Abstract

Public Health Center is unity functional organization that organizes health effort that is comprehensive, integrated, equitable acceptable and affordable by the community with the active participation of communities and use the results of the development of science and appropriate technology, at a cost that can be borne by the government and the wider community in order to achieve optimal health status, without neglecting the quality of services to individuals. Public Health Center should Recording and Reporting System of Integrated Health Centers each month to the Banjar District Health Office. When examined in the feed back SP2TP, it turns out there are incomplete and late reporting Recording and Reporting System of Integrated Health Centers (SP2TP). This study aims to determine Tardiness And Incompleteness Recording System And Unified ReportIng Public Health Center In Banjar District Public Health Center In 2016. This study uses an analytical method Correlation Reseach design. This study was conducted to 23 public health centers in Banjar District Health Office by statistik test. The results on several variables by using the chi-square shows that there’s no correlation of the numbers of workers management administration and infrastructure with tardiness and incompleteness recording system and unified reporting public health center in Banjar District Public Health Center In 2016

Abstract

Hepatitis B disease is liver cells inflammation or infection that caused by the hepatitis B virus. This can be acute or chronic and categorized as the most dangerous liver disease compared to other liver diseasebecause, hepatitis Bis a disease shows less obvious symptoms, it only shows a drops of yellow color on the eyes and the skin and followedby lethargic body. Hepatitis B virus can be found in the body fluids, such as blood, saliva, feces, urine, sperm, and vaginal fluid. In epidemiology,hepatitis B virus can be transmitted in two ways, vertically and horizontally. The disease can be detectedthrough an examination of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) which is a surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus. This research is aimed to know the factors that influence the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) reactive in maternity at the Hospital TK. III Dr. R Soeharsono Banjarmasin in 2017. This research use analytic methods in labour. Based on the results of the statistical tests on several variables by using the chi square, it showed that the age obtained a value of p is 0.003, the behavior obtained the value of p is 0.001, the job obtained on the value of p is 0,016, and the environment obtained value of p is 0.001 which can be concluded that these four variables have an effect on the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive. Therefore, it is expected for the mother in order to reduce the use of sharp objects, household appliances simultaneously and it is expected for them to get the vaccine or treatment for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive.

Abstract

Catfish (Pangasius hypophtalmus) is a high source of protein, but it also contains unsaturated fatty acids, and various vitamins and minerals that the body needs. However, the processing can lower nutrient content, including the protein and fat contents. This research aims to analyzing differences of protein and fat contents of catfish (Pangasius hypophtalmus) are processed in fried, grilled and boiled. This research is a quantitative research design completely randomized design with 4 treatments, 1 control and 3 treatments. Testing for protein content using the Kjeldahl method and to test the fat content using the Soxhlet. Statistical analysis using One way ANOVA. Based on statistical analysis found there are difference in protein levels p = 0.004 and fat levels p = 0,000 in catfish (Pangasius hypophtalmus) are processed in fried, grilled and boiled. To obtain the levels of protein and fat content, it can be selected either by boiling cooking techniques.

Abstract

Inpatient daily census is the number of inpatient at a health care facility at any given time starting at 00:01 until 24.00 each day. In practice involving nurses and medical record officer. However, there were limited data accuracy daily inpatient census at the Hospital for Special Surgery Siaga Banjarmasin such differences initial data on patients with the remaining patients the day before. Inaccuracies in charging daily census affects the quality of information produced hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the data on the daily inpatient census at the Hospital for Special Surgery Siaga Banjarmasin. This research is descriptive. As a research population is daily inpatient census VIP classes, I, II, and III in January 2013 as many as 124 sheets. The samples used in this study is saturated sampling as many as 124 sheets. Data was collected through interviews and observation. The results of 124 samples of known Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) daily inpatient census at the Hospital for Special Surgery Standby Banjarmasin still using the old procedures and there has been no revision in 2013, the implementation of the inpatient daily census there are many inaccuracies in filling the remaining number of patients a day prior to the initial patients by nurses, and the rest of the room there are many inaccuracies in the rest of the patients and 53,5% of patients beginning with the criteria quite well. Recapitulation of the inpatient daily census is 46.46% with the criteria quite well.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of the health service obtained after the patient compares it to what he or she expects. The positive impact of clinical service quality indicators in the medical record section on patient satisfaction shows the level of perfection of patient satisfaction. Health is causing complacency in each patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the application of Clinical Service Quality Indicators in the Medical Records Section to Patient Satisfaction at Puskesmas Gambut. This research method uses a cross-sectional study. The results of this study obtained the achievement of clinical service quality indicators, namely the accuracy of patient identification is mostly in accordance with the standards of 42 documents medical record (84%) and the provision of < 10 minutes mostly according to the standard of 44 documents medical record (88%). The achievement of patient satisfaction is mostly very satisfied as many as 30 patients (60%). There is an effect of applying clinical service quality indicators (1. Precision patient identification, 2. Provision of documents less than 10 minutes) in the medical record section of patient satisfaction, namely the accuracy of patient identification of asimp. Sig 0.000 and the provision of < 10 minutes asimp. Sig 0.000.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the pulmonary infectious diseases become a global threat, given the number of occurrences of cases, especially in Indonesia as one of the countries included in the 22 countries with major problems of tuberculosis disease (high-burden countries). Besides being the source of transmitting, one of the factors that can also affect the occurrence of pulmonary TB disease is the house physical environment (such as ventilation, natural lighting, flooring, and density of residential house) that does not qualify as a healthy home. Including the type of observational research with cross sectional study design. The target population is the population in West Java and the household members aged 15 years and above who became suspected pulmonary TB patients were successfully recorded/interviewed in Riskesdas 2013. There are some physical house environment variables significantly associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB in West Java that is the kitchen ventilation variable with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 1160, family room ventilation variable with OR 1.122, badroom natural lighting variable with OR 1148, and kitchen natural lighting variable with OR 1124. By knowing the variables that have a significant relationship to the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis so that people can pay more attention the efforts to improve the house physical environment into a better house.

