Abstract

Bekasi Regency Government gives priority in infrastructure development. According to the Central Statistics Agency for West Java Province, the population of Bekasi was 2,344,871 people in 2018. The Bekasi Regency Government will build roads in 28 locations, one of which is to improve the existing infrastructure in Bekasi. In every business, there will always appear two contradictory things which are profit and profit, including in the construction services business. Construction activities can be completed when meeting all the objectives that have been set, following the agreed costs, and meet the quality that has been previously agreed upon. The purpose of this study is to study agreements regarding lump-sum contracts and unit price contracts. This research method uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. The research process starts with creating problems and making hierarchical arrangements. The hierarchical structure consists of three things namely objectives (level I), criteria (level II), and alternatives (level III). Once organized, the hierarchy will be attended by using a questionnaire for 30 respondents. After the data is obtained, the data is tabulated, then the paired frame is searched, move in pairs, and the priority weights. The results of the analysis by the AHP method were obtained in a construction project in Bekasi City, the factor of using Lumpsum contract was more influential compared to the contract Unit price with a ratio of 52.01%: 47.99%.

Abstract

Drainage is used to reduce and remove excess water in an area so that the area can be optimally enabled. This research aims to analyze and examine the drainage problems in the Angke Jaya Tambora West Jakarta Housing area, the drain channels are poorly maintained and often flooding. The data used in this study are primary and secondary, in the planning of flood debt calculations used 2nd anniversary. For the calculation of flood discharge plan to use rational method and coupled with the discharge of flood household, and the result will be compared with existing conditions of drainage channels in the residential area Angke Jaya Tambora West Jakarta. Obtained flood discharge plan of 13.225 m3/sec, for the existing condition of drainage channels 5 channels enter the category is not safe because the condition of existing capacity of channels is less than flood discharge plan, namely channels A4, D5, D6, D8, and D9. The planning of the wells to accommodate the excess discharge flooding, and it takes 19 pieces of replacement wells on the A4 channel, 1 on the D5, D, D8, and D9 channels.

Abstract

Like the project in general, slab work on Project Indonesia 1 uses one material, namely metal deck. The upper structure slab consists of 64 floors with a majority of 90% using a metal deck system. Where these components require support that can carry the workload, rebar, and fresh concrete. Starting with Metaldeck's non-reusable / fixed supporting (angle & anchor) design which is quite difficult to apply in the field, it has an impact on increasing time and increasing the cost of work. So the engineering team has the innovation of replacing non-reusable / fixed supporting material (angle & anchor) with reusable material (angle & drop hollow). Cost analysis is sought by calculating the RAB (Cost Budget Plan) using the unit price analysis used by the DKI Jakarta Government and how efficient the time gained. Based on the results of calculations and interviews with relevant experts on the project, the implementation of temporary supporting work costs was carried out using a non-reusable method of Rp.3,211,000,000.00. As for the implementation of the reusable method of Rp.649,916,800. There is a difference in cost between the non-reusable and reusable methods of Rp. 2,561,083,200.00. Where to implement the temporary supporting reusable method is cheaper than using the non-reusable initial method. Then in terms of installation time, the temporary supporting using the non-reusable method was 520 days while for the reusable method it was 260 days. There is a difference between the non-reusable and 260-day reusable methods. The results obtained that the use of Welded Angle & Drop Hollow as Temporary Supporting is more effective and efficient than using the initial Non-reusable method.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency is a Regency in West Java Province with a population of ± 3,500,023 Million People (Statistics Indonesia, 2017). Jl. Raya Karang Satria - Bekasi Regency is access to the main road to the city border, besides that access to residential locations, schools, which makes vehicle traffic especially during rush hour more congested by the activities on the side of the road such as the ups and downs of passengers from public transportation, as well as vehicles that stop causing long vehicle queues and can reduce travel time. To get primary data that is by surveying traffic volumes, geometric conditions, and environmental conditions. While secondary data obtained by searching using internet media. The analysis data used is guided by the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method (MKJI 1997). With this method, the capacity, degree of saturation, delay, and service level at the intersection can be known. From the results of the study obtained the largest degree of saturation (DS) value of 0.95 pcu / hour means that the value exceeds that required by MKJI (1997) which is <0.75 from the result of the average intersection delay (D intersection) of the largest 17 sec / pcu. This shows that the level of intersection C service is unstable flow because it has limited speed and movement and therefore it is necessary to review the level of intersection service. And researchers provide an alternative to improve the performance of these unsignalized intersections by changing FRSU from 0.98 to 1 and prohibiting right-turn traffic from both Major D to Minor C and from Minor C to Major B and removing side obstacles. For the road section, the highest degree of saturation (DS) value is obtained 0.74. This shows that the level of segment service is not stable. So an alternative is done to improve the level of segment performance by removing the original side obstacle factor of 0.86 to 1 on each arm.

Abstract

The application of Odd-Even policies on the Bekasi West Toll door to unravel the volume of traffic on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, with the hope that motorists can use public transportation provided by the government so that they can also decipher the volume of traffic flow within the city. Bekasi itself, especially in the main intersections in the city. The method used for collecting data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken through direct observation in the real field. Primary data consists of vehicle volume data and actual conditions of intersections such as side barriers. Secondary data is data on road size, road conditions and completeness, and population. Furthermore, for this study, the calculation method used the reference available in the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). From the results of the analysis, the performance of long swamp signal intersections at maximum currents has Level Of Service (LOS) or level F service intersection (very bad) as a result of high delay values usually indicate long cycle times and high vehicle ratios. Solutions that can be obtained are implementing regulations that have been adjusted to the conditions of the intersection, removing side barriers that often occur in each approach, widening the road in one approach and rearranging the cycle time at the intersection
