Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify and analyze how much influence adverstising effectiveness and product quality on purchase intentions of Ponds Cosmetics in Ambon Town.The data was collected using questionnaires with Likert scale and the sampling method used was accidental sampling of 100 samples. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression (multiple linear regression).From the results of the regression analysis has been done on the factors that influence consumers intentions to buy the Ponds cosmetics in Ambon Tow are Product Quality and Advertising Effectiveness.Keywords: Quality of Products, Advertising Effectiveness, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the quality of education is a development target in the field of national education and is an integral part of efforts to improve human quality in East Timor. For that the teacher as the agent of learning is required to be able to carry out the learning process as well as possible. This study aims to explain: (1) The influence of school principal supervision, compensation, and motivation together on teacher performance. (2) The influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance. (3) Effect of work compensation on teacher performance. (4) Effect of work motivation on teacher performance. (5) The most variable contributes between the principal's supervision, compensation, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research method explains that the research location was conducted at Akanuno elementary school, Motakiik elementary school and Hera primary school in East Timor. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables in this study include school principal supervision, compensation, work motivation, and teacher performance. The population of this study were all Akanuno elementary school teachers, Motakiik elementary school, and Hera elementary school. The sample used was 45 respondents consisting of all elementary school teachers from 15 teachers, Motakiik elementary school 15 teachers and Hera elementary school 15 teachers, so that a total of 45 primary school teachers matched the research criteria and data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Supervision of principals, compensation, and work motivation together had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (2) Supervision of school principals has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (5) Work motivation is proven to contribute the most to teacher performance.Keywords: Principal Supervision, Compensation, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence that theNet Profit Margin (NPM) significantly affects economic rentability andprovide empirical evidence that Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) significantlyaffects the economy rentability Manufacturing Companies Listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange with less control variable size firm. This study usessecondary data, financial reports companies listed on the Stock Exchange theperiod 2007-2011. Data was collected using Content Analysis method. Thesampling technique using purposive sampling method, the number of samplesin this study were 95 manufacturing companies. Abstract

Kepuasan mahasiswa dalam hal pelayananadministrasi akademik oleh pegawai Pascasarjana adalah sangatdipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan. Berdasarkan kontekstersebut, peneliti merumuskan fokus penelitian yang terdiri dari(1) Proses penyusunan Sajian Matakuliah/ Jadwal Kuliah yangbaik dan tepat waktu, (2) Proses pendaftaran Matakuliah/ KRS onlineyang mudah diakses, lancar dan memuaskan, (3) Prosespenyiapan Daftar Hadir Kuliah/ DHK sesuai yang diprogram/dipilih mahasiswa, (4) Proses penataan dan penggunaan ruangkuliah yang baik, tertib dan jelas; di Pascasarjana UniversitasNegeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Teknik pengamatan berperan serta (participant-observation) yaitupeneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara menjadi bagian atauterasosiasikan dengan subjek penelitian. Pengecekan keabsahantemuan dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi dan pemeriksaansejawat melalui diskusi. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan 1).Penyusunan Sajian MK/ Jadwal Kuliah 2) PendaftaranMatakuliah/ KRS on-line 3). Penyiapan Daftar Hadir Kuliah/DHK dan 4) Penataan/ penggunaan ruang kuliah/ ruang ujiansemuanya memerlukan effektifitas dan efisiensi serta ketepatanwaktu, kelancaran akses on-line . Pemeliharaan sarana danprasarana kampus yang teratur dan kontinyu dilakukan dalamjangka waktu yang lama, serta perlu penambahan ruang kuliahyang cantik bukan berarti mewah tapi nyaman.Kata kunci : kepuasan, pelayanan, administrasi akademik.

Abstract

Marketing strategy activities in terms of promotion, savingsproduct advantages and physical facilities will be successful ifsupported by good service quality with members. The service processthat is in accordance with the rules, fast and not convoluted will be ableto satisfy and please customers in saving the Cooperative. Thisresearch uses qualitative approach, ie approach based on data andprimary information meaningful in the end is trying to get the findingsof a theory that does contain the reality of truth. This research locus isKSP Artha Srikandi Banyuwangi has applied marketing mix, that isdetermination of saving product which is issued to attract members tosave, by picking up the ball, issuing savings model which gives manybenefits to member and giving guarantee of security of membermoney.Promotion done to attract members with interesting ads, alwaysfollow the exhibition and conduct social activities to be closer to thecommunity. Physical facilities owned adequate building, sara wideenough parking and safe, and a comfortable waiting room. Abstract

