Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of the discipline character of fourth grade students in online learning at SD Negeri Tamansari 03, Tlogowungu District. This research method is qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the problems in this study are due to changes in the pattern of education from being face-to-face at school to learning at home online. This indirectly restores the function of parents as the main foundation of character education for students, so it is very important the role of parents in accompanying children to study online at home so that appropriate disciplined characters are needed according to student needs. Of the 10 fourth grade students at SD Negeri Tamansari 03, Tlogowungu District, 6 students applied permissive discipline, 4 students applied democratic discipline, and fourth grade students did not apply authoritarian discipline. Based on the results of the research, suggestions that can be conveyed are that students are expected to be able to establish competent relationships with teachers such as being on time in collecting assignments, following from the beginning to the end of online learning by applying the right discipline according to student needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning outcomes of interactive multimedia-based mathematics through online learning. This type of research is phenomenological qualitative research, starting from paying attention and examining the focus of the phenomenon to be studied, looking at various subjective aspects of object behavior. Then carry out data mining by interviewing the object or informant and making direct observations. The research method used is descriptive. The results of the Mathematics Learning Analysis from practice questions about data collection and presentation materials using Interactive Multimedia in Online Learning at SD Negeri Trangkil 01 Pati showed that it had been carried out well and achieved an increase of 2%, initially the practice of learning questions 1 had an average value of 90 with very good criteria. In the practice of learning questions 2 the average value is 92.7 with very good criteria. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire analysis of mathematics learning outcomes in online learning for fifth grade students at SDN Trangkil 01 Pati, there were 29 respondents who were filled out by students. By using interactive multimedia based on videos from YouTube, students become easy and fun in online learning.

Abstract

From the context of the research on Upin and Ipin, there are many influences, starting from the moral message that educates students so that they are able to imitate the language contained in the film, namely Malay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the character values in Upin and Ipin's film Ikhlas from the heart. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive method. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data presentation technique is presented in tabular form. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it was found that the character values in each scene of the Upin and Ipin film were found. The character values found in Upin and Ipin's film "Ikhlas Dari Hati" include hard work, social care, curiosity, creativity, respect for achievement and communicative/friendly. The teacher can also explain the positive and negative impacts when watching the film and provide guidance on what character values can be imitated by students to practice the value of character education in everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the use of song media in thematic learning on language skills at SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of research data came from students and teachers of class IV. The data used in the study were fourth grade teacher interviews and student interviews. Data obtained from observation, interviews, giving questionnaires to students and documentation. The analytical method used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research analysis are the song media in thematic learning is used during the core learning activities. As long as the media song is played, students feel happy, interested, and enthusiastic. So that the use of song media can improve students' language skills. This is shown by the results of interviews with teachers and students. This statement is reinforced by the results of student questionnaires showing that 88% of the use of song media on language skills can be seen from the students' ability to increase vocabulary. The results obtained through a questionnaire on the use of song media in thematic learning on language skills were 24 respondents who were filled by students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe improving the learning outcomes of mathematics learning outcomes in the fourth grade elementary school graders through the Talking Stick learning model assisted by Geoboard media. This research is a quantitative research with Pre-Experiment Designs in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. This research was carried out in the fourth grade of SDN 01 Tambirejo, Grobogan Regency in the 2020/2021 academic year during September 2021. The sampling technique used the Probability Sampling technique, so that the fourth grade consisted of 20 students as the experimental class and the fourth grade consisted of 20 students as the control class. The data from this research are in the form of student learning outcomes obtained by using pretest-posttest questions. Based on the research data, the average value of the experimental class (pretest) was 69.3 students who achieved 60% completeness and the average score (posttest) was 75.7 students who achieved 100% completeness. the increase of students in achieving completeness is 40%. From the research data = 9,669 while = 2.042 (dk = 38). Thus > (9,669 > 2.042). This means that the Talking Stick model with the help of Geoboard media is effective on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Parental attention is needed in improving student learning outcomes, for this reason this study aims to find out whether parental attention can improve student learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive quantitative with convenience sampling. There are two variables in this study, the independent variable is parental attention, and the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. This research was carried out in one of the Manado Junior High Schools. Respondents amounted to 64 students. The results obtained in this study are as follows: The level of parental attention is at a good level, the level of student learning outcomes is at a good level and the relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes is P = .092. The result is that there is no significant relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes. Suggestions to parents of students that the attention given by parents should be increased. For parents to increase the attention that must be given to children and realize that student success cannot be separated from their attention. For students, it is expected that learning outcomes will be improved in order to get better results.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the application of the interactive model on the science learning outcomes of V class UPT SPF SD Inpres Barombong III Kota Makassar City. The population in this research, namely class VA and VB consisted of 48 students and the samples in this research were all students of class VA SD Inpres Barombong III Kota Makassar city, which consisted of 24 students, the total number of samples used 24 students with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used students’ activity observation sheets, tests and questionnaires. As well as data collection techniques, namely observation sheets, tests, and questionnaires. The results of this research by using descriptive statistical analysis, the average value of the interactive model was 82 in the good category and the value of science learning outcomes was 82.29 in the category. Inferential statistical analysis, the results of the normality test Pretest 0.97 and Posttest 203 > 0.05, the homogeneity test result was 408 > 0.05 (homogeneous), the results of the hypothesis test showed the value of sig 0.00 with criteria Sig (0.00) > a (0.05).

Abstract

Critical thinking skill is one of 21st century vital skills that should be mastered by students to face global challenges. Unfortunately, critical thinking skills possessed by many students are still not well developed. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Cooperative Script learning model to improve critical thinking skills of grade VI students at SDN Panglegur 2 Pamekasan. The research used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting activities. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in the average score of students' critical thinking skills. The average score on the initial test was 60.65 or it was included in the category of sufficient critical thinking; the average score in the 1st cycle was 67.91 or it was still in the sufficient category; and in the 2nd cycle rose to 74.52 or in the good category. At the end of the 2nd cycle, as many as 17.39% of students reached the category of very good critical thinking skills. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Cooperative Script learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the use of youtube as a learning medium at SDN Jatingaleh 02 Semarang for 4th class. Which is descriptive for the teachers. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, student questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects are teachers and students at 4th class. The results are: 1) planning and choosing videos before teaching, 2) implementation by displaying and sharing by WA’s group. This learning process requires the teachers designing activities and providing interesting objectives. The conclusion of youtube as a learning medium can give positive impact for students, by stimulating, can to make the students comfortable, can increase students motivation, focusing, insight, and knowledge.

Abstract

Online learning is learning that in its application utilizes various digital technology sources through internet network access without involving direct interaction so that it is able to cover a wider group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of online learning and the effect of online learning problems on students' learning motivation. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the problem of online learning is incomplete student attendance. unsupported networks, lack of online learning facilities and infrastructure, teachers find it difficult to get feedback from students. The effect of online learning problems on learning motivation, learning motivation has decreased when online learning is 22% of students who like online learning and 78% of students prefer face-to-face learning.
