Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of competenciestoward performance assessment of lecture in the budget practicelearning from student’s perspective on STIE Madani Balikpapan.Data analyse method that used in this research are validity andreliability test; classical assumption test (normality, multicollinierity,heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation); and Multiple Linier RegressionAnalyse (correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, t test/significantion test). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,656so that it can be said that the independent variables toward dependentvariable in this research can giving the strength correlation. Result ofdetermination coefficient (R2) = 0,414 it can be said the independentvariables can be explain the dependent variable of equal to 41,4%only. While the rest equal to 58,6% explained by other variable fromoutside model. The result of significantion test could be explained :(1) there are have a significant effect of Pedagogical Competenceon Lecture Performance; (2) there are have a significant effect ofProfesional Competence on Lecture Performance; (3) and thereare have a significant effect of Personality Competence on LecturePerformance; (4) there aren’t have a significant effect of SocialCompetence on Lecture Performance.Keywords : Pedagogical Competence, Profesional Competence,Personality Competence, Social Competence, , Lecture Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one ofthe means to establish sustainable relationships between stakeholdersand shareholdernya. Today many companies are using CRM tobuild relationships with customers. By utilizing CRM, companieswill know what is expected and required customers sehinggan willcreate an emotional bond that is capable of creating a close businessrelationship and open and two-way communication between them.CRM is necessary to begin to be created, built, and implemented incompanies engaged in various fields of business. CRM is applied canaffect the increase in customer loyalty. Abstract

Abstract : Education is a social activity that enable people still existand improve. STIE Madani Balikpapan as an educational institutionneeds to pay attention to the service to students. Service as an importantelement that effects the quality of students satisfaction. Bottom lineservice is the supporting factor to service marketing activity of STIEMadani Balikpapan in order to improve the service quality to studentsof STIE Madani Balikpapan. The research objectives are able tofind out and analyze the effects of service quality which consists ofvariabels of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, andempathy. Also to find out which variabel has the dominant effect.This is a descriptive quantitative research. The number of populationis 174 people while the sample is 64 using the Slovin formula withthe mistake average is 10%. This research uses multiple regressionanalysis with the validity and reliability test to test the questionnaireitems. The result of the research showed that there is a significanteffect between tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, andempathy to the student satisfaction in STIE Madani Balikpapan withthe percentage of 52,9%. The hypotheses test partially showed thatassurance has dominant effect with the value of t-count is 4,711 >2,002 with the significant 0,000 , 0,05.Keyword : Satisfaction, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness,assurance dan empathy

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency andtotal productivity of Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2010-2014 usingDEA method and Malmquist Index method. Results of this researchindicate that efficiency growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Data Envelopment Analysis method is increasedand total productivity growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Malmquist Index method is increased. From 11Islamic banks in Indonesia that selected as research sample, BankMuamalat Indonesia had the highest performance of efficiency andtotal productivity from 2010-2014.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Banking is one sector that is influential in boostingthe economy, especially in Indonesia. To maintain stability, the bankmust have strategy in order to survive or to grow larger, such as amerger or acquisition. This study aimed to analyze the objective RiskProfile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital in thebanking of merger acquisition in 2008-2011. In this study, the dataobtained from the three banks of merger acquisition and analyzedusing Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study refer that theperformance of the bank as a variable NPL, LDR, the Board ofIndependent Commissioners in three banks do not have significantdifferences. Variable Audit Committee, ROA, NIM and ROA showstwo banks do not have significant differences and one bank has asignificant difference. Variable CAR indicates one bank do not havesignificant differences, and two banks have a significant differencebetween before and after the bank merger acquisition. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence that theNet Profit Margin (NPM) significantly affects economic rentability andprovide empirical evidence that Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) significantlyaffects the economy rentability Manufacturing Companies Listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange with less control variable size firm. This study usessecondary data, financial reports companies listed on the Stock Exchange theperiod 2007-2011. Data was collected using Content Analysis method. Thesampling technique using purposive sampling method, the number of samplesin this study were 95 manufacturing companies. Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debtto Asset Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over toward Net Income Growth onPT. PLN (Persero) Region East and North Borneo at Bontang Area.Data Analyse method that used in this research are classical assumptiontest (normality, multicollinierity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation) andMultiple Linier Regression Analyse (correlation coeficient, determinationcoeficient, F test/varians analyse, t test/significantion test).Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,385 so that it can be saidthat the independent variables toward dependent variable in thisresearch can giving the weak correlation. Result of Test Varians (F)express the Ho refused because Fcount < Ftable or 0,464 < 4,066. Itsmeaning that variable of Current Ratio, variable of Debt to Asset Ratio,and variable of Total Asset Turn Over by together didn’t have theinfluence which significant to Net Income Growth variable.The result of significantion test could be explained : (1) there are not asignificant effect of Current Ratio on Net Income Growth (2) there arenot a significant effect of Debt to Asset Ratio on Net Income Growth (3)there are not a significant effect of Total Asset Turn Over on Net IncomeGrowth.Keywords : Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over,Net Income Growth.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of emotionalexhaustion on work motivation and job satisfaction of employeesof PT Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch. Hypothesis testing isdone using Path Analysis. The results showed that emotionalexhaustion and significant negative effect on work motivation ofemployees, emotional exhaustion has negative effect on jobsatisfaction, while working motivation positive and significantimpact to the satisfaction, then emotional exhaustion is also has anegative effect on job satisfaction through work motivation. Thestudy provides an understanding that if the management of PTPelindo IV (Persero) Ambon Branch want to increase theiremployees motivation and job satisfaction then one importanteffort needs to be made to reduce their levels of emotionalexhaustion. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect on the performanceof management control systems in strategic supply relationship withthe co-operation as an intervening variable in a pharmacy in the cityof Ambon. These results indicate that the Performance MeasurementSystem a significant effect on performance in the Strategic SupplyRelationship (SSRs). Furthermore, significant effect on theSocialization Process Performance In Strategic Supply Relationship(SSRs). Similarly Performance Measurement System significantlyinfluence Cooperation. Then the process of socialization significanteffect on cooperation. Cooperation significant effect on performancein the Strategic Supply Relationship (SSRs). Abstract

Study aimed to clarify whether the variable jobsatisfaction and work motivation significantly influence employeeperformance, as well as to determine which variables are thedominant influence between the two variables Job Satisfactionand Work Motivation on the performance of employees at PT.Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch. Samples were takenusing purposive sampling method is to direct all employeeschoose as many as 50 people. The results showed that jobsatisfaction and work motivation have a significant effect on theperformance of employees of PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk AmbonBranch. Variable job satisfaction and work motivation improvethe performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI (Persero) TbkAmbon Branch. The correlation between job satisfaction andwork motivation and performance of employees of PT.
