Abstract

In organizational management, employee loyalty is one aspect that must be improved by the organization to ensure the existence and progress of the organization. Some of the factors that can affect loyalty include gratitude, personality and organizational culture. The study aims to describe and analyze gratitude, personality towards employee loyalty both directly and indirectly through organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research sample amounted to 73 employees. Research location at Al Hidayah Donowarih Islamic Education Park Foundation, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Data analysis method with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the Gratitude, Personality and Organizational Culture variables influence Employee Loyalty. Organizational culture fully mediates personality towards employee loyalty. Advice given to organizations that gratitude is one part of organizational culture. Keywords: Gratitude, Personality, Organizational Culture, Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and externalmotivation on employee productivity PDAM Ambon. Therefore, this study wasconducted in Ambon for two months.Primary data was collected throughquestionnaires distributed to 94 employees PDAM Ambon. Furthermore, thedata were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques.The resultsshowed a partial and simultaneously, the internal motivation (X1) and externalmotivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee of PDAM Ambonproductivities. Thus the three hypotheses proposed in this study can beaccepted. These results indicate that to increase employee productivity,managers of PDAM Ambon need to motivate them to pay attention to bothinternal and external motivation factor.Keywords: internal motivation, external motivation, work productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The agricultural sector and mining in Indonesia are a sector which most influential for Indonesia because the state is rich in will material of mining and also is a agraris. Overall according to the central bureau of statistics ( CBS ) in 2014 that the gross domestic product decline, GDP in 2013 only grow 5.6 percent compared with the in 2012 6 % and descending in 2014 about 5 %. A method of Grover is research methodology this is refinement of formula Altman and have research who wears a method of Altman. The purpose of this study is to find companies the mining sector and agriculture potentially bankrupt or not decline in the 2012-2015 measured by a method of Grover and he knows comparison the mining sector or agricultural have better bankrupt. Bankruptcy is a state of being or a situation in which company failed to or not able to meet obligations because firms experienced a lack of. The research is research quantitative. Sample techniques used in this research was purposive sampling. The sample of the research were 14 company agricultural sector and 31 company sector mines in the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ). Abstract

Abstract: From the results of this thesis research work motivation and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that work motivation and work environment affect employee perceptions of job satisfaction. Good job satisfaction increases employee desires can be an intervening variable for motivation and work environment on employee performance. Work motivation and work environment have a higher coefficient value when it directly affects performance, compared to when through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant work motivation, work environment on performance and job satisfaction as mediating variables for employees of the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika,  Batu City. The population in this study were all employees totaling 82 employees using the census method. By using path analysis.Suggestion for research is that organizations must be more intense in paying attention to work motivation and an adequate work environment on the performance of their employees so that job satisfaction is quickly achieved. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of emotionalexhaustion on work motivation and job satisfaction of employeesof PT Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch. Hypothesis testing isdone using Path Analysis. The results showed that emotionalexhaustion and significant negative effect on work motivation ofemployees, emotional exhaustion has negative effect on jobsatisfaction, while working motivation positive and significantimpact to the satisfaction, then emotional exhaustion is also has anegative effect on job satisfaction through work motivation. Thestudy provides an understanding that if the management of PTPelindo IV (Persero) Ambon Branch want to increase theiremployees motivation and job satisfaction then one importanteffort needs to be made to reduce their levels of emotionalexhaustion. Abstract

Ada banyak ukuran yang digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa profesionalsebuah KAP dengan melihat kinerja auditor seperti yang dikemukakan di atas, akan tetapidalam penelitian ini hanya menggunakan 2 indikator untuk mengukur kinerja auditoryaitu komitmen organisasi dan pengalaman. Yang harapannya bahwa semakin auditor ituberkomitmen pada organisasi yang menaunginya dengan berusaha mencapai tujuanorganisasi sehingga mencitrakan keloyalannya terhadap organisasi maka kinerjanya akanbagus. Begitu pula seorang auditor yang semakin berpengalaman akan mempertahankanintegritasnya dan keprofesionalannya sehingga kinerjanya juga akan bagus. Tujuan daripenelitian adalah: a) Untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruhpengalaman terhadap kinerja auditor dan b) Untuk mengetahui dan menguji secaraempiris pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa perluasan studi mengenai pengaruh beberapa variabel yang dipilihyaitu pengalaman dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja Auditor. Semakinberpengalaman auditor tersebut maka akan semakin bagus kinerjanya. Semakin auditortersebut berkomitmen terhadap organisasinya maka semakin bagus kinerjanya karenamemperoleh dukungan dari tim kerjanya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei padaauditor yang bekerja di KAP di Indonesia. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitujawaban responden atas pernyataan-pernyataan yang diajukan dalam kuesionerpenelitian. Penelitian data dilakukan selama satu bulan yaitu mulai 20 Juni 2011 sampaidengan 15 Juli 2011. Unit analisis adalah individu auditor yang meliputi: auditor junior,semi senior, senior, manajer, dan partner. Sebanyak 97 auditor yang berpartisipasi dalampenelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda(multiple regression analysis) dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 14,0.Kata Kunci: Pengalaman, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Auditor

