Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that requires strategy and treatment. One of the treatments is by administering pharmacological therapies such as herbal therapies. In this study, herbal therapies that can be used as an alternative are instant Rosella juice. Rosella has vitamin C and coarse fiber which is beneficial to lower blood sugar content. The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of vitamin C, crude fiber and the receiving power of Rosella juice (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) as an alternative to diabetes mellitus health drink sufferer. This research is purely experimental research with complete randomized draft research design. In the study conducted a test of vitamin C and coarse fiber by comparison of the proportion of instant Rosella and water (1:25, 1:50 and 1:75). To see the juice received the Hedonic test by involving 25 panelists. Based on the research results the highest content of vitamin C Rosella is 0,03%/300 mg and the highest crude fiber is 23,45 g. One way Anova analysis says that there is a proportion to the influence of vitamin C (p=0,009) and there is an influence of proportion to Crude fiber content (p = 0,000). Friedman's analysis of the receiving power is (color (p = 0,000), aroma (p = 0,000), consistency (p = 0,000), and flavor (P = 0,000)) which means there is a rosella juice influence on the receiving power of the juice. The receiving power of rosella juice that is preferred by panelist both in terms of color, aroma, consistency and flavor is on P2. In patients with diabetes mellitus can consume Rosella juice as much as 625 ml/day with vitamin C content of 25 mg.

Abstract

Syifa Medika Banjarbaru General Hospital has not yet used an assesment form for the nerv room in hospitalization. Due to the absence of a medical record committee who design the patient assessment form. The purpose of an assessment form design in inpatients nerve room is to support the the accreditation and data completeness data and at Syifa Medika Banjarbaru General Hospital. This research uses a descriptive methode with 4 respondents consist of doctors, nurses, and heads of medical records. Based on the results of this research conducted by interviewing neurologist, head nurse, chairman room nurse coordinator, and head of medical records. The conclusions of this research are aspects that exist in the inpatient assessment form at the nerve room, namely physical aspects, anatomical aspects, and content aspects, designing nerve assessment forms and medical nursing assessments for Syifa Medika General Hospital Banjarbaru.

Abstract

INA-CBG’s is an abbreviation for Indonesia Case-Base Group is an application that uses the hospital to make a claim to the government. Completeness of the contents of the patient file file is very important because in the medical record information contains certain diagnosis. Based on the results of a survey conducted by researchers obtained 70% incomplete primary action diagnostic file and 60% incomplete secondary action diagnostic file and no tariffs increase. This study aims to determine the Influence of diagnosis of actions in Childbirth Cases based on ICD-9CM against CBGs-INA rates on JKN Patients. This research uses analytical method with Chi-square test. The population in this study were all JKN patient files in childbirth cases at Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital in January-March 2018 of 186 patients., which uses a calculation Slovin, sample taken as many as 127 files using purposive sampling. Based on the results of bivariate analysis obtained there was an influence between the completeness file of the diagnosis of primary and secondary action against INA- CBGs rates on JKN patiens.

Abstract

Health workers in Indonesia's primary health care use electronic references on the P-care application. Referral is the large number of sufferers who come to the unit through referrals from the government, health workers, police and law. This study uses an electronic reference P-Care in 35 Primary Health Care in Makassar City. This research was a cross sectional analytic study using an online questionnaire instrument that was distributed to 46 Primary Health Care, and 35 questionnaires were filled out. Result, related gender with cost of applying the value of p = 0.39, related the age aspect with cost of applying with a value of p = 0.59, the level of education p = 0.92 and years of service p = 0.6. relationship between sex, age, level of education and years of service with changes or developments using electronic P-Care referrals at the Puskesmas. After conducting statistical tests using the chi-square, it was found that for gender to significant changes in the value of p = 0.01, the age aspect of significant changes with a value of p = 0.88, the level of education towards significant changes with a value of p = 0.42 and years of service to significant changes with a value of p = 0.60.

