Abstract

The purpose of this article is to produce a promotional media package for Ulek Bulu Distro Clothing Lubuk Begalung Padang. This design aims to create a promotion design more effectively and efficiently, and can reach a broad target audience by being uploaded on social media. In addition, the presence of this promotional video can later show Ulek Bulu Clothing products so that they can optimize the promotion in introducing Ulek Bulu Clothing distro to the target audience. The method used to produce the design is a research-based design of observation data collection directly to the location of the Ulek Bulu Clothing distro. The design of the promotional video for Ulek Bulu Clothing Lubuk Begalung Padang distro produced a promotional media package, namely: video as the main media while supporting media in the form of: Backdrop, Banner, Sticker, Calendar, Poster, Flag Chain and Name Card.Keywords : Designing, Ulek Bulu Clothing and Promotional Video.

Abstract

Tourism information in Padangsidimpuan about history, geographic location, nature turism, city icons, and culinarys is lacking. The potential palace is the main factor of the author to design a promotion website for tourism in Padangsisimuan city. The website is the medium thats widely used in todays modern era. This due to rapid technological decvelompment and needs communicaty to get information quickly and accurate with a wide audiences. The method of designing website promotion of Padangsidimpuan city start from collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentations. So thats problem can be known and identification of the problem can be analyzed using the 5W+1H theory (What, Who, Where, When, Why, How). The method can helping to solve problems and trigger the emergence of ideas to solve problems in the design website to promotion tourism in Padangsidimpuan city. The main medium used in this promotion is website with supporting media such as poster, web bnner, key chains, t-shirts, stickers, mug, and pocket books.Keyword : Website, Promotion, Tourism

Abstract

The lack of recognition and information about Rice Solok "Siputih Nan Tanamo" starting from the introduction of Regency of Solok, natural resources, the development of agricultural productivity, potential and cultural traditions contained therein been a major factor the authors make a documentary film Siputih Nan Tanamo, as well as the absence of documentary films related rice Solok "Nan Siputih Tanamo" to be exposed to the public. Through Documentary by designing social campaigns that it can easily provide information to the public with a visual depiction of a concept that is conveyed so as to provide an alternative viewpoint to the reality of the development of agricultural commodity Solok district and the whole dynamics in the general population. The message will be able to talk to expresif, including the values of social, cultural, economic, as well as the circumstances of Solok district. Documentary film form used isExpository, which aims to make the public more easily understand and know Rice Solok Tanamo and determine the potential contained therein. Besides the documentary will be supported by several other media that help the major mediato introduce the subject to the target audience that the movie poster, the CD cover and CD label, T-shirts, leaflets, Pin, Id-Card, stickers, cards, mugs and X-Banner , Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation, books and internet.Metode data analysis were used that approach 5w + 1h that is what (what), who (who), when (when), where (in which), why (why) and how (how).Keywords: "Nan Siputih Tanamo" Documentary films

Abstract

Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah merancang sebuah Infografis sebagai media dalam melakukan  Kampanye Hutan Kota kepada masyarakat di kota Padang. Infografis Hutan Kota ini merupakan  media interaktif yang menerapkan unsur permainan dalam menyampaikan informasi. dengan demikian interaksi yang terjadi akan mampu mengubah perilaku target audien melalui kebiasan  bermain dengan media-media yang terdapat pada media utama dan pendukung.Perancangan Infografis Hutan Kota di Kota Padang dilakukan dengan aplikasi Adobe Photoshop CC, Corel Draw X7, Autodesk SketchUp 2016. Perancangan Infografis Iklan Layanan Masyarakat Hutan kota di Kota Padang memiliki 7 media pendukung yaitu : Instalasi, Flyer, Peta, Stiker, Tshirt, Poster, dan Manual Book.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan 5W+1H yang dijadikan sebagai konsep dasar pemecah  masalah yaitu what (apa), who (siapa), when (kapan), where (dimana) dan how (bagaimana). Tujuan  dari analisis 5W + 1 H ini adalah untuk memberi gambaran hasil analisis yang digunakan sebagai  dasar atau landasan penyusunan objektif dan strategi dalam pembuatan. Semua aspek yang terangkum di dalam Perancangan Infografis Iklan layanan Masyarakat Hutan Kota di Kota Padang bisa dijadikan sebagai petunjuk dan pedoman bagi generasi selanjutnya untuk mencintai serta hidupberdampingan dengan Lingkungan Hidup di Kota Padang.Kata Kunci: Infografis, Hutan kota, Iklan Layanan Masyarakat, Kota Padang, Interaktif

Abstract

Talempong Unggan is an art that exist in Nagari Unggan Sumpur Kudus Sijunjung regency of West Sumatra. The community does not recognize the cultures contained in the traditional art of Talempong Unggan and the lack of government attention in preserving the traditional art of Talempong Unggan become the main factor of the writer to make a documentary film related to culture in Talempong Unggan traditional art. The approach methodology departs from several literatures and uses the 5W + 1H method by understanding all information and a problem. So the selection of promotional media is more effective and the message conveyed is understood by the target audience. So all aspects are summarized in traditional art Talempong Unggan packed in documentary film media, so that Documentary Film Talempong Unggan Sumpur Kudus Sijunjung District became an effective and communicative media. Documentary film is one of the effective media because the delivery of information through documentary film more easily attract the attention of the target audience. The purpose of this documentary is to provide information on the history and culture of accompaniment with the traditional art of talempong Unggan. In addition to documentary films are supported by several other media that help mainstream media to introduce subjects to target audience ie posters, stickers, shirt, paper bag, dvd cover, dvd label, pin and backdrop.Keywords: Documentary film, Talempong Unggan.

