Abstract: Remuneration is the implementation of Minister of Research,Technology and Higher Education Regulation Number 31 Year 2016 andMalang State Polytechnic Director Regulation Number 262 2016 which isgiven to employees with the status of Civil Servants. The purpose of this studywas to examine and analyze the effect of remuneration on job satisfaction,remuneration on employee performance, job satisfaction on performance andthe effect of remuneration on employee performance at the State Polytechnicof Malang through employee job satisfaction at the State Polytechnic ofMalang. This study uses a quantitative approach by emphasizing its analysisof numerical data that is processed by statistical methods in the context ofsubmitting hypotheses. The sample used was 75 employee respondents at thecentral office with the status of Civil Servants. The results showed thatremuneration had a significant effect on job satisfaction, remuneration had asignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a significanteffect on employee performance and remuneration had a significant effect onemployee performance mediated by variable job satisfaction.Keywords: Remuneration, job satisfaction, employee performance

Health Services Industry, in particular hospitals, is rapidly growing characterized by the increasing of medical facilities and services provided to the public as consumers. Nurses are individuals who directly cope with the consumers in providing medical services. This purposes of the study was to distinguish the impact of nurses’ empowerment on their commitment in services quality.The analysis was conducted on each variable to examine the relationship among variables by observing the value of chi-square test and significance value. The sample was taken were the nurses at RSUD Dr.M.Haulussy Ambon with total sample of 109 respondents. The instrument used in the analysis was chi-square test.The results confirms that the hypotheses in this study are supported. It means that the correlation of nurses ‘ empowerment with nurses’ commitment in services quality has positive influence and statistically significant.Keywords : Nurses’ Empowerment, Nurses’ commitment in services quality

Manusia di dalam organisasi memegang peranan yang menentukan dalam keberhasilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prosedur pajak terhadap kesadaran masyarakat akan membayar pajak di KPP Pratama Singosari khususnya Wilayah Kecamatan Singosari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh prosedur apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran masyarakat membayar pajak, baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara prosedur pajak yang terdiri dari pendaftaran NPWP, pembayaran pajak, pelaporan pajak terhadap kesadaran masyarakat membayar pajak di Wilayah Kecamatan Singosari. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi prosedur pajak yang terdiri dari pendaftaran NPWP, pembayaran pajak, pelaporan pajak secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat Wilayah Kecamatan Singosari. Sedangkan secara parsial dimensi prosedur pajak yang terdiri dari pendaftaran NPWP, pembayaran pajak, pelaporan pajak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat Wilayah Kecamatan Singosari.Kata Kunci : Pendaftaran NPWP, Pembayaran Pajak, Pelaporan Pajak, Kesadaran Masyarakat

Abstract: Gresik Regency has a large potential of capture fisheries and cultivation so that the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is designated as a pilot of the Minapolitian project. This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of the Minapolitan policy on the economic conditions of pond communities in Gresik Regency. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a focus of research: 1) efforts made by the government in implementing the Minapolitan policy; and 2) economic conditions of the pond community after the implementation of the Minapolitian policy. The results showed that the government had tried to improve infrastructure (infra-structure) around the ponds to make it easier for farm communities to run aquaculture activities, but had not been able to support the needs of production facilities. As for the economic conditions of the community, it has not significantly increased the income of the community and opened employment opportunities for the youth. Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. Abstract: The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of consumer ethnocentrism and materialism to product brand perception and preferences in Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia. This research tests the validation of the construct measures and associated hypothesis using survey data from 132 respondents and using structural equation modeling techniques. The results show that (1) there's no correlation between consumer ethnocentrism and materialism in Surabaya, (2) consumer ethnocentrism has significant effect on product brand perception, (3) consumer ethnocentrism has not affected on product brand preferences, (4) materialism has significant effect on product brand perception, and (5) materialism has significant effect on product brand preferences. Abstract: Go-Pay is a form of Fintech, which is currently a trend both in terms of equipment and business. Its practical, safe and easy use encourages people to use this service. Go-Pay is currently aspired to be a one-stop service application where users can order various types of services from just one application.The purpose of this study was to determine how the pattern of use of Go-Pay by Kedai Bakso and the factors that support and inhibit its use. To get these results, Adaptive Structuration Theory (AST) is used because the structure contained in this model can be modified according to the needs of the object under study In implementing fintech, there were needs that had arisen before the store manager finally decided to implement fintech. The decision was supported by offers from service providers, as well as information from fellow business actors. After implementing fintech, costs arise as a result of implementing services. So businesses need to make price adjustments to their products. In the end, businesses maintain services that benefit their business. Keyword: fintech, payment, transaction, umkm

Abstract: The phenomenon of millennials massive entry into the working environment in the last decade brought different characteristics with the previous generations. The negative stigma attached to the millennials reinforced the cirmcumstances that millennials’ engagement level at work was low although their job satisfaction was high. This research aimed to examine the implication of teamwork in mediating job satisfaction and employee engagement. This study involved 129 respondents and used SmartPLS 3.2.8 as an analysis tool. This study suggests that job satisfaction significantly affecting employee engagement but partially mediated by teamwork. Abstract One way to improve the performance of the HR is to pay attention to employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important factor in HR to produce the optimal performance. If this employee fells dissatisfaction, it can cause work stress and make employees leave the company. Therefore, social support is needed to manage the level of stress from work in company environment.This research was held in PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm to find out wether there is an influence betwee job stress to job satisfaction wit a source of social support as a moderating variable. The sample of tis study was 40 hatchery employees, and using a censuss method. Researchers analyzed and calculated with regression.The result of tis study refer to the formulated hypothesis that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and social support can reduce job stress and social support has a positive influence to job satisfaction of employees. On the analysis result which used t-test showed that job stress and the interaction between job stress and social support has a influence to job satisfaction.
