<![CDATA[Water is an essential substance for life because the body of living things mostlyconsists of water, except for living things in the form of seeds, and spores.Water used by humans undergoes changes in chemical and physical properties.The complex problem that is often overlooked by the government and society is domestic wastewater caused by population growth and building developments in the city of Surabaya. This study used an interview technique (with a questionnaire instrument) and observation interviews. From the results of direct observation and interviews found the number of families who have and use private latrines by 99 respondents and only one respondent who wearspublic toilet. 99.5% of respondents have sewerage and only 0.5% of respondents who do not have.]]>

<![CDATA[Fulfillment freight user expectations of service quality is important for service organizations to face business competition. This analysis aims to determine what factors affect the service in the cargo terminal, create a model of the relationship between the factors that affect performance cargo terminal services, provides recommendation to improve the performance of services Cargo Terminal at Juanda Airport in Surabaya. The method used in this analysis is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Respondents came from the expedition Air Freight and of the cargo transport services. IPA analysis known level of service performance still needs to be improved is the creation in serving customers queuing system, compensation for lost property damage in full, Leisure area of ??customer service, and the availability of parking facilities luas.Hasil CSI analysis resulting interpretation in value by 71.35%. This means that customers are quite satisfied primarily domestic cargo terminal services Juanda Airport in Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the conductor description of household waste management in the district of Bulak Surabaya by using studies EHRA (Environmental Health Risk Assessment) where a study of participation in the District/City to understand the conditions of sanitation facilities and hygiene as well as societal attitudes on a household scale. This research was conducted by observation and interview. And the Village of respondents as an area of ??studyassigned randomly. Based upon the results of studies EHRA research in District of Bulak Surabaya , there are 200 respondents, only a small proportion of respondents who perform household waste management around 19.5%, while those who do not perform household waste management, 80.5% ofachievement SDGs taken from point 6 "Water and sanitation" where trash organic collected in TPS (temporary disposal sites) can be treated bymade as an organic fertilizer so that the waste that goes to landfill is reduced by 40 tons a day.]]>

<![CDATA[Soft soil in construction work is a problem. This is due to the low carrying capacity of the land. Low carrying capacity can cause losses, ranging from losses in terms of construction costs that are increasingly expensive, to the threat of construction safety, ie structures that are made unable to stand stably. The stability of the soft soil found in the location of the railway double track planning can be improved by the method of bamboo slab mattress because the carrying capacity of the soil increases due to pressure from the bamboo slabs that enter the soil. In this study bamboo slabs were used in order to strengthen the stability of embankments on the double track railroad where the embankment did not experience the collapse of the load of the pile itself or due to the burden of the passing train. The earthquake load can affect the stability of the slope of the double track railroad, this is evidenced from the analysis using the plaids program so that the internal force can be known. In the writing of this study, we will draw a picture of soft soil reinforcement modeling with bamboo slabs, which analyzes the calculations with additional earthquake loads. This can be a reference in the implementation of the construction of railroad lines in Indonesia, which are located in vulnerable locations with wetland conditions or rice fields]]>

<![CDATA[BIM is a technology in the field of AEC that is able to simulate all information in a development project into a 3-dimensional model. In the world of construction in Indonesia BIM technology is still very minimal applied to the world of construction. he purpose of this final project is to design a planning model for the Extension of the Bagendang Port Multipurpose Pier in Sampit, Central Kalimantan using software from Aecosim. The results of this study show 3D results from the modeling of the Pier structure. This shows that BIM-based applications in planning and designing a building model can simplify the design analysis process.]]>

<![CDATA[Management Program is often proclaimed rarely done among the people, it becomes a question mark what is the cause and origin. Based on the problematic, research was carried out in the North Surabaya area .Where this region, most people still throw trash in place that should not be. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of waste management environment of the community. What is the pattern of society in waste management as well as factors that affect the community in waste sorting. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on this research, factors that encourage people to sort the waste are busyness factor, level of education, age housewives as a principal dividing owned along with the number of children, and the lack of media information obtained.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets , Return On Equity , Debt Equity Ratio on policies in viden. The study of retrieving data from financial statements of pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2017. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation data collection technique, a measuring instrument to find out the company's dividend policy in this study, which is using Dividend Pay o ut Ratio . From the results of this study it can be concluded that the ROA, ROE, and DER that we call the independent variable (X) have a significant effect and are positive for the DPR or what we call the dependent variable (Y).]]>

This Research used quantitative method with 70 respondents of population and samples were collected by giving questionnaires to the customers who have bought Samsung’s Bundling Product from Gerai Indosat Ooredoo WTC Surabaya. <![CDATA[A company's health assessment can be done by analyzing the financial statements to Determine the performance of its finances. One of the analytical tools that can be used is the analysis of financial ratios. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indosat Tbk. Is reviewed restaurants from the financial ratio analysis. The methods used are the data analysis using descriptive qualitative measurements liquidity ratio, solvency, profitability, and activity. The results Showed that the financial performance of PT. Indosat Tbk. Based on the overall liquidity ratio of the company in a good condition (liquid). The overall solvency ratio of the company is said to be solvable or in good condition to guarantee its debts. The company's profitability ratio is at a less than good position (inefficient). While at the ratio of its activity the company is said to be less efficient.]]>