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) is one key ofeconomic growth. MSME increase economy level of the nation and alsodecrease joblessness. With a big impact, MSME also have obstacle tosurvive in a market. This issue make MSME must keep their competitiveadvantage high. One of the way is to make innovation as soon aspossible. Innovation speed can give MSME some of advantage like to befirst mover in the market. This result found that innovation speed canmake enterprise growth for long term period. Innovation speed alsosupport sustainability in the business. MSME also must pay attention tosustainability concept that business need to concern on three elementseconomy,social and environment. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of competenciestoward performance assessment of lecture in the budget practicelearning from student’s perspective on STIE Madani Balikpapan.Data analyse method that used in this research are validity andreliability test; classical assumption test (normality, multicollinierity,heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation); and Multiple Linier RegressionAnalyse (correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, t test/significantion test). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,656so that it can be said that the independent variables toward dependentvariable in this research can giving the strength correlation. Result ofdetermination coefficient (R2) = 0,414 it can be said the independentvariables can be explain the dependent variable of equal to 41,4%only. While the rest equal to 58,6% explained by other variable fromoutside model. The result of significantion test could be explained :(1) there are have a significant effect of Pedagogical Competenceon Lecture Performance; (2) there are have a significant effect ofProfesional Competence on Lecture Performance; (3) and thereare have a significant effect of Personality Competence on LecturePerformance; (4) there aren’t have a significant effect of SocialCompetence on Lecture Performance.Keywords : Pedagogical Competence, Profesional Competence,Personality Competence, Social Competence, , Lecture Performance.

Abstract

Strategi bauran pemasaran yang efektif dan seoptimal mungkindiharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak konsumen potensial bahkan dapatmempertahankan pelanggan sehingga peningkatan volume penjualan dapattercapai.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel-variabelbauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, saluran distribusi dan promosiberpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja penjualan.Untukmenganalisis diantara variabel-variabel bauran pemasaran manakah yangberpengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja penjualan.Lokasi penelitian dipasar buku Wilis jalan Wilis Kota Malang. Populasi berjumlah 59 unit usahabuku dan jumlah tersebut akan digunakan sebagai responden penelitian. Ujiinstrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk mengujihipotesa dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, denganprogram SPSS.. Hasil penelitian bahwa bauran pemasaran yang meliputivariabel produk, variabel harga, variabel saluran distribusi, variabel promosisecara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualanpada pedagang buku di pasar buku Wilis Kota Malang.Produk mempunyaipengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja penjualan pada pedagang buku dipasar buku Wilis Kota Malang. Implikasi hasil penelitian: pertama, untukpengusaha bahwa pegusaha harus memperhatikan bauran pemasaran meliputiproduk, harga, saluran distribusi dan promosi dalam memasarkan buku-buku.Produk buku yang dijual harus disesuaikan dengan keinginan dan kebutuhankonsumen karena merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling besar terhadapkinerja penjualan. Kedua, untuk pemerintah pusat dan daerah dapat digunakanpertimbangan dalam mempertimbangkan kebijakan sehubungan denganprogram pengembangan usaha kecil.Kata Kunci : Bauran pemasaran, produk, harga, saluran distribusi, promosi,kinerja penjualan dan Usaha Kecil.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation to job satisfaction and motivation and its impact on employee performance at PDAM Wonogiri. The data is primary data by sampling samples in this study were 100 employees at PDAM Wonogiri. Sampling technique in this study using census data in this research will be obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire. The analytical tool used Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, analysis and regression lines by t test, F test and test R2.T test results showed that organizational culture has significant influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has significant influence on the job satisfaction. Organizational culture has significant effect on motivation. Compensation has significant effect on motivation. Cultural organizations has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfaction has significantly influence on employee performance. Employee motivation has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously test results (Test F) can be inferred simultaneously that organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and employee motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. R2 total of 99.7%. This means that the employee's performance is explained by organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and motivation of employees by 99.7% and the remaining 0.3% is explained by other variables outside model such . the competence. The conclusion of this path analysis showed that the use of an intervening variable of job satisfaction and motivation of employees in order to improve performance, to variable organizational culture is not effective. The most effective path to improving employee performance is the direct path of organizational culture on employee performance, because it has the greatest influence, positive and significant.Keywords : organizational culture, job satisfaction and motivation compensation, employee performance