Abstract

Workload is the number of types of work that must be completed by professional health workers in 1 (one) year in one health service facility. Planning for Human Resources (HR) needs can be done by calculating using the ABK Kes method. The medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru has 6 officers, consisting of 3 counter 1 officer and 3 counter 2 officers. All medical record unit officers often have other jobs. This causes the workload of the officers to be more. This study aimed to determine the workload and needs of Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru. This research used a descriptive method. The results and conclusions of this study were the workload in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method was overloaded, meaning the workload was high. The need for Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit of the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the ABK Kes method was 7 people, meaning that the Human Resources (HR) was still lacking, especially at counter 2 requiring the addition of 1 officer.

Abstract

Inactive Medical Record is a medical record document that reaches for 5 years and never used to visit health service. Often the storage of inactive medical records is not properly managed. Many inactive medical record documents are stored and stacked on the floor because of insufficient shelf capacity.The purpose of this study is to understand the management of inactive medical records In ulin banjarmasin hospitals.The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive.The study subjects were inactive medical record storage officer, which consisted of a medical record head and two storage officers. Storage of inactive medical records is on the 6th floor and active medical records are on the 2nd floor, outpatient and inpatient are combined, on retention of inactive medical records are not stored in the form of microfilm and disk but stored in books and computer. In medical record room, there is no room temperature control, there is no humidity control room, and light arrangement of room using lamp. Maintenance of the record room cleaning inactive medical record storage is done by cleaning service, on the exchange of air through the door. There is no maintenance of the inactive medical record file, such as hygiene, air exchange and medical record control. In today's inactive medical record storage still uses a centralized system and an active medical record file using a decentralized system. The requirements of inactive medical record storage room on temperature control, storage shelves and humidity of the room do not use air conditioner. And there is no control on the maintenance of inactive medical records files such as cleanliness, air exchange.

Abstract

Teenage girls in Pondok Pesantren Rasydiyah Khalidiyah Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara contained 21.42% of young women who go on a diet to gain weight , maintain weight 18.57% and 57.14% who lose weight posture is not too fat even there thin based on measurement results using the body mass index according to age (BMI / U) . This study aims to determine the correlation of dietary attitudes and knowledge of weight loss diet on the nutritional status of teenage girls in Pondok Pesantren Rasydiyah Khalidiyah Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara . This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional design , the population is young women who totaled 272 people, sample in this study as many as 162 respondents with propotionate stratified random sampling technique . The analysis was performed by descriptive and statistical tests using Chi-Square . The results obtained there is a correlation between attitudes weight loss diet of the nutritional status of young women with p value <0.05 is 0.034 . Teenage girls with unfavorable attitudes diet weight loss diet as much as 90.6% of normal nutritional status . There is a correlation between knowledge of diet and nutritional status of teenage girls with p value <0.05 is 0.029 . The knowledge of diet high at 89.1% of normal nutritional status.

Abstract

Background of the study: At the age of 10 and over, 71,2% of children experience dental caries. The prevalence of active caries in Kota Banjarmasin is 65%. While in Puskesmas (Public health service) Kelayan Timur working area, 389 cases of dental caries found. Additionaly, the governement through Kemen-Kes RI (Indonesian Health Ministry) tergeting Indonesian society to be free from dental caries by 2030. Some factors influencing dental caries are dental health awareness and attitudes namely time and frequency of brushing teeth, cariogenic foods, and the method of brushing teeth. Purpose of the study: this study is aimed to reveal the correlation between knowledge factors as well as dental health attitudes and dental caries status. Methods: This is an anlytical study utilizing cross sectional. The sample of the study is students of MIN 1 Kota Banjarmasin in 2018 with the total of 53, taken by means of perposive sampling. Statistical testing used is chi-square with 95% of reliance degree. Result of the study: The result shows that there are correlations between dental health knowledge p-value 0,004, time and frequency of brushing teeth p-value 0,002, cariogenic foods p-value 0,018, as well as teeth brush method p-value 0,015 and dental caries occasion in MIN 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Conclusion: The dental caries status is affected by dental health knowledge and attitudes.
