Abstract

Increases Ability Integer Multiplication 6 s / d 10 through Jarimatika Methods for Deaf Children in Class V SLB Tanjungpinang Affairs. ThesisPLBFIPUniversitasPadangDistrict.This research background in which deaf children experience difficulties in fifth grade arithmetic operations of multiplication number six and above. This is because children get bored and switch attention to enumerate through the media sticks or lines and abacus seeds too much. Thus the aim of this research is to improve the ability of multiplication for deaf children in class V SLB Tanjungpinang Affairs. Type of research is a classroom action research (action research) is done in the form of collaboration with classroom teachers. This action is done to the seven children who were the subject of research that deaf children class V SLB Tanjungpinang Affairs. The results showed that six sessions in the learning process which begins with jarimatika jarimatika forwarded using the arithmetic multiplication operation showed good results. Based on the average value obtained by the students at the end of the first cycle can be seen that  reaches an average of 60%, average of  reaches an average of 100%. Abstract

Improving the ability to know the concept of numbers from 1 to 10 with media images for deaf children in the special school class I Tanjungpinang Affairs The research was motivated by the problems that researchers found deaf children in special schools in the State Tanjungpinang. Children have difficulty in recognizing the concept of numbers I to 10, so that students are not able to recognize numbers. It is necessary for efforts to improve mathematics achievement in first grade deaf children in special schools Tanjungpinang State using media images. This research aims to prove that the media images can enhance learning mathematics achievement especially familiar numbers.Type of research is classroom action research, conducted in collaboration with colleagues form. Subjects were four deaf children in grades 1 SLB Tanjungpinang Affairs. The design of the study include: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observations, 4) reflection. Activities undertaken in this study consisted of two cycles. In each cycle I held four meetings. The results showed that in the first cycle by using the image of the child begin to recognize there is an increase in the numbers I through 10. In the second cycle learning achievement of children is much more improved than in Cycle I. I cycle results demonstrate the ability of students to the concept of numbers from 1 to 10 has reached KKM 65. In order to OBTAIN results in line with expectations then continued on the second cycle. After the second cycle results were obtained over a specified KKM. Based on these results it can be concluded that the ability to recognize Increased numbers through media images. It is suggested that teachers should teach the deaf children in the teaching of mathematics in particular know the numbers using the media image. With media images of children with hearing impairment will be more receptive to learning and children interested in learning.

Abstract

Abstrack: This study originated from research results of the assessment carried out in SLBN II Pariaman, where X deaf children aged 11 years has not been able to write a sentence composed. Accordingly, this study was done so that the deaf children can write sentences are structured. In the research hypothesis stated that: media images can improve the ability to write a sentence for deaf children in the third grade II cottage SLB N 20 Pariaman. This research uses experimental research in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with the AB design. Subjects were children with hearing X class III (three). The target behavior in this study is children's ability to write a sentence, judgment was given in the form percentage (%). This research was first seen from the baseline condition in the child's ability to write sentences beginning. This was followed in the intervention condition condition continued to be treated. The data obtained were processed with graphs. So the results of this study can be illustrated by this study suggests that jelas.Hasil, media images can improve children's ability to write a sentence, it can be seen in the baseline phase in which the child is not able to answer ten questions about writing sentences. Thus the hypothesis is accepted that media images can improve the ability to write sentences for third grade deaf children in special school N 20 Cottage II Pariaman. Abstract

Improving Communication Skills Through Methods Total In Children Deaf Communication Medium Class II Kartini SLB Batam. Thesis Department of Exceptional Education FIP Padang State University. This study motivated the children - children with hearing impairment in Extraordinary School Kartini was difficulty in communicating with others. In general, this is because their vocabulary is very little, not good at reading and understanding the meaning of each word delivered in communications, so they look very passive in communicating with others and in the learning activities. The purpose of this study to gain a clear picture of increased ability to communicate with deaf children were in total communication methods. This study is an action research (classroom action research) in which researchers directly involved in the implementation of the action. The study design developed include: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observations, and 4) Reflection. Subjects were deaf students were class II of six people, three women and three men - men. Data were collected by using the technique of observation, discussion and documentation. The results achieved by the six students during the training cycle is still quite have not succeeded completely, because there are two students who are having difficulty in understanding the message conveyed by his interlocutor. In the second cycle, achieved better results. This occurred after the individual service, motivation and learning media is more diverse and interesting, looks sixth learners are able to understand the message and interact in the activities of communication is much better than before. Results showed that deaf children's communication skills are on the rise with total communication methods, individualized service delivery, motivation and use of learning media is more interesting.

