Android is a Linux-based operating system used for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. In education sector, the use of smartphones for online-based exams can make the examination process easier and faster. In addition to being practical in terms of making questions and checking answers, using smartphones can also reduce expenses such as reducing the use of paper and stationery. Junior High School Yamad Bekasi has not implemented an online test system with an android-based smartphone device. Based on this, the researchers conduct research with the theme of Implementing the Android-Based Online Examination System using the Applied Research method. The application design uses the Waterfall method with Stages of Analysis with the Requirement elicitation method, while the test uses Software Quality Assurance (SQA) method. The results of this study emphasize more on the system requirements analysis stage with the Requirement Elicitation method with the Final Draft Elicitation results in the form of points that must be owned by the system to be developed, while the system testing stage uses the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) method with test scores above the minimum average value of SQA testing of 80.00 so that a system that meets the quality standards well and is feasible to be implemented in assisting the online examination process at SMP Yamad Bekasi can be produced.

Server’s role is very important. However, in reality, server does not run well because there are always disruption or disturbance in its hardware and software, requiring special and prompt handling them. The purpose of this research is to produce a server monitoring software by testing the quality of the software based on the standard ISO/IEC 9126 on the aspects of functionality, efficiency, reliability, and usability. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) method with the development model of Rapid Application Development (RAD) consisting of Planning terms, Workshop Design and Implementation Phase. The result of test on the server monitoring application show that the functionality score is in a good category or fulfills the aspects of functionality and the test on aspects of efficiency using YSlow results in Grade A. The test on aspects of reliability using WAPT 8.5 reliability shows that the reliability score is in a good category or fulfills the aspects of reliability and the test on aspects of usability results in a good category.

The Middle East Respiratory Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) is a disease caused by a coronavirus. This virus is contagious, but its transmission is not as easy as the common cold, MERS-CoV virus is better susceptible to transmitting through direct contact, for example in people who care about the MERS-CoV virus without the need for virus protection. To determine the characteristics, the MERS-CoV disease virus can be identified by identifying DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid). One technique in understanding the characteristics of life is by grouping. Grouping can be done by grouping DNA into groups that have attributes and functions. The Clustering algorithm used in this study is Partitioning Around Medoid (PAM). This algorithm has the advantage that the results of the grouping process are not by following the order of entering the dataset and overcome sensitivity to noise and outliers. The purpose of this study is to implement the Partitioning Around Medoid (PAM) clustering algorithm in clustering the MERS-CoV virus. This research was conducted through a quantitative descriptive literature study. The implementation of the PAM algorithm on the MERS-CoV DNA sequence obtained 2 clusters with the highest silhouette coefficient value on the number of clusters 2, namely 0.61534. The number of members in Cluster 1 is 84 MERS-CoV DNA sequences and the number of members in Cluster 2 is 16 MERS-CoV DNA sequences.

Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) as one of the state-owned companies that provide services to the public feels good a few years back and is the aim of researchers to conduct a survey of customer satisfaction with one of the Microsoft product Genesys customer service applications that have been connected with social media as a supporting application in serving train service users. The method used by researchers is the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and Service Quality, the Jakarta Central Railway office agent who filled in the questionnaires as much as 51 of 80 with 78.76% results in CSI and 0.24 on servqual. This customer service application has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, as well as an evaluation for application providers.

In maximizing the profits to be obtained the company needs optimal production planning. The plan considers the resources of the company. PT XYZ is a furniture company. This research focuses on optimizing production planning on the manufacture of door products at PT. XYZ. There are several types of products issued in: D1 type door, D2 type door, D3 type door, and D4 type door. Production planning at PT. XYZ can be seen as an integer program model, which is a method related to optimizing resources to increase profits. Optimization is done by determining the amount of production for each type and each calculating existing resources. The solution search for this model is done by the Branch and Bound algorithm. Based on the calculation results using QM software for Windows, the amount corresponding to production is obtained by using Branches and Bound giving an increase of 36.5% compared to the acquisition of PT. XYZ before.