Abstract

The purpose of designing the tradisional Minangkabau Cak Bur picture game is to promote the Cak Bur game to children to be motivated to get to know, play tha game and love the game. Picture stories can not only be obtained through books, but now can be through digital media.Glass Box method is a method that thinks logically and rationally used in the design of tradisional Minangkabau Cak Bur picture games. Pictorial story theory, media, new media, books, visual communication designs, illustrations, layouts, colors, typography and childrens phychology are included in the theory in the design of picture stories in Cak Bur games. By using SWOT analysis to obtain data obtained in the design of picture stories.Digital based picture story design as the main media is also accompanied by supporting media to draw peoples attention to the process of launching picture stories, such as books, posters, x-banners, t-shirt, totebags and stickers.Keywords : games, tradisional, stories, media

Abstract

This final work is to get an attractive package of coffee powder and can add a new target audience. Through the design of premium packaging, this business is expected to have a visual identity application that is able to attract the attention of the consumer audience so that in the future it can reach a wider target market.This design uses visual communication theory design, media, typography color and layout. Abstract

Underground music is a center of all streams of loud music that becomes an unlimited view of life as a means of expression and becomes a complex that includes the social aspects of each music genre. Whereas underground music for common people is hard music composed of melodic and harmonic compositions which are full of improvisation, coupled with the distinctive shouts or growls brought by the vocalists. In general, this music is more in demand by men, but now no exception women begin to enjoy it. Just like women that wearing hijab (hijab women) are in the gait of underground music, which will be the spotlight for people outside the underground music environment.The purpose of this design is to make a feature video of a hijab woman in an interesting and easy to understand underground music that will be processed creatively, so that it is useful, and raises a new view of the society towards women who like the underground music style and make accurate information.This design will be informed via the video feature media. This video feature is expected to be one medium that is strong enough to convey information because it consists of two elements, namely audio and visual. Data collected from this video feature is done using the method of observation and interviews. Abstract

Cafe Kapatoman was founded by Anil Basya in 2018, having his address at Taruko, Ngarai Sianok,  Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. The absence of audio-visual promotion is very influential  on the existence and image of its business, so it requires the design of promotional audio visuals in  the form of videos with themes that represent the concept of the Kapatoman cafe. The purpose of this design is a manifestation of the author's desire that the Kapatoman cafe has promotional media in the form of audio visuals that aim to create informative and communicative information media, so that the existence of Kapatoman cafe can be known by the public.The design method of the Kapatoman cafe promotional audio visual is through descriptive  qualitative methods using the 5w + 1h analysis method (What, Who, When, Where, Why, How) The  orientation of developing this promotional audio visual design idea includes the main media in the  form of promotional videos and supporting media in the form of T-shirts, promotional cars, mugs,  xbanners,  audio visual promotion this promotion can have promotional media in the form of audio   visual which aims to create informative and communicative information media, so that the existence of Kapatoman cafe can be known by the public and the increase in sales of Kapatoman cafe sales.Keywords: Designing, Promotional Audio Visual, Cafe Kapatoman.

Abstract

Alfafa is one of the businesses that produce quality cinnamon beverage drinks, which has been producing large amounts of syrup along with the many market demands. Established in 2005 based on TDI No : 888/.I/Indag/2005 and health service number P-IRT: 113150103024. Establish this business becausein the district of Kerinci is one of the largest cinnamon bark suppliers in Indonesia. With the aim of advancing the regional economy of Kerinci district.The purpose of designing Identity Visual Sweetwood Syrup of Kerinci Alfafa Regency is to create a new Visual Identity of Alfafa Cinnamon Sauce without losing its old shape, and also consideration of weaknesses, opportunities and threats hat compare to the packaging and brands of Alfafa Sweet Syrup with competitors.the design method begins with data collection, observation, interviews and documentation so that problems that occur in the promotion of Alfafa Cinnamon Syrup can be known, from the identification of the problem, by conducting SWOT analysis.The design produces the main media in the form of packaging that is packed in the form of thick paperboard with desplaying visualization and information from Alfafa Cinnamon Syrup. Supporting media used in design of visual Identity of Sweet Syrup of Regency of Kerinci Alfafa among others, poster, business card, X-banner, pin, totebag, stamp, T-shirt, bottle label.Keywords: Designing, Promotion, Cinnamon, Packaging