Abstract

Abstract: This research background by the problems that researchers found in SMALB Negeri 1 Padang, a low vision child's in SMALB class X who have problems in pronouncition of english word, it is first seen when researchers looked at the implementation of the ongoing learning of english in the classroom X in SLB 1 Padang, after apparently observed the child had difficulty in pronounciating the words so when asked pronounciating words the child has difficulty. This research Single Subject Research approach, the AB design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart, and graphic. Subjects were low visiom children class X, where the child was difficult to look, pronounciating words per meeting. The results of this study indicate that the recorder Media Figures effective in improving the ability of pronounciating english words. Observations made with the first two sessions, the session before being given intervention baseline (A) conducted seven times observation, the percentage of the ability to pronounciating words on this condition lies in the range of 0%, and 10%. Second, the intervention sessions (B) using the recorder media observation carried thirteen times, ability to recognize shapes percentage points in this condition lies in the range of 30%, 40%, 50%, 50%,60%,60%,70%,70%, 80%, 80%, 100%, 100% .The results obtained in Based on two results it can be concluded pronounciating english words by using recorder media is effective in improving the ability to pronounciating. Abstract

Abstract This study originated from the observation that researchers found when carrying out observations. Investigators found a child with autism who experience barriers in communication. Of observational studies found children are not able to communicate to convey his wish to ask something of objects. This study aims to improve children's ability to communicate through the good and the true the medium of drawing cards glow. This research uses experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR), using the AB design. Subjects in this study were children with autism. Target Behavior in this study is the ability of the child in accordance with the communication criteria is good and right. Assessment is given observation. This research was first seen from the baseline or initial child ability in communication, after it resumed in the intervention condition. The data obtained were processed with graphics, so the results of this study can be clearly defined. Results of this study indicate that the ability of autistic children despite gradual increases in communication. In the baseline condition (A) the first day to the fifth day the child's ability horizontally ie 40%. In the intervention condition (B) increased from 40% to 80%. Child can do it gradually though the child is less than perfect. Thus the hypothesis is accepted with a tendency towards the positive, the stability trend variable and overlap virgin 0.3%, that is to say through the medium of drawing cards glow can improve communication skill autistic children in special schools Padang Harapan Bunda. Abstract

This study in latarbelakangi from reality that occurs in school mental retardation in children who have not been able to read words with benar.di appeal to his friend who was able to read sentences sederhana.Kemampuan reading nouns associated with the name of the body consists of two syllables expected. There are differences in the ability to read is still at the stage of reading one syllable. This stage in view of still less when compared with two classmates who can read simple sentences. Type of study used action research (classroom action research) is research conducted by teachers, working with researchers (or done by teachers themselves who also acted as a researcher) in the classroom or in the school where he taught. The procedures in this study covers four stages as follows: (1) Planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) Reflection. If the problem is not resolved, it will be re-done re-planning, re-act, observe and reflect again until the problem can be solved. Approach to action research was conducted in two cycles. Cycle one shows that through phonetic method can increase the child's ability to read words 2 words correctly. it is evident from the analysis that the implementation of the practice sheet reading phonetic method. After being given a second treatment cycle with the phonetic method proven to increase children kemempuan read the six words read correctly. Advised the teachers to apply learning methods to improve reading phonetic words.

Abstract

This research is back-grounded by a problem on deaf children whose could read but did not know the meaning, this caused by the teacher has not been optimal yet in applying Maternal Reflective Method to increase the ability in speaking in simple reading text. This research aimed to describe the applied of Maternal Reflective Method in increasing the reading ability in Indonesian Language Instruction. Execution start on reading with the right rhythm according with bend of phrase/sentence fragment in conversation with face directed and voice directed. The research used an action research class design collaborated with colleagues. The subject of research is the third class of SLBN Tanjung Pinang with five deaf students. Among this students there was two students have not yet understood contents of reading simple text, so as to could not answered the question according to contents of reading simple texts. The result of the research on first cyclic with applying Maternal Reflective Method has not got succeed yet, and then continued at second cyclic with applying Maternal Reflective Method that having got the result in increasing conversation. Based on result of the research, could conclude that applying the Maternal Reflective Method could increase ability in conversation for deaf students. From the result, thus to increase the ability the conversation on the deaf student could be applied the Maternal Reflective Method. Suggested that the teacher of the deaf student at the best in teaching subject of Bahasa Indonesia especially according with conversation using Maternal Reflective Method.

Abstract

latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Bina Diri anak tunagrahita sedang yaitu memasang pembalut wanita di SLB Bina Bangsa. Simulasi artinya berpura-pura atau berbuat seakan-akan nyata.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektifitas metode simulasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memasang pembalut wanita bagi anak tunagrahita sedang.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research dengan desain A-B.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode simulasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bina diri anak tunagrahita sedang SLB Bina Bangsa Padang.