To support the manufacturing system, the performance of the equipment used must be considered so that it can be used properly. PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. is a company engaged in the electricity and telecommunications industry. The production process of PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. inseparable from production tools or machines that have time and performance availability and are ready to fulfill company orders. One of the tools to measure the effectiveness of a machine is to use Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which has been recognized worldwide to measure machine effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of the CETC 02 Coloring FO machine in the coloring line and its causes so that the company can make the right decision to fix it based on the results obtained. With 67% availability, 95% performance level, and 100% quality level, the total effectiveness of the entire machine in one work shift for 11 days from January 14 2020 to January 29 2020 is 63% which is above the fairness limit of the Japan Institute benchmark standard. of Plant Management (JIPM), namely 60%. The availability level accounts for the smallest percentage because it is caused by many things that require the machine to stop, whether intentional or unintentional, such as on January 22, 2020, the greatest downtime was recorded at 360 minutes because at that time the machine had a problem and could not be operated before it was handled by the maintenance department.

The development of information technology is growing very rapidly, as evidenced by the birth of Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 has entered all aspects of life, the manufacturing industry and the service industry. One of the purposes of the use of information technology is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a process and the company's competitive advantage. PT. Meidoh Indonesia, which is located in Karawang, has begun to apply Industry 4.0 technology, especially in the field of improving material flow. The process of taking employee work equipment is still conventionally using the material request paper. This study aims to design an employee work equipment warehousing information system using the Framework For The Application System Thinking (FAST) method based on VBA Macro Excel. The results showed that this information system makes it easier for employees to make requests for work equipment to support their work. Information systems can reduce times of request material up to 60%. The fastest material request time conventionally takes 15 minutes, while material request time using this warehousing information system only takes 5 minutes.

Titanium alloy Ti6Al4V is a material that has a combination of mechanical properties required for implants such as good ductility, high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility, so it is widely used as a material for biomedical implant applications. One method that is currently widely used to produce Ti6Al4V implants is by using the metal injection molding (MIM) process. The MIM process is widely used because it can produce parts more effectively, and low-cost production. One of the important factors in the MIM process is the powder loading of metal powders and the binder system used as feedstock material. So, it is necessary to conduct further studies and in-depth literature review related to this matter. Literature search using the ScienceDirect, a digital database and limited to year 2011-2020. The results of the study show that both the binder and powder loading systems have an influence on the mechanical properties of the injection product, the results are evident that the viscosity of the feedstock decreases with the increase in the shear rate.

The role of the algorithms in software or programming is very important, so it is necessary to understand the basic concepts of the algorithm. Study the implementation and performance of the sorting process using heap sort, insertion sort and merge sort algorithms. The research method for the first stage, the three algorithms are implemented to sort the numbers made by the user, in the second stage the source code for the three algorithms is changed to be able to sort randomly generated numbers with as many numbers as the request from the user. To find out how well the performance in sorting the data, then in the last stage the three algorithms sort random numbers with a predetermined vulnerable number and then the results are compared. Experiments that have been carried out and based on the analysis, heap sort is one of the data sorting methods that are classified as having a high speed, where the complexity and speed of the sorting time needed for the sorting process uses insertion sort and merge sort algorithms which show less consistency in the complexity of time and space. Based on the results of tables and data on the amount of data, shows that the heap sort algorithm gives a very consistent processing time in increasing the processing time to the amount of data.

One of the problems that often occur in the field of legal metrology is fraud of the metrology sign (CTT). This research focuses on the fraud that occurs in the Measuring Equipment and Equipment (UTTP) type of fuel measuring pump (PU) where there are cases of fraudsters opening the outer protective body of PU BBM and breaking the CTT attached to the measuring body. This study aims to create a security system in the form of an additional lock that will be placed outside the PU BBM measuring body so that only the owner can enter. The working principle of this system uses RFID for authentication, solenoid door lock as a lock and SIM800L for sending SMS notifications. The results obtained from this study are the percentage of success of RFID against the solenoid door lock for suitable access taps is 93% with an average response time of 0.78 seconds while for unsuitable access taps is 100% with an average response time during 0.72 seconds. Then, the success percentage of RFID against SIM800L for the appropriate access tap was 87% with an average response time of 20.87 seconds while for unsuitable access taps was 93% with an average response time of 18.22 seconds.