Abstract: Various attempts were made to build University image andone of them is to provide a great quality service for students, so cancreate a trustful campus image through student satisfaction. Qualityservices such as direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,and empathy that given to students are a powerful benefits for easinessand convenience obtained service. Meanwhile, campus image suchas corporate image, user image, and product image with mediatingvariables satisfaction regarding product expectation and value. Thisresearch shows that direct effect of service quality in campus imageIt means that provided quality service standard can exceed customerexpectations so it can increase campus image, and student satisfactionvariable can not be used as intervening variable. It means that studentsatisfaction variable has not been able to strengthen (moderating)relationship between service quality and campus image.Key words: Quality services, Campus image and Satisfaction.

Abstract

Strategi produk unggulan pada suatu daerah dinilaimempunyai kelebihan karena strategi tersebut mampumenciptakan suatu daerah relatif lebih mandiri dalampengembangan perekonomiannya. Produk unggulan adalahproduk yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di suatu daerahdengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya setempat, serta meningkatkanpendapatan bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah. Kota Malangmemiliki sentra Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yangmemiliki potensi yang cukup besar dalam prosespengembangannya. Pada tahun 2012 di Kota Malang terdapatlima (5) sentra UMKM yang menghasilkan produk unggulan.Lokasi penelitian pada sentra Usaha Kecil yang menghasilkanproduk unggulan di kota Malang. Sampel yang diambil dalampenelitian ini berjumlah 249 responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan dan perusahaanberpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha.Karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terbesar terhadapkeberhasilan usaha.Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, KarakteristikPerusahaan dan Keberhasilan Usaha dan UsahaKecil

Abstract

Abstract Information systems as a set of interconnected components that function to collect, process, store and distribute information to support decision-making and supervision within the organization. The use of information system technology (SI) can improve user performance will be largely determined on the quality of the information system. Use of information system technology used by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk one of them in 2008 issued the type of electronic channel that has been implemented for BRI customers are ATM, Phone Banking, SMS Banking, Kiosk, MiniATM and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk as a bank organization with a very large number and distribution of work units, makes information technology an important and decisive factor to create integration and optimize network utilization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality and service quality on individual performance as user of information system technology in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Banyuwangi. The sample in this research is 90 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Banyuwangi. The results showed that the variable of information quality, system quality and service quality partially influence Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Banyuwangi Branch. While simultaneous testing Variable information quality, system quality and service quality together affect the performance of induvidual employees of PT. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand equity consists ofbrand awareness, brand association, perceived brand quality and brandloyalty to consumer satisfaction using smartphones in Ambon, and test thebrand equity variables that have the most dominant effect.Data is collectedusing a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents accidental. The datacollected was processed using SPSS 19.0 and analyzed using multipleregressions.The results show the variables that brand equity consists of brandawareness, brand association, the impression of the quality of the brand, andbrand loyalty has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously tothe satisfaction of the consumer smartphone users in the city of Ambon.Furthermore, the variable perceived quality of the brand is a variable thathas a more dominant influence on consumer satisfaction smartphone users inthe city of Ambon. Thus the first hypothesis proposed in this study isacceptable, while the second hypothesis is rejected.Keywords: brand equity, brand awareness, brand association, perceived ofbrand quality, brand loyalty, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research is a survey of studies using research type description (explanatory research). The sample used was 100 people respondents from user in library of the State University of Malang. The sample in this study is taken by using the propational method of stratified random sampling in order to balance the sample from each stratum was adequate. The samples were taken on the basis of the proportion of student visits to library of the State University of Malang during the past year i.e., 2014.The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence in partial dimensions between the quality of service (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) towards the satisfaction of user is quite good although there is still some respondents who provide answer “less well”. (2) There are significant effects simultaneously between the dimensions of service quality (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) against user satisfaction. (3) the fact that the direct evidence of the variables (X 1) do not have the greatest influence towards the satisfaction of user (Y) contribute the largest or dominant service quality dimensions (X) which has the greatest influence user satisfaction (Y) is the variable dimensions of empathy (X 5). Followed by the dimension of responsiveness (X 3) and followed by the dimension of the guarantee (X 4) as well as the dimension of reliability (X 2).
