Abstract

Abstract: Improving the quality of education is a development target in the field of national education and is an integral part of efforts to improve human quality in East Timor. For that the teacher as the agent of learning is required to be able to carry out the learning process as well as possible. This study aims to explain: (1) The influence of school principal supervision, compensation, and motivation together on teacher performance. (2) The influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance. (3) Effect of work compensation on teacher performance. (4) Effect of work motivation on teacher performance. (5) The most variable contributes between the principal's supervision, compensation, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research method explains that the research location was conducted at Akanuno elementary school, Motakiik elementary school and Hera primary school in East Timor. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables in this study include school principal supervision, compensation, work motivation, and teacher performance. The population of this study were all Akanuno elementary school teachers, Motakiik elementary school, and Hera elementary school. The sample used was 45 respondents consisting of all elementary school teachers from 15 teachers, Motakiik elementary school 15 teachers and Hera elementary school 15 teachers, so that a total of 45 primary school teachers matched the research criteria and data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Supervision of principals, compensation, and work motivation together had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (2) Supervision of school principals has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (5) Work motivation is proven to contribute the most to teacher performance.Keywords: Principal Supervision, Compensation, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effect quality of services toward consumer satisfaction on UPT region III Klandasan traditional market. Several factors that can be considered in assessing a service given to consumers are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. This research used quantitative method with primary data sources and using simple random sampling method with 280 respondents.Data analyse method that used in this research are classical assumption test (normality, multicollinierity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation) and Multiple Linier Regression Analyse (correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, F test/varians analyse, t test/significantion test). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,529  so that it can be said that the independent variables toward dependent variable in this research can giving the strong enough correlation. Result of Test Varians (F) express the Ho can be accepted because Fcount> Ftable or 21,272>2,247. Its meaning that variable of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible by together did have the influence which significant to consumer satisfaction. The result of significantion test could be explained : (1) there are a significant effect of reliability on consumer satisfaction (2) there are a significant effect of responsiveness on consumer satisfaction (3) there are not a significant effect of assurance on consumer satisfaction (4) there are not a significant effect of empathy on consumer satisfaction, and (5) there are not a significant effect of tangible on consumer satisfaction. Keywords:       reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: From the results of this thesis research work motivation and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that work motivation and work environment affect employee perceptions of job satisfaction. Good job satisfaction increases employee desires can be an intervening variable for motivation and work environment on employee performance. Work motivation and work environment have a higher coefficient value when it directly affects performance, compared to when through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant work motivation, work environment on performance and job satisfaction as mediating variables for employees of the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika,  Batu City. The population in this study were all employees totaling 82 employees using the census method. By using path analysis.Suggestion for research is that organizations must be more intense in paying attention to work motivation and an adequate work environment on the performance of their employees so that job satisfaction is quickly achieved. Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aimed to examine the effect of the price, promotion and location of the consumers decision to shop in Giant Extra Balikpapan. Type of research use is descriptive quantitative and data sources use is type of data primary to 90 responden.Based on test result regresi linear berganda, price, promotion and location on simultan of the consumers decision to shop amount 11,552. The test parsial variable price and promotion give signifikan effect of the consumers decision to shop amount 2,316 and 3,643.And then variable location not give signifikan effect of the consumers decision amount 0,33.The Giant Extra Balikpapan, will be keep price and promotion Key words: price, promotion, location, consumers decision.

Abstract

Abstract:Go-jek is the company who created services Ojek based online, namely services Ojek  ordercan be done through application that readily in download by the user smartphone good android and ios . Competition in business modes of transportation demanding Go-Jek to formulate strategy proper that its position as leader unwavering. Research aims to understand result of formulating strategy to Go-jek.Co.by using the method QSPM. The kind of research it uses a qualitative methodology descriptive from the analysis business development strategy use IFE and EFEmatrix, IEmatrix, training and QSPM matrix. The research results show that Go-Jek are in a position strong in exploit the power of owned and able to overcome the weaknesses that exist, with a total IFE 3,4144 and are being in exploiting the opportunity for existing and address the threat of with a total EFE 2,7234. Keyword: Strategi, IFE, EFE, SWOT,  QSPM.

These variables include employees whoare competent Polresta Malang, employee attitude, patience andfriendliness of employees, and employee behavior that may cause thetrust to the public. With competent employees in the field assures thepublic that their complaints can be quickly overcome and get asettlement. As for good behavior, patience and kind of employeesMalang Polresta able to give a sense of comfort and trust to the peopleof the problem at hand. Abstract

This study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation and its impact on employee performance at Techno Boutique Malang. The data is primary data by sampling samples in this study were 39 employees at Techno Boutique Malang. Sampling technique in this study using census data in this research will be obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire. The analytical tool used Test Instrument Research,  analysis and regression lines by t test.  t-test results showed Cultural organizations has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the behavior of taxpayers towards taxpayer compliance by mediating the intention to use e-filing in Indonesia, especially in East Kalimantan. The data source in this study is premier data by conducting a survey of individual taxpayer respondents who have used the e-filling facility from 2015 and filled out the questionnaire provided. Before giving the questionnaire this study used the validity and reability test for each question in the questionnaire. Abstract

This study examined the determinants of share repurchase. The sample determined by purposive sampling method with certain criteria, non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2017 and conducted share repurchase between 2010 and 2017 periode. Multiple linear regression used for data analysis. This study found that free cash flow had a positive impact on share repurchase. Dividend had a positive impact and share repurchase was a complement of dividend. Misprice had a positive impact because in Indonesia, share repurchase  also carried out by companies with overvalued shares. Companies with leverage below the target tend to share repurchase. Size had a positive impact and managerial ownership had no impact on share repurchase. Key word: determinant; share repurchase

Abstract

This paper intends to analyze the effect of brand name on customer perceived values and implications for regional images and purchase intention. Simple linear regression is applied as a technique for its data analytical. This research observed 223 respondents. The results of a positive significant relationship between customer perceived value to regional images, and customer perceived value and regional images to purchase intention. Keyword: Brand name, customer perceived values,regional images and purchase intention.
