Abstract

Infrastructure and network service is the important things that need to be developed in the campus UKRIM.This is in harmony with the values of both institutions as well as accreditation B overall optimization requires the status of network services to support the learning and performance of the entire civitas academic.During this UKRIM campus networks implementing load balance ECMP and managerial mechanism with a bandwidth of simple queue service of 20 Mbps dedicated and 10 GGC.As a result of congestion often occurs down connection status was at the time interval 1-3 times a month for approximately 5-10 minutes.Responding to this research needed to provide suggestions for the campus network admin UKRIM in providing service load balance as well as managerial bandwidth.This research was conducted on simulation using GNS3 to compare load balance method ECMP and PCC or Per Connection Classifier.As for the HTB used to replace simple queue to minimise wasted bandwidth.Testing on this research using wireshark on a simulated network being built based GNS3.From the test results the comparison using standardization TIPHON obtained that the PCC has advantages compared to the ECMP on condition when a dense network experienced congestion.This is proven by the same throughput rating 100% but the jitter and packet loss is different at PCC have packet loss 15% category medium, the value of jitter 15.69 ms nice category whereas in packet loss value ECMP 58% bad and categories jitter 98.2 ms categories. Keywords: ECMP, GNS3, Per Connection Classifier,Hierarchical Token Bucket.

Abstract

For a company it is very vital. Customers are the key to running a business that is run. But in reality there are loyal customers and some are churned out. Churn is defined as the tendency of customers to stop doing business with a company. It is important for companies to be able to identify customers who have a tendency to be churn customers. Then a report is needed to be able to identify and make decisions for management. Prediction method using Naïve Bayes method produces an accuracy of 76% and K-Nearest Neighbor produces information with a K = 1 value of 73%, K = 3 which is 76% and K = 5 by 78% It can be concluded that the K-Nearest Neighbor Method with K = 3 has a better value. Abstract

Biodiversity that exists in nature shows the overall variation between living things both from the smallest levels, namely genes, species and eskosistem. One animal with a fairly high level of variation, namely birds chirping. Chirping has an identifier for each type both of the color of the feather, body shape, shape of the beak, food, how to find food and the most obvious is the difference in the chirping of birds. The problem faced is the number of species of birds chirping that are almost similar to each other so the introduction of birds with sound becomes quite difficult. This makes the introduction of birds with sound requires a special technique. The techniques used are transform wavelets and neural networks. At the end of the study, obtained Wavelet Package Decomposition extraction with training data used as many as 500 data. There are two preprocessing methods that are done by cutting and resampling (downsampling). The most optimal number of neurons to be used in hidden layers is 256 neurons with 500 epochs. The highest accuracy is 88.6% with momentum 0.2, learning rate 0.2 and wavelet daubechies2 while the lowest accuracy is 74.2% with momentum 0.8, learning rate 0.8 and wavelets haar.  Keywords: Classification, Neural Network, Wavelet Transform, Haar, Daubechies2

Abstract

Edge detection is segmentation of image input that aims to determine the edge by marking the detail part of an image. From some previous studies it has not been shown the results of detection to be able to separate objects from the center of the image input image itself.The purpose of this study is to perform an edge detection function by dividing into nodes using the concept of the Quadran Tree Classifier method to be applied to the case study of the object colored image of the using national flag. Some input images have different levels of complexity and pixels, including the Korean flag, Wales flag, and the flying Indonesian flag.The method is the adoption of  tree data structure, where each has 4 nodes the same number of child nodes. If the node has children, number of nodes must be 4, recursively doing the loop. The working concept of this method split and merge segmentation. The results of object segmentation combined in accordance with the homogeneity of colors, especially those with confusion.This research show which is able to observe the scanning pixel on image Korean flag and the flying Indonesian flag, however level pixel 520 x 347 such as Wales flag, this method is unable to separate between line object that is not nudge. The pixel resolution has an effect with total time execution segmentation (minute/sec), total segmentation identified and the total colour. Keywords : edge detection, quadrant tree, digital image processing, image, segmentation

