Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources for the company to its employees is needed to be able to increase the growth of the company for the quality of its employees. Systems Information Technology is currently developing very helpful in making accurate decisions. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the field of Software Developper, very closely with Human Resources issues that continue to rotate to follow the needs of service users, resulting in a less effective employee performance. This study uses a comparative assessment of the C4.5 algorithm, Neural Network and SVM using PSO technique using Rapid Miner software by comparing several classifications. The results of this study is to produce a model that can support decision making in terms of objectively determining the model employee.

Abstract

AbstrakUniversitas Nasional merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada di Jakarta Selatan yang setiap tahun selalu memberikan program beasiswa kepada mahasiswa yang pantas mendapatkan beasiswa. Beasiswa diberikan sebagai pendukung atau apresiasi terhadap mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan yang kurang mampu. Pada cara sederhana, nilai dari setiap siswa dan bobot kriteria kurang diperhatikan, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang mewakili dari nilai tersebut. Proses seleksi penerimaan beasiswa memerlukan suatu sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat menunjang pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan metode mamdani. Penerapan metode fuzzy mamdani diterapkan pada sistem yang dibuat dengan bantuan tool box fuzzy program Matlab. Terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk seleksi penerimaan beasiswa, yaitu IPK, Semester, Penghasilan Orang Tua, Tunjangan Orang Tua, Usia, dan Piagam.  Hasil seleksi yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa berupa jenis beasiswa yang dapat diterima oleh mahasiswa yang bersangkutan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai bobot untuk setiap variabel dari masing-masing kriteria. Proses seleksi dengan metode mamdani menghasilkan mahasiswa yang pantas mendapatkan beasiswa atau tidak dan merekomendasikan jenis beasiswa yang dapat diperoleh mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.Kata Kunci : SPK, Fuzzy MADM, Mamdani, Matlab AbstractUniversitas Nasional is one of the private universities located in South Jakarta. It offers scholarship programs every year to students who deserve a scholarship. Scholarships are awarded as a support or appreciation for outstanding and underprivileged students. In a traditional way, the scores of each student and the criterion's weight just get little attention, causing the obtained results does not fully represent the scores. The selection process of scholarship award requires a computerized system that can support the decision-making. In this study, a decision support system is built using fuzzy logic with mamdani method. The fuzzy mamdani method is applied to the system created with the help of the Matlab program fuzzy tool box. There are some criteria used as the basis for decision-making for selection of scholarship award, i.e. GPA, Semester, Parent's Income, Parent’s Allowance, Age, and Certificate. The results of the selection given to the students are in the form of scholarships that can be won by the related students. The assessment is conducted by scoring each variable of each criterion. The selection process using the mamdani method shows whether the students deserve a scholarship or not and recommends the type of scholarships that can be earned by the students obtaining the scholarships.Keywords : SPK, Fuzzy MADM, Mamdani, Matlab

Abstract

Simulation is a process of imitation of a tangible thing and its surroundings. The problem found in this study is a long queue at the payment counter resulting from numerous customers who come to POS Company. It is also caused by some factors such as a small number of cash registers, with only 2 counters functioned irregularly and less extensive queue lines. Considering that, an analysis of the queues at the payment counters using pro model software application is made to anticipate the long queues. This simulation is run for 6 hours with 10-time replication, verified and is then validated. The queue model used is (M/M/2):(FCFS/~/~), meaning the number of arrivals uses Poisson distribution and the service time uses exponential distribution. With the number of facility service as many as 2 people, the discipline used is the customer who comes first will be served first (first come first serve). The number of queues in the queue system and the size of the population at the source of arrival is infinite. The average percentage of teller utilities is 62.14% and the idle percentage of teller is 37.86%. The average number of customers completing transactions is 119.30 ? 120 customers for 6 hours. The average time spent by customers in the queue until they are served is 3.67 minutes. The average time customer spends in the system is 6.08 minutes.

