Abstract

Organization member behavior determinesuccessfulness of hospital. Extra role behavior can increase organization performance by efficiency and effective in organization practice. Basic of extra role behavior is being conceptualized become Organizational Citizenship Behavior/ OCB. Some antecedent that can influence organization members to show the Organizational Citizenship Behavior is job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This research purpose is to analyze job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research conduct in RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, especially to nurse, the sample consist of 174 people as respondent. Data collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation, next the data in manner by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression.The analyze result show thatjob satisfactionand organizational commitmentsimultaneously significantly impactOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. The results from the partial test shown thatjob satisfaction and organizational commitmentsignificantly impactOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Implication of this research to RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, it is the side of hospital can increased OCB nurse with increasing job satisfaction and nurse organizational commitment.Key Words : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control on behavioral intention as well as the effect of behavioral intention on whistle-blowing intentions. This research was conducted at all government unit offices in the Municipality of Probolinggo which is called SKPD by using a questionnaire. Survey responses collected from a sample of 65 staffs in the financial section within SKPD represented by the chief financial officer and treasurer. The findings indicate that all of the variables in the TPB, such as attitude, subjective norms and behavioral control has a significant effect on whistle-blowing intentions. The implications of this research provided recommendation and consideration in analyzing the tendencies of whistle-blowing that can be performed by government staff. In general, we view that the implementation of whistleblowing as an internal policy would exhibit organizational support and thus, enhances staffs’ attitude towards whistle-blowing. Keywords: attitude, subjective norms, behavioral control, intention, whistle-blowing intentions, public sector, theory of planned behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aimed to examine the effect of the price, promotion and location of the consumers decision to shop in Giant Extra Balikpapan. Type of research use is descriptive quantitative and data sources use is type of data primary to 90 responden.Based on test result regresi linear berganda, price, promotion and location on simultan of the consumers decision to shop amount 11,552. The test parsial variable price and promotion give signifikan effect of the consumers decision to shop amount 2,316 and 3,643.And then variable location not give signifikan effect of the consumers decision amount 0,33.The Giant Extra Balikpapan, will be keep price and promotion Key words: price, promotion, location, consumers decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect on the performanceof management control systems in strategic supply relationship withthe co-operation as an intervening variable in a pharmacy in the cityof Ambon. These results indicate that the Performance MeasurementSystem a significant effect on performance in the Strategic SupplyRelationship (SSRs). Furthermore, significant effect on theSocialization Process Performance In Strategic Supply Relationship(SSRs). Similarly Performance Measurement System significantlyinfluence Cooperation. Then the process of socialization significanteffect on cooperation. Cooperation significant effect on performancein the Strategic Supply Relationship (SSRs). The performancemeasurement system did not significantly affect the performanceSSRs through cooperation as an intervening variable. Abstract

Kedelai merupakan bahan baku utama dalam pembuatan tempe danmempunyai nilai gizi yang sangat tinggi. Kenaikan harga kedelai yang terjaditahun 2012 sangat mempengaruhi terhadap usaha tempe. Kenaikan harga iniberpengaruh terhadap jumlah kedelai yang digunakan karena pengusaha harusmemperhatikan biaya produksi. Hampir semua usaha tempe di KecamatanSukorejo dalam usahanya bermodal sendiri. Meskipun permodalan mereka tidakbegitu besar namun mereka mempunyai keyakinan untuk bisa mengembangkanusahanya. Keyakinan mereka dengan modal yang mereka miliki akanberpengaruh terhadap pengembangan usahanya jika mereka tidak bisa mengelolakeuangan dengan baik. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik akan membantu merekadalam pengambilan keputusan dalam bisnisnya. Dilihat dari uraian diatas makapermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kelayakan finansialindustri tempe yang ada di Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Pasuruan setelahterjadi kenaikan harga kedelai. Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisa kelayakan finansial industri tempe di Kecamatan SukorejoKabupaten Pasuruan setelah kenaikan harga kedelai. Metode analisis yangdigunakan adalah Analisis Penerimaan, Analisis BEP, Analisis, Net B/C Ratio,Analisis R/C Ratio. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keuntungan pertahun sebesar Rp.49.845.626; R/C ratio 1,25 ; B/C ratio 0,95; BEP harga 1,575 dan BEP unit 319kotak/produksi. Besaran R/C ratio lebih dari 1 sedangkan B/C ratio lebih dari 0dengan kreteria ini dinilai usaha tempe didaerah penelitian layak diusahan.Besaran BEP harga dan BEP unit masih dibawah jumlah produksi dan hargapenjualan sehingga dinilai usaha tempe setelah kenaikan harga kedelaimemberikan keuntungan.Kata kunci : kenaikan, harga kedelai, kelayakan usaha, tempe

Abstract

Training and intentive have large effect to employeeperformance therefore, in this research analysis the effect of thetwo variable to the employee performance. This research aims is toknow the effect of training and incentive to employeeperformance.This research use 56 employee at PT Bank DanamonMadiun, the data are collected by quwitionaire and self-completedby respondend. From the data, it analized by regression multipleanalysis to know the effect off each variable that has dominanteffect.The research result show the both training and incentivehave positive and significant effect to employee make. From thetwo variable, training variable has dominant effect to employeeperformance. It is because training is given rightly, therefore. Itcan increase employee performance at PT Bank DanamonMadiun.From the research there are two implication. First, for PTBank Danamon Madiun, in order to increase the employeeperformance of PT Bank Danamon Madiun must use the trainingand incentive rightly, especially training variable that hasdominant effect to employee performance.
