This article contains the effectiveness of economic tokens in reducing aggressive behavior in mild mental retardation children, the aim is to reduce aggressive behavior in children by giving intervention in the form of behavior modification with economic tokens. This research is an experimental research in the form of single subject research with the design of A-B-A research. The subject of the research was a mild mental retardant child of grade VIII of the junior high school in SLB N 1 Harau. Data collection techniques in the form of observation or direct observation and data collection tools using recording of events using data collection instruments in the form of frequency, which means researchers calculate how many times the target behavior appears within 60 minutes. Data were analyzed using graphic visual data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis in conditions and conditions, it was stated that the disturbing behavior of friends in children decreased and had a positive impact, after being given intervention using economic tokens. From the results of the study in getting aggressive behavior in children has decreased which means that proven economic tokens are effective in reducing aggressive behavior in children with mild mental retardation.

This study was to determine wheter the wooden number blocks can improve the ability to number one to five correctely for medium intellectual disabiliy in grade 7 of special school No. 1 Padang. The study is an experimental resarch with a single subject research (SSR) method and A-B-A desigh. The data analysis is in the from of visual analisys of graphis displays. Subject in this study were moderate medium intelectual disability. The targer behavior of this research is for the student to be able to recognize the numbers one to five correctly. The variable measurement was in the form of the percentage of the number of instrument items. The results show that the student’s ability to identify number from one ti five improved an intervention using wooden number blocks were perfomed.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan efektivitas permainan ular tangga terhadap peningkatan berbahasa ekspresif anak autis. Subjek penelitian adalah anak autis perempuan berumur 7 tahun yang bersekolah di SD Islam Kreatif Makkah Padang dan SLB Khansa kota Padang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan single subject research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Hasil dari penelitian dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi menggunakan permainan ular tangga memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbahasa ekspresif pada anak autis. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan Persentase overlape dari perbandingan intervensi (B) : baseline (A1) dan intervensi (B): baseline (A2) sama-sama di peroleh hasil sebesar 0%. Dari persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan ular tangga efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa ekspresif anak autis.

The background of this study is the problem found in the Perwari Special School, Padang. The authe observed that there are five student whit hearing impairment in the class of Grade VII. The author observed that they look bored and were not eager to learn, and it was probably because the learning subjects tend to be monotonous or that they had already understood the subject. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Explicit Instruction Model to improve the vocational skills in making tempeh for students whit hearing impairment of Grade VII of Perwari Special School, Padang.The study employed an experimental method in the form of pre-experimental design whit one group pretest-posttest design type. The research object of the five students was treated whit pretest and then provided whit a treatment of explicit instruction model. They are then treated whit posttest to observer their ability after the treatment. The score of the pretest and posttest were processed through the use of the Mann Whitney test to examine the research hypotheses.

This article is backgrounded over instant drinks consumption (pop ice) discovery and dearth of making smoothies ability by deaf students of 11th grade, SLB N 1 Padang. This research has a purpose to prove that demonstration method is an effective way to increase smoothies-making skills for deaf students. This research uses experimental method in One Group Pretest-Posttest Design of Quasy Experiment style. This research is started by doing pretest, then using demonstration method treatment, and ended by doing posttest. Their result of doing pretest and posttest activity is compared and processed by using Mann Whitney's formula test. The result shows that their ability in making smoothies is around 48% at pretest, while on posttest attains 74%. Then the data is scientifically processed by using Mann Whitney's formula and obtained; U-hit is three and U-tab is two with five samples at 95 significant degrees and alfa is 0.05. Thus, hypotheses can be accepted because U-hit is bigger than U-tab and it's proven that demonstration method is an effective way to increase smoothies-making skills for deaf students. There is a suggestion for the school that if they are willing to use demonstration method to increase smoothies-making skills for deaf students.

penelitian ini membahas tentang peningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung soal cerita pada anak diskalkulia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek guru kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pendekatan realistic mathematics education meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung soal cerita pada anak diskalkulia. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan yang terdiri dari empat tahapan proses yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes perbuatan yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran dengan realistic mathematics education terkait materi operasi hitung soal cerita menjadi meningkat.

Penelitian ini berawal dari masalah anak tunarungu dalam program amal Amal Bhakti Sicincin SLB. Ada dua orang di mana seorang siswa membahas masalah dalam proses pembuatan sandwich. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan program STAD dalam membuat sandwich untuk anak-anak tuna rungu dalam program memasak kejuruan Bhakti Sicincin SLB Amal, serta bukti kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan produksi sandwich untuk anak-anak tunarungu pada pembelajaran kejuruan SLB Amal Bhakti Sicincin program. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan bersama dengan guru. Peneliti sebagai pelaksana dan instruktur sebagai pengamat. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan selama enam pertemuan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan, uji akta dan dianalisis menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam pembuatan sandwich dapat ditingkatkan dan menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan.

Perilaku agresif yang dilakukan anak adalah dengan cara menyerang secara fisik ataupun verbal, perilaku ini tidak hanya merugikan orang lain tetapi juga dirinya sendiri. Gangguan perilaku salah satu tipe gangguan tunalaras dimana anak sulit dalam menyesuaikan diri dan berperilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan norma yang berada dilingkungan sekitarnya. Melalui pemberian pelatihan keterampilan sosial dengan teknik bermain peran diharapkan perilaku agresif anak dapat dikurangi.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang berbentuk Single Subject Research dengan desain multiple baseline cross variable disain garfik A-B-A. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak dengan gangguan perilaku berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang duduk di kelas IV. Data diukur menggunakan frekuensi untuk melihat berapa kali anak melakukan tindakan perilaku agresif berkata kasar dan memukul. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung. Penelitian ini dianalisis dalam bentuk penyajian analisis visual dan grafik.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the medium piggy bank in getting used to saving children with Down syndrome grade IV in the SLB Kasih Ummi Padang. This study included aexperiment single subject research (SSR)with ABA design and data analysis techniques using graphical visual analysis. Subjects in this study were children with Down syndrome. Thetarget behavioral in this study is that children are accustomed to saving on their own consciousness. Data measured by the frequency in the analysis included the number of observationsconditions baseline as much as four weeks, the condition of intervention as much as four weeks andconditions baseline both for five minggu.Hasil this study indicate that the media piggy bank saving refraction effective in training students with Down syndrome child is evident from the results of analysis on thecondition baseline secondthat children save every day for three consecutive weeks previously in thecondition of the baseline child does not save at all and in conditions of intervention the child saves every day for four consecutive weeks.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan anak tunagrahita ringan melalui media stick angka. Permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas II/C SLB Negeri 1 Kubung, kab. Solok, yaitu terdapat seorang anak tunagrahita ringan yang kesulitan dalam pemahaman konsep bilangan, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengamatan bahwa anak sudah mengenal lambang bilangan namun belum mengetahui makna dari bilangan tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan bahwa media stick angka dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan untuk anak tunagrahita ringan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan eksperimen single subject research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa media stick angka dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan bagi anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Negeri 1 Kubung, kab. Solok.
