Abstract

On proof to this present time of development f information technologies the increasing. One of the example was is manifest that develop this kind of technology such as computer, smartphones today plays an important role in various fields, one of which is the field of information delivery. PT Siap Andalan Paramitra is engaged in security service provider (BUJP) and is facing one problem, namely the lack of coordinated information delivery between prospective job applicants and new employee admissions. Then we need a system of information delivery that is expected to be able to overcome the problem. The problem discussed is how to make the Information System with an Android application. The method used is grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of holding empirical generalizations, defining concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data at the same time. Abstract

Sebagai pengguna smartphone, akhir-akhir ini kita dibuat pusing oleh munculnya beberapa layanan instant messaging lintas platform mobile yang kelihatannya dalam waktu singkat dapat menjadi sangat populer. Mulai dari Whatsapp dan BBM rasanya saat ini sedang bersaing ketat dalam memperebutkan perhatian para pengguna smartphone. Sebelum kita memutuskan untuk menggunakan instant messaging, ada hal dapat dipelajari dari hasil komentar review perbadingan Whatsapp dan BBM. Membaca komentar review tersebut secara keseluruhan dapat memakan waktu, namun jika hanya sedikit komentar review yang dibaca evaluasi akan menjadi bias. Dari beberapa teknik tersebut yang paling sering digunakan untuk klasifikasi data adalah Support Vector Machines (SVM). SVM memiliki kelebihan yaitu mampu mengidentifikasi dengan hyperplane terpisah yang memaksimalkan margin antara dua kelas yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan klasifikasi teks dalam bentuk positif atau negatif dari review layanan instant messaging lintas platform mobile. Pengukuran berdasarkan akurasi Support Vector Machines, sedangkan pengukuran akurasi diukur dengan confusion matrix dan kurva ROC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi Support Vector Machines dari 71.00 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan kenaikan jabatan kartawan, selain membuat para pengguna dapat memahami maksud dari sistem informasi ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk merancang kenaikan jabatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Ground research, analisis data dan observasi untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih lengkap. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan pemrograman java dan database MySQL. Setelah  merancang dan menganalisa Program Sistem Informasi kenaikan jabatan karyawan ini, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa kenaikan jabatan karyawan tidak selamanya berkembang, dan program Kenaikan Jabatan ini dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai bagaimana untuk menjaga keamanan data yang sudah disimpan. Dan juga untukmemberikan semangat bagi para karyawan yang ada, membangun aplikasi untuk Kenaikan Jabatan sangat membutuhkan waktu yang luang agar hasil nya dapat memuaskan.

Abstract

Education is one service industry that provides services to students in need. One of Institute from Cikarang, Bekasi, west Javaorganized and developed the science, technology, and as a scientific community that is full ofsublime imagery and educate the nation's life. The real conditions encountered by Institute is currently at in providing services to students especially on teaching staff (lecturers) as well asacademic staff not yet optimal. An increase in the quality of service can be implemented using approach servqual. Servqual is a method for measuring the quality of service from a service provider. Quality of service is measured from each dimension (tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, Empathize). For the result we know 5 element spread on 4 quadrant. Quadrant 1 are spread 6 things, Quadrant II are spread 11 thing, Quadrant III are spread 9 things and last Quadrant IV are spread 4 things. We investigate cause that need  problem solving on Institute by Root Cause Analyze (RCA.)Based on the results of calculation and pay attention to the real conditions, interviews with students,obtained significant complaints with the research. In this case the Institute should improvethe quality of service, both in terms of performance of teaching staff, and the number of teaching staff for teachingand learning process can be going well, so does the relationship of administration and facility staff and othersupporting improved.