Abstract

XXX Regional General Hospital (RSUD XXX) is a Type B Hospital in Yogyakarta. XXX Hospital is the only place of reference for further treatment of patients who feel they need more sophisticated handlers. In 2016 the XXX Hospital was requested by the DIY Health Office to improve facilities and services. In following up on the request of the Yogyakarta Health Office, the RSUD XXX is currently in the process of building a building structure. However, from the increase in infrastructure built it has not been accompanied by the development of adequate technological infrastructure. From the description of the above problems, the purpose of this study is to make a strategic plan to align business objectives with the business process of the RSUD. The limitation of the problem is that in this study the researcher used the Zachman framework with matrix tables 1 to 4 (Scope, Enterprise Model, System Model, Technological Model). The final results of this study are the main activities of the XXX hospital including registration, outpatient care, hospitalization, emergency services, laboratory services, drug services, hospital services, outpatient registration and inpatient registration. Whereas for supporting activities are the procurement of logistics, tools and materials, medical workers requitment, information services. There are 7 applications that are suggested to be developed, namely the Registration application, BPJS, Poly Unit, Laboratory, E-Billing, Medical Support. Keywords: Architecture Enterprise, Informatic System, Hospital

Abstract

The target of the program is that people who have not been economically productive but have a strong desire to become entrepreneurs, are a group of housewives with 10 members in the Dsn. Karanglo Sukoharjo Ngaglik Sleman. The aim of the program is to help empower housewives through the development of various taro-based cakes and help create peace and comfort. In general, the problems faced by partners are economic conditions that are still below average and productivity levels that are still low. To overcome this problem, the service team provided a solution in the form of building a business field tailored to the minimum skills of the community and local food-based partner areas. While the specific problem is that the majority of housewives are less able to take advantage of their free time in daily activities, do not have the effort to use taro around their home gardens as processed food, do not have the innovation of taro processing, do not have working capital to make business, do not have the ability to plan, record, and control a business, do not understand who the consumers will buy and do not know how to do the right marketing. The results of this activity are partners have received entrepreneurship training, the addition of production equipment, training and mentoring on how to make various cakes from taro, simple financial management training, and marketing management training. Keywords: taro, local food crops, empowerment, innovation, housewives

Abstract

The application of SI/TI in the Organization has three main objectives to improve work efficiency, effectiveness of management and competitive advantage. Planning of integrated information system strategy very important is done at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, so can having a mechanism applying SI/TI to optimal achieve the vision, mission and purpose. Abstract

ABSTRACT Increasingly complex human needs cause changes in the community environment. This is indicated by the increasingly rapid development of information technology, especially information technology related to online shopping applications through e-commerce applications. The development of technology that is currently being talked about and is the subject of discussion is to develop technology towards modern business by using mobile-based e-commerce applications. Anywhere and anytime quickly and in real time, people can easily make purchases of any product related to the needs of the house they are looking for. The results of this study were to determine the magnitude of the heuristic value of the quality of the mobile e-commerce application user interface Informa and Ikea according to users using the Nielsen 10 principle method. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as input for e-commerce mobile application developers Informa and Ikea to be better, and can be proposed to improve the user interface for e-commerce applications Informa and Ikea. Keywords:  E-Commerce, User Interface, 10 Nielsen Principles.

Abstract

Gold has become one of the inventions that people are interested in. The high resale value makes many people save it as a substitute for savings. But the price of gold is influenced by several things such as economic conditions, the level of demand and supply or the existence of goods, this has encouraged some parties to make predictions of gold prices to avoid unexpected losses going forward. Based on these problems the researchers tried to predict gold prices using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method and Linear Regression. The K-NN method is used to classify the data that is owned to then make predictions using Linear Regression. From the test with the number of training data as many as 4305 data and test data as many as 402 data, the root mean square error value of 5.807% was obtained.Keywords: gold investment, gold price prediction, K-Nearest Neighbor, Linear Regression

Abstract

Higher education is an organization that requires information technology and adequate information systems so that its objectives can be achieved. An institute that applies information technology is expected to conduct an evaluation of information technology currently in use to help measure how well information technology governance is implemented. One of framework for evaluating governance is COBIT 4.1. This research focuses on the domain of monitoring and evaluating(ME) to evaluate the governance of student academic information systems at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. COBIT 4.1 was chosen because it suits the educational context and can identify information technology resources (systems, people, data and technology). Data collection techniques are done by interview and questionnaire. The results of the study are the value of the level of maturity in the governance of SIAKAD in ME domain and the proposed improvement of governance. Based on the calculation of governance maturity level that is on average is at level two where the campus has been able to make planning and management of computer-based systems but there is no formal documentation.Keywords: Cobit 4.1, Monitoring and Evaluation, IT Governance
