Abstract

Abstract : In this study the authors used a quantitative research approach. The research population is the employees of the Central Office of Perum Jasa Tirta II Purwakarta Regency, totaling 280 employees. The sample of this study was 165 people. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, which is random sampling with the method used, namely systematic random sampling. The types of data are primary and secondary, the data sources are internal and external data. Collecting data through interviews, questionnaires and observation. Analysis of the data using a moderation test with the help of SPSS 24. Competence and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 0.742 or 74%. This shows that Competence and Work Discipline have a contribution to employee performance by 74% while the remaining 26% is a contribution from other variables not examined in this study. This shows that Competence and Work Discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. That is, the higher the competence and work discipline, the higher the employee performance.Keyword: Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research was to analyze the effect of Technology Acceptance Management (TAM) variables to explain the factors that affect acceptance to using New PLN Mobile application on costumer of PLN ULP Banyuwangi Kota. In this research analyzed the effect of information quality, relative advantage and perceived enjoyment on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, the effect of perceived usefulness on attitude toward using and intention to use as well as the effect attitude toward using on intention to use. This research was a quantitative research done by survey method. Data collected by distributing questionaire to 226 samples whom are the costumer of PLN ULP Banyuwangi Kota. The samples determine by purposive sampling method. Data analysis done by Structural Equation Modelling use SmartPLS software. The research result shown that information quality and perceived enjoyment have no significat effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; relative advantage have significant positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Abstract

Abstract : This study intends to provide an overview of the effect of the sale of the main product on the sale of secondary products at one of the local brands, Footstep Footwear. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of the sale of the main product on the sale of the secondary product and the sale of the main product which has a significant influence on the sale of the secondary product in Footstep Footwear. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, which is a method to obtain an overview of the effect of sales of the main product on sales of secondary products, by correlating the sales data of the main product with secondary product data in Footstep Footwear in 2020. The researcher uses the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis technique to determine the level of the correlation coefficient between the independent variables, namely sales of primary products and the dependent variable of sales of secondary products. The results indicate that there is a correlation coefficient between sales of primary products and sales of secondary products in Footstep Footwear of r = 0.821 which is classified as very strong and the Determinant Coefficient or the magnitude of the influence of sales of primary products on sales of secondary products is 67.40 %. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded that there was an effect of the sale of the main product on the sale of the secondary product in Footstep Footwear. And among the main products, Sneakers Products are Sub. The most significant variable has an effect on secondary product sales in Footstep Footwear.Keyword: Sale, Product, Footstep Footwear

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the decision to use the Go-Jek application for Go-Food services for students of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Airlangga University. This research is a quantitative study with a population of students who use the Go-Jek application for the Go-Food service. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive random sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data were taken from questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and the analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) lifestyle has a significant effect on the decision to use the Go-Jek application for Go-Food services. (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the decision to use the Go-Jek application on Go-Food services (3) perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the decision to use the Go-Jek application on Go-Food services, and (4) lifestyle, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to use the Go-Jek application for Go-Food services.Keywords:Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Lifestyle, Usage Decision

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the factors that influence the customers saving decisions partially and simultan cously on the dependent variable, namely the customer decision. This study uses the primary date sources, namely questionnaires purposive random sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed as many as 100 respondents at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Branch Bireuen. To find out the factors that influence customer decisions among products (X1), services (X2), motivation (X3) and customer decision (Y), the multiple linear regression analysis method is used. From the analysis show that the product, service and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the customer’s decision in saving money at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Branch Bireuen. In this study the most dominant variable in influencing the dependent variable is service (X2) and motivation (X3). PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Branch Bireuen must be able to maintain and improve product quality so that customers are interested in saving their money at PT. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at CV. Mandiri Baja Mulia In this study there were four variables, namely Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2), Motivation (Z), and Employee Performance (Y). The sample in this study was 50 employees of CV. Noble Steel Mandiri. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that 1.) leadership has no significant effect on motivation, 2.) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, 3.) compensation has a significant effect on motivation, 4.) compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, 5.) motivation significant effect on employee performance, and 6.) motivation does not have a mediating role in this study.Keywords : Leadership, compensation, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: Waroeng Cetakan is a company engaged in the printing sector, To maintain and improve customer satisfaction, The company always strives to provide products with better service quality, The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of service quality on customer satisfaction, This study uses the service quality variable (X) as an independent variable consisting of tangible, reability, responsiveness, asurance , emphati and customer satisfaction variables (Y) as dependent variable. The surveys were distributed to 99 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique Then, using SPSS V25, statistical tests (validity, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing) were performed. The results of data analysis are obtained tarithmetic ttable (7.663 1.988). The value is adjusted R square 0.484 or 48.4% for variables emphati and the significance value of all accumulated service quality (X) 0.000 0.005 which means Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction based on the SPSS report. Abstract

Abstract: Within a company, leaders can influence morale, job satisfaction, security, quality of work life, and especially the level of prestige of an organization. In addition, leaders also play a critical role in helping groups, organizations or communities to achieve goals. However, leadership abilities and skills in providing direction are important factors of manager effectiveness. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to identify and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on Organizational citizenship behavior, to identify and analyze the effect of transactional leadership style on Organizational citizenship behavior, and to identify and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen from the results of the t test that has been done that X1 (Transformational Leadership Style) with Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) shows t count = -0.017. Because t count t table, namely -0.017 2.06, the effect of X1 (Transformational Leadership Style) on OCB is not significant. The t test between X2 (Transactional Leadership Style) and Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) shows t count = 0.404. While the t table is 2.06, the effect of X2 (Transactional Leadership Style) on OCB is not significant. The t test between X3 (Job Satisfaction) and Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) shows t count = 2.225. While t table is 2.06, the effect of X3 (Job Satisfaction) on OCB is significant, so it can be concluded that OCB can be significantly influenced by Job Satisfaction. From the test results above, it can be seen that only the variable X3 (Job Satisfaction) has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Job Satisfaction, OCB

Abstract

Abstract: The research objective is to examine the effect of institutional ownership, asset growth, market-to-book ratio, free cash flow on managerial efficiency. The approach used in this study is a confirmatory quantitative approach. The dependent variable is managerial efficiency. The independent variables are institutional ownership and asset growth. Market-to-book ratio control variable, free cash flow. Data obtained from the financial reports and annual reports of Construction and Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period through the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used to test the effect in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. As for testing managerial efficiency using the DEA test. The results showed that institutional ownership, asset growth, free cash flow had a significant positive effect on managerial efficiency. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and size of the board of commissioners on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosures. The data used in this study is the annual report of mining companies in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that profitability partially had a positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosures, while the Liquidity has no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and simultaneously the profitability and liquidity have an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosureKeywords: profitability , liquidity, CSR Disclosure
