Abstract

The Smart Indonesia program is a refinement of the Poor Student Assistance program which is given in cash to school-age children (aged 6-21 years). In determining the priority of PIP recipients itself is still carried out subjectively. The purpose of this study is to design and build a decision support application that can make it easier for schools to determine the priorities of potential PIP recipients. In this study using the Waterfall method because the final result of the study is a product in the form of decision support software for determining potential PIP recipients. While the method used in decision support making is the method of Elimination and Choise Expressing Reality (Electre). The Electre method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on each appropriate criterion. The criteria used are: Active Status of Students, Orphans , Parents 'Work, Parents' Income, Number of Dependents who are still in school, Persons with Disabilities, KIP Holders, KKS Holders, PKH holders, SKTM holders, victims of natural disasters. From the results of alpha testing using the Black Box Testing technique and beta testing, functionally the system built has been successful, acceptable, can produce output as expected and is good enough to meet eligibility for useKeywords: PIP; Electre Method; Decision Support System; Waterfall method.

Abstract

Management Information System (SIM-RS) that controls the information system in the inpatient unit. This system is used to handle customers as well as collaboration with third party vendors. There are business processes, such as patient registration, service to patients, patient medical records and details of patient treatment costs. Hospital business processes require different information and specific patient data. The patient information and data provide opportunities for other business functions in the hospital to carry out certain processes. For this reason, Bhayangkara Kindergarten Hospital. III Jayapura applies information technology in its operations.To measure the alignment between business processes, applications, and business strategies, it is necessary to conduct an audit of existing information systems. Audits are conducted using the COBIT 4.1 standard and applying the Balanced Scorecard to the customer's perspective.In this research, the Maturity Level 2.55 value is generated, which is included in the repeatable but intuitive category. Abstract

The use of mobile-based applications has become a necessity for routine administration, especially for lecturers at the Shanti Bhuana Institute, Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. Twice weekly study program meetings, namely tuesday and friday, are an obligation so that lecturers can evaluate the performance with the head of the study program and the vice chancellor regarding the progress of each study program line such as research, community service, teaching and learning activities, even workshops. However, the briefing was limited to communication via whats app during the pandemic season making it difficult to recap the minutes during the briefing, especially as a report to the stakeholders.The NopTI application (Notulen Arsip Prodi TI) is presented to make it easier for lecturers to archive routine briefings based on mobile android. By using the cordova framework which is still rare in developing mobile applications and utilizing google drive as a storage medium, it will certainly reduce costs in terms of database storage. Applications are used more than 80% by IT lecturers, 60% use online briefings, 40% offline briefings and black box tested by several IT experts valid 100% fulfilled from the functions tested, and can be used on android 8.0 to 10.0 and a delay of 186.414 ms nice category to open apps.Keywords: administration, mobile, briefings, cordova..

Abstract

Recruitment is a means to prepare as many workers as possible according to the requirements and qualifications expected by the organization. In recruitment one of the things that is calculated is the character of the prospective employee itself. Companies or organizations usually carry out psychological tests and interviews to get the character of prospective employees. This will make the recruitment process longer and require a lot of money. One way to find out a person's character can be done by looking at the publication of daily activities on various social media. In this study the classification of prospective employees is based on tweets found on twitter. The results of this study are grouping prospective employees based on their characters using the naïve bayes classifier algorithm. From the research that has been done naïve bayes classifier algorithm has an accuracy accuracy of an average of 52% by weighting using the term document frequency.Keywords: Naïve Bayes Classifier, TFIDF, Character

Abstract

The introduction of computers in elementary schools is deemed necessary because, along with technological advances in the present, children must begin to be introduced to terms in computers. Software or what is often called software is one part of the computer. Learning media is a way for children in elementary schools to learn about software. Learning media has a very important role in education and training activities. Learning media that are used can help facilitate learning effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to design a software learning media for elementary school children as a basic introduction to the software itself. In this study using Macromedia Flash 8 software and using the Research and Development (R&D) method, while the development model uses ADDIE.Key words: software, media, learning.