Abstract

The implementation of algorithm comparison provides innovation and motivation to students every semester of lecture. Budi Luhur University students attending all learning activities or face-to-face meetings in the classroom for each subject will have more chance to pass compared with those who rarely present. Some lecturer's evaluation to give a pass in subject include attendance, assignment, midterm examination and final examination. In this research, when creating an appropriate algorithm to determine the pass in subject of the students, this researcher will use data mining classification technique with 3 methods of Classification algorithm, namely Algorithm C4.5 (decision tree), Naïve Bayes and Random Forest with result labels of fail and pass. The results of the research tested by using the same dataset on the 3 algorithms through comparison get the value of AUC and Confusion Matrix, obtain the value of Area Under Curve (AUC) of 2,000 from the Naïve Bayes model, while the greatest Accuracy or Confusion Matrix values is in the C4.5 algorithm (decision tree) with a value of 98.88%. Thus, the algorithm subject gives an assessment of the C4.5 algorithm (decision tree). The implementation of classification algorithm comparison determines a pass in algorithm subject at Budi Luhur University.

Abstract

Android technology today has developed into the daily needs of the public and workers. Therefore, it is necessary to build an Android-based action & strategy application as a knowledge sharing media for Brimob members to improve the quality of each personnel. However, to get optimal results, it is important to perform a thorough test on the application system interface by using black box testing with the aim of knowing whether the functions in the application have run according to their objectives and of evaluating the application suitability for the user's needs. The test is carried out in two stages. The first test is performed on the functions of the android application simultaneously conducted by a number of users. The second test is carried out on the administration web functions conducted by a user. The results of the two tests show no system error. The method used to conduct the tests for this research is a quantitative method.

Abstract

Academic Information Services at a Faculty is very important to provide and provide information needed by students. But this is not the case, because the faculty of engineering still does not provide services in providing accurate information due to the absence of an information system that facilitates all the requirements for services to students. Therefore, the need for designing this information system is expected to be a tool for the faculty in providing information and also makes it easier for students to get access to information anywhere and anytime without coming to campus to find out the latest information. With a web-based application that can be accessed by mobile devices and others, the information that will be obtained for students can be received quickly, precisely and accurately because the management of the information system is managed directly by the faculty. Thus, students get information on the Faculty of Engineering's academic information services without having to first come to campus, by using a web-based application as an information system that is easily accessed

Abstract

With the decreased economic activities in mining and oil industries and the fierce competition in heavy equipment industry, PT Trakindo Utama (PTTU) intendsto restructure its company, particularly its information technology development that canfully support its business and improve its service to customers which is the objective of this journal. To restructurethe technology supporting those two matters definitely needs strategic and thoughtful planning. Then, Enterprise Architecture Planning methodology is choosen to providean enterprise-scale solution to those matters. The result of the planningincludes data, application and technology architecture planning and the technical aspects of its implementation. This journal is expected to provide an alternative solution to PTTU in doing strategic planning appropriate and useful for the company in the future.

Abstract

The sale and delivery of product at Martabak Kubang Restaurant still apply a manual system, leading to a less accurate sale and delivery process and to a time-consuming reporting process that make a decision-making difficult to do. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problems found in Martabak Kubang Restaurant by designing a sale and delivery system. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach by which the data on Martabak Kubang Restaurant are collected and researched to resolve the existing problems. The system is expected to assist in creating a fast, precise and accurate decision-making in order to solve complex problems and to facilitate the progress for Martabak Kubang Restaurant.

Abstract

Optimal production planning in order to maximize profits, taking into account the limited resources they have. UKM Puguh Jaya is a mattress fabric convection business. There are several types of manufactured products including: 120 types of fabric, 140 types of fabric, the type of fabric 160. Production planning in SMEs can be seen as an integer programming model that aims to maximize profits, by determining the amount of production for each type and remember all the resources limited availability. The solution search for this model is done by the Branch and Bound algorithm. Based on the calculation results using QM software for Windows, it is known that the determination of the amount of production using branches and algorithms is bound to provide a profit increase of 18.7% compared to the profit from the previous UKM Puguh Jaya.