Abstract

Healthy Eating Index was known as Indeks Gizi Seimbang in Indonesia. Healthy Eating Index is a measure of the suitability of subject consumption to the recommended meal portion from the Balanced Nutrition Guidelines. If the subject IGS score approaches the maximum number, this indicates a good quality of the subject food consumption and in accordance with the recommended Balanced Nutrition Guidelines. This study was aimed to determine the relationship of balanced nutritional index with nutritional status at adolescent women in SMK Kota Bekasi. This study was an observational analytic study by cross sectional design. The subject of this study was women adolescent with the age between 14-18 years old. This study was located in SMKN 2 Kota Bekasi, SMKN 3 Kota Bekasi, SMKN 5 Kota Bekasi, SMKS Bina Karya Mandiri, and SMKS Bina Husada Mandiri. Data collected by interview using FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire) then examined by chi square test. The percentage of food consumption quality with the bad category was 55% and with the very good category was only 6%. The conclusion of this study is there is no relationship between healthy eating index with the nutritional status of women adolescent. But there is a relationship between healthy eating index of the vegetables component with the nutritional status of women adolescent.

Abstract

Anxiety is a symptom of unclear concerns, this is related to feelings of uncertainty and helplessness. One therapy for reducing anxiety levels is distraction techniques by listening to music (classical). The classical music has shown the lowest effect on the heart so it can reduce anxiety levels. Clients who has appendic’s surgery, often there is an increase in blood pressure, pulse and body temperature as many as 36 clients who are always changing due to anxiety causing a delay in the operation that will be undertaken. This study was conducted to determine the effect of audiotory distraction techniques on the level of anxiety of preoperative appendixitis clients. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi experimental design, one group pre-post test design. This research was conducted in Raden Mattaher General Hospital Jambi, the sample in this study were clients who would undergo appendic surgery as many as 20 people with accidental sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data was processed and analyzed by the dependent T statistical test. The results of statistical tests showed that the average level of anxiety before (pre) was 2.60 and the average level of anxiety after (post) 1.60 with p-value 0.000, meaning that the audiotype distraction technique affected the decrease in anxiety level of preoperative appendixitis clients

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short from his age. The results of the Basic Health Research in 2018 showed the prevalence of stunting reaching 30.8%. Based on the results of Monitoring the Nutritional Status in 2017 in the province of South Kalimantan the prevalence of stunting was 34.2%. This prevalence rate has increased compared to the 2016 results of 31.1% while the WHO limit is <20%. Efforts to overcome nutritional deficiencies that occur in toddler need the Supplementary Feeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the macro nutrient content of biscuits with catfish flour and soy flour formulations. This research is an experimental research with a completely randomized design with 4 formulations and 3 replications. The dependent variable in this study is the content of macro nutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat), while the independent variables, namely the formulation of wheat flour, soy flour, catfish flour. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis of variance analysis (one way ANOVA). The results showed the highest average carbohydrate content in the P0 formulation (control), namely 57.65%, the highest protein content in P3 formulation (25% catfish flour: 5% soy flour), which was 11.33%, while the highest fat content in P2 formulation(20% catfish flour: 10% soy flour), which is 19.65%. Based on statistical tests, it is proven that there are differences in the macro nutrients content (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) of biscuits to catfish flour and soy flour formulations. The best biscuit formulation in terms of macro nutrient content to stunting prevention efforts is P3 formulation (25% catfish flour: 5% soy flour).

Abstract

Fever is a condition where there is an increase in temperature up to 38°C or more. Whereas when the body temperature of more than 40°C is called high fever. Fever can affect anyone, children to adulthood. Fever provides an uncomfortable body feeling effect, so very often infants affected by their fever are usually fussy. The first handling of fever in children can be pharmacological therapy and non- pharmacological therapy. The research design used is analytic survey with Cross section approach, with population of 58 respondents. Sampling technique with Accidental Sampling, 32 respondents. The analysis technique using Chi-square test. Based on the results of the study of 32 respondents obtained less knowledge of 13 people (40.6%), who have a negative attitude 17 people (53.1%). Chi-square test result showed that there was a correlation between knowledge with mother attitude on first handling of fever with value ρ (0,000) <α (0,05). The results of this study are expected to be an input for health workers in following up health services on the first handling of fever in children.
