make it easier for employees to control inventory more effectively and efficiently.

Clustering which is a method to classify data easily is used for a purpose of looking at the correlation among data attributes. Clustering is also a data point grouping based on similarity value to determine the cluster center. Affinity Propagation (AP) and Adaptive Affinity Propagation (Adaptive AP) are clustering algorithms that produce number of cluster, cluster members and exemplar of each cluster. This research is conducted to find out a more effective algorithm when clustering data. Besides, to know the correction offered by Adaptive AP Algorithm which is the developed form of AP Algorithm, the researcher implemented and tested both algorithms by using Matlab R2013a 8.10 with 250 data taken from students’ GPA and the distance from their houses to campus. The analysis of test result application from both algorithms shows that the best algorithm is Adaptive AP because it produces optimal clustering. Another result is no correlation between GPA and home distance.

The Sundanese script is the work of orthography of Sundanese people since around the 5th century AD until today. However, the lack of interesting and motivating media to learn scripts, both printed and electronic, makes the Sundanese script endangered. With the rapid development of technology and the era of digitalization as today, most Indonesian people have smartphones with Android operating systems that are easy to carry anywhere. Android is not only used as a communication and entertainment tool, but also as a method that can be developed as a learning medium that can convey learning material textually, and audio-visually. The purpose of this research is to design an easy-to-use Sundanese script learning media application and to implement an Android-based Sundanese script learning media application so that the public is interested in learning Sundanese script. The method used for application development is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) multimedia application in education which consists of 6 stages, including Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The result obtained from this study is the Android-based application of Sundanese script learning media. The application has been tested with alpha test and from the results of the test, it can be concluded that the public can easily learn the Sundanese script with an attractive appearance because this application is equipped with audio pronunciation of the Sundanese script.

An internship information management application at Indonesian Low Speed Wind Tunnel facility is useful for supporting managerial tasks related to internship activities, ranging from registration, task allocation, task implementation supervision to evaluation of the work results of the apprentices. This application is expected to not only support productivity and performance, but also provide input for management in making decisions related to the employment of apprentices in order to realize a synergy that has a positive impact on the smooth process of the wind tunnel test service business as a whole. In this globalization era, almost all organizations in many fields demand a quick solution to a problem. Efficient, fast accurate and timely information is certainly needed to increase the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. The Islamic Junior High School Al-Muhajirin Depok is one of the organizations engaged in the field of education that has not yet had a special application that manages the financial system for data collection, payment and preparation of student financial reports. The purpose of this research is to design a student financial application system and student financial statements using the Java programming language and research & development methods to develop an effective application, especially for a student financial system. The results of the created system can help the running of a student's financial system, easing the finding of the necessary data and making more effective and more efficient performance of administrative officer.