Abstract

PO. Lorena merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi antar propinsi hampir diseluruh wilayah Indonesia dimana penyajian pemesanan tiket, pengolahan data stok tiket bus, laporan administrasi dan sering kali terjadi human error yang ditemukan dalam perhitungan sisa kursi kosong masih dilakukan secara manual yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Untuk mempermudah calon penumpang dalam mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi pemesanan tiket bus berbasis Java. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk membangun aplikasi tersebut menggunakan model penelitian grounded research berdasarkan data-data nyata yang ada di lapangan dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Metode pengembangannya dengan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan software MySql sebagai database server. Hasil pengujian menggunakan pengujian Black-Box yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat beralih ke sistem komputerisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi dan menjadi alternatif bagi calon penumpang dan karyawan

Abstract

Rapid development of information technology and communication allows company management to better optimize their service quality. Based on the result of study in PDAM JAYA (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum JAkarta RaYA), the delivery of improperly prepared customers’ summary reports is an particular issueraising due to inadequate IT facilities. Strategic Planning for Information System is used to optimally support the function and role of the company in monitoring and controlling two Private Partners. Methodology used will apply some steps from Tozer framework, while some other analysis methods used to support this research are : SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), Critical Success Factors (CSFs), McFarlan’s Application Portfolio, Value Chain, dan PEST (Political, Economic, Socialand Technological). Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) is a system that can assess the alternatives in order to help with the decision-making. Indonesian language lesson in Junior HighSchool, especially the topic of finding the main idea ina paragraph is still a focusIndonesian teachers keep as many students still have difficulty in understandinghow to find the main idea in a paragraph. Systems designed by using the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) will perform to determine the selected speed reading techniques in finding the main idea in a paragraph. The data are analyzedbyevaluating the questionnaires in the form of questions given to population consisting of 36 students. The built systems help to resolve and speed up the selected techniques for finding a main idea in a paragraph.

Abstract

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu bahan yang sering digunakan untuk memasak. Hal yang umum terjadi dimasyatakat adalah penggunaan minyak goreng untuk beberapa kali proses penggorengan. Nilai kualitas dari minyak goreng yang telah digunakan untuk menggoreng, maupun sebelum digunakan tentunya berbeda. Terlebih lagi untuk minyak goreng curah. Karena hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis minyak goreng curah habis pakai. Minyak goreng curah digunakan untuk menggoreng tempe dan ikan teri sebanyak 1 kali, 2 kali, dan 3 kali penggorengan. Minyak tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan mengukur kekentalan, massa jenis, dan kekeruhan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai pengukuran secara kuantitas pada parameter kekeruhan dan viskositas mempunyai nilai yang berbeda. Sedangkan pada pengukuran massa jenis, memiliki nilai yang hampir sama, hanya berbeda pada minyak goreng 1 kali penggorengan.

Abstract

Investor perlu memiliki strategi dalam menentukan harga wajar untuk sebuah opsi. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah mempelajari model harga opsi Heston. Pada model harga opsi diperlukan beberapa nilai parameter yang harus ditentukan terlebih dahulu melalui kalibrasi. Kalibrasi dapat dipandang sebagai masalah optimasi nonlinear, yakni dengan meminimumkan nilai suatu fungsi objektif. Algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization merupakan salah satu metode iteratif yang dapat digunakan dalam menentukan solusi masalah optimasi nonlinear. Selanjutnya hasil kalibrasi digunakan untuk menentukan harga wajar opsi. Data yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah data 50 harga opsi pasar saham Apple Inc. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi yang dilakukan, algoritma Particle Swarm Optimizationmenunjukan kinerja yang cukup baik.Kata kunci : Particle swarm optimization, kalibrasi, model harga opsi Heston

Abstract

This research is aimed at calculating the results of eta-meson photoproduction on protons using an isobar model to produce numerical data corresponding to the experimental data by investigating the reaction of photoproduction ,. The amplitude transitions at the center of mass frame are translated into amplitude of Chew-Goldberger-Low-Nambu (CGLN). The amplitude of the terms involving the channel-s, -t, and -u in Born term and Resonans term. The reaction of photoproduction is developed using isobaric models. Formulated also the differential cross section and polarization of photons to see the contribution of each channel. Model parameters are determined by ?tting the experimental data. The result is this model is not good enough to produce numerical data in accordance with the experimental data.So, further study is needed to fit the experimental data and substitute the form factor into the model in order to obtain the parameter values present in the model.

Abstract

The automatic systems are now getting more popular. One of them is the filling system of water tank in our house. Even so, the current water tank runs automatically only for its filling system. It still uses manual system for its drainage system. In fact, the automatic filling and drainage water tank systems can be used to provide cleaner water that can be beneficial for health. The method used is looking at the working of water tank currently used to see the deficiencies in its automatic system. Then, designing and assembling a tool to get an expected result, namely the water tank system working automatically, both its filling system and drainage system. The design of this tool system uses LDR as input to run the microcontroller circuit to produce output.