Abstract

Growing need for efficient algorithms for data manipulation, analysis, and intelligent use has been a very active research area in machine learning field. However, some research areas still not fully developed, especially when unbalanced data classification is needed. Datasets with this class imbalance occur because of an unbalanced ratio between one case and another. This class imbalance will be detrimental to data mining because machine learning in data mining has difficulty in classifying minority classes (small instances) correctly. There are several approaches to handling imbalances, one of which is by using the original data sampling method. The first sampling method approach to overcome class imbalance is undersampling which is a method to balance classes by randomly reducing the majority class instances. Over-sampling is a method of balancing class distribution by randomly replicating instances in minority classes.This study presents comparison of over-sampling techniques to overcome problem of class imbalances in datasets with nominal-multi categories features between Adaptive Synthetic-Nominal (ADASYN-N) and Adaptive Synthetic-kNN (ADASYN-KNN) methods. There are seven datasets with nominal-multi categories features which have an unbalanced class distribution. Then the dataset that has been over-sampled with both methods is classified using the Random Forest method. Furthermore, a comparison of the accuracy of the original dataset and the dataset of the ADASYN-N and ADASYN-KNN over-sampling techniques was carried out.  Keywords: ADASYN-KNN, ADASYN-N, class imbalance, nominal, multi-category, over-sampling.

Abstract

Javanese is the mother tongue of the Javanese people. Javanese language is not only as a medium of communication but has a noble philosophical value. At this time, some Javanese people, especially young people, do not understand Javanese. They are not able to speak Javanese properly according to Javanese language. Low understanding of Javanese means that Javanese people prefer to use Indonesian rather than Javanese. Javanese language has a value of life, such as manners, politeness, and sincerity. Given the importance of the function of Javanese for the community, the existence of Javanese needs to be preserved. The application design process aims to facilitate the Javanese community, especially young people in learning Javanese so that more Javanese people master Javanese. Some tools used in building applications include Android Studio, Adobe Flash CS 6, and CorelDraw X4. The results of trials that have been done, the application can run well on version 4.2 (Jellybean) and above. Abstract

Prayer is a compulsory worship for every Muslim. Therefore, from the earliest possible time the children should begin to be taught to pray so that later when they reach the compulsory age for praying, the children are ready. Various methods can be applied by parents and teachers to teach how to perform prayers with the correct prayer movements and readings. The rapid development of information and communication technology, both in terms of hardware and software, can be used as a tool to create learning media for prayer guidance. Among them is the android based augmented reality (AR) technology. AR or known as "augmented reality" is a new technology in the multimedia field. AR technology that can combine the real world with the virtual world, is interactive according to real time (real time), and takes the form of 3D animation. AR is a technology that is able to combine virtual objects in two dimensions (2D) or three dimensions (3D) into a real environment, then project these objects in real time. AR technology is broadly divided into two, namely marker based trackin and markerless. In this study, a marker based tracking method will be used and runs on an Android-based smartphone to build a learning media application for prayer and reading movement guidance aimed at children to make it more interesting. With the marker based tracking method on augmented reality technology, children will get a profile picture of prayer movements and their reading.Keywords: augmented reality, marker based tracking

Abstract

 The use of information technology in government processes can improve efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability in government administration. At the local government agencies there are several obstacles, namely the lack of optimal supervision from the informatics section in the implementation of IT Governance, because it is done if there are complaints from other parts of the IT services and the lack of planning and alignment of the Information Technology strategy with the agency strategy. Therefore, measurement of COBIT process maturity model is needed to determine the condition of the IT process maturity model in government agencies today. The implementation of good IT governance is expected to ensure that IT investment has contributed to the progress of the institution. This research results in recommendations for improvement and improvement of information technology governance in the offices of government agencies. In this study, the conclusion of maturity level in the domain PO2 = 2.4, PO3 = 2.5, PO10 = 2.5, ME1 = 2.5 and ME4 = 2.7, so that governance at local government agencies is at level 2.5 (Defined Process).   Keywords: COBIT, IT Governance, Maturity Level

Abstract

 The number of incoming and outgoing letters that have been received and made in the PROA section of Shanti Bhuana Institute, so that the search for data becomes inaccurate in terms of time and energy with manual systems. This research was conducted with the aim of assisting shanti bhuana institute employees in managing incoming and outgoing letters effectively. This entry and outgoing mail system has the ability to run on computers and mobile phones so that shanti bhuana institute employees can use this system wherever they are. Employees can add, edit, cancel, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail and can print report results based on incoming and outgoing mail. The method used in this study is Rapid Application Development (RAD) whereas for the creation of incoming and outgoing mail systems using php, html and css programming languages. App testing using blackbox testing with results that match expectations from users and researchers.Keywords: incoming mail, outgoing mail, Rapid Application Development.
