Abstract

Advantages of a technology requires the media to support the process of understanding. Methods that can be used to store or receive data remotely by usinga tool called RFID tags or transponders. One methodthat can be used by officers of the library is still in a process of semi-computer to the process of borrowingbooks in the library. Though the process already usethe technology is there, but officers still commit twicethe work. The constraints of the process due to still use big book for data pribadi will borrow books raharja, who later data will be transferred to a computer by using micsrosoft excel. To overcome the various problems as described above, can be done by usingadditional technology to support the activities of the loaning library using RFID. Then needed a quick and efficient process to resolve problems that occur above.The current process of borrowing and pemindahan data are still semi-computer.

Abstract

Progress of technology and its developed is going so rapidly nowadays and it provide big affect on human life, some of them were education and daily life. Due to its development we also know the other form of calendar which is in digital form that we usually found in gadgets such as handphone or tablets and surely it is portable. Rinfo which is an email supporting facilities for the needs of Raharja College may help Pribadi Raharja in coordination and communication about task and/or event. Rinfo has some applications that integrated with Rinfo itself, such as RinfoGroup, RinfoSites, RinfoDocs, RinfoDrive, RinfoH and RinfoCal. RinfoCal is an calendar application that can be use as schedule time reminder application and it will send any reminder not only to one person but some or couple persons. RinfoCal may sent an pop-up notification or email notification. This paper will discuss about what is RinfoCal, how to use it, what’s the purpose of using RinfoCal, benefit of RinfoCal and so on. But, instead of its benefit, there are also some shortages including many people who using Rinfo doesn’t get the benefit of RinfoCal because they just pretending that RinfoCal is just an usual calendar. This paper also present six problems from conventional reminder that will solved by RinfoCal fews are just doing reminders only once at a time or just remembering only one person, a mind mapping to simplify the analyze of problem and make the best solution, eight literature reviews that had been done to help analyzing problems of research.

As the development of mobile technology which is not only used as telephone and text messages, but also can be used as a devices for controlling a safe. Such as a smarthphone that contained the computer’s features. So, the technology can be controlled remotely and according to what the user wants. Abstract

The system supplies the right stuff and fit is important for College field in terms of the preparation of Perguruan Tinggi Raharja and loaning stuff on the computer systems Laboratory (Lab. Digital). Lab. Digital Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is used to perform testing, scientific research, education, practice and research. Lab. Digital is equipped with the tools needed to support the activities that are carried out so that the need for the process of recording of inventory of existing equipment in the Lab. sk. this process it is important to monitor or monitor the condition of the existing equipment. The process of recording data inventory equipment Lab. Digital still performed manually has some drawbacks, namely in terms of storage and retrieval. If the goods supplied on Lab. Digital not groomed properly then the goods will be lost and many are not well maintained, in this regard are also not recorded properly on the Lab. SK Perguruan Tinggi Raharja would suffer losses as a result of monitoring the preparation did not go well. This has been the rationale of how making an inventory system so ease Perguruan Tinggi Raharja for monitoring data collection, monitoring of loan items of goods and the creation of reports in the Lab. Abstract

PT Indonesia Stanley Electric is a company founded to meet the needs of vehicle lighting equipment 2 wheel and 4 wheel PT ISE start molding and light industry preferred the lighting equipment of motor vehicles, and the next stage is planning the manufacture of electronic komponoen motor vehicle. Stanley company headquartered in Japan until now PT ISE has 34 branch companies in several countries outside of Japan. Stanley Company in Indonesia is a subsidiary branch to 24, which is named PT Indonesia Stanley Electric (PT ISE). PT Indonesia Stanley Electric is located at Jl. BhumiMas 1 No. Cikupamas Industrial Area 17, where the company is using the Rolling Door as a means of exit and entry of Forklift who still use manual systems and for operation by pressing the open or close button made by a another operator to operate Rolling Door. Smartphones with Android operating system more widely available in the market at a more affordable price. Android operating system itself is open source operating system that can be modified according to user needs. The control system uses the Android-based smartphone is used to control the Rolling Door from a certain distance without having to interact directly with the Rolling Door. In this study, a prototype device Rolling Door control system automatically uses the Android-based Smartphone controls associated with the program of the microcontroller ATMega8 implanted using the Bluetooth network. In a mechanical system that is functioning there is a DC motor to drive the Rolling Door, the system switches to use proximity switches to determine the stopping point of the system. For electronic systems use 12 volt dc relay circuit, and using bluetooth module HC-05. With this system the user can operate the tool to open and close the Rolling Door via Smartphone, in addition to be used as a means of communication but also used as a device that is communicated to control a hardware device.

Abstract

Activities attendance of participants in a learning institution is generally done every meeting in order to determine whether students are sick , license , negligent , or late for any class. Then, the data will be entered into the data absentee participant, the participant data include NIP, Name, Class.. Attendance data on the participants learning institution can be used as an assessment to the level of discipline on each participant. It also serves to obtain attendance data summary for each participant at the end of the meeting. Attendance data of pre-existing participants can not meet the needs of the user at the time of charging participants for attendance officers are still using manual attendance register. Attendance manually participants will encounter some problems such as easily wear away, difficulty in data retrieval and slow time in the data processing is considered a need for change in a computerized system so that the information obtained are more accurate. It is because the system uses a database, where the data is stored in an integrated way. Construction of the system by using web yii framework has advantages which are small data size, the Security Concern framework to anticipate and put up a shield against the various security issues that may arise.

Abstract

A student can make the payment of tuition fees by bank transfer mechanism and only takes a few seconds to send money from one account to another account. But sometimes the payment of tuition fees is not always through the transfer, there is also the payment must come to the checkout or cashier. At this time information technology has become more advanced, the activity came to the counter and make payment by way of queuing is an activity that is uncomfortable and a waste of time. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja payment systems still use manual way is to make payments directly to the cashier in this case LKM (Layanan Keuangan Mahasiswa), and often long queues at the deadline for payment. It is necessary for the proper solution of an information system in addressing the queue. This research is to design and create an information system that aims to help parse avoid long queues at the time of payment in the LKM. The design study began on the process of data collection, analysis of the problem, designing a program using the PHP language (Hypertext Prepocessor), MySQL database with prototype research methods. Results from this study in the form of a monitoring system that can monitor the movement queuing number of students so that when the queue no longer need to stand in front of the LKM, students can perform other activities and only occasionally see on the display the number the number of students queued.

Abstract

Blogs are a popular way to share personal journals, discuss matters of public opinion, pursue collaborative conversations, and aggregate content on similar topics. Blogs can be also used to disseminate new content and novel ideas to communities of interest. In this paper we present about the use of blogging in spreading rumors. Most blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message to each other through widgets on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites. Topical content such as news and political commentary spreads quickly by the hour and then quickly disappears, while non-topical content such as music and entertainment propagates slowly over a much long period of time

Abstract

The development of visual communication media at this time is very helpful in supporting information and communication. But often presented visual communication media are less effective and appropriate. While so many universities in Indonesia, the increasingly fierce competition in attracting new students. Media Visual Communication can be applied to college in introducing or raising the image and popularity or promote and provide information to prospective students. In essence, in this case the effectiveness of media campaigns assessed in spreading information, influence or persuade prospective students and new student to join the university. The method used by the questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of implemented that have been implemented such as brochures, banners, posters, billboards, catalogs, paper bag, flyers and merchandise. In conclusion, this article specifically assess visual communication media from case studies in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja considered effective and consistent contribution.. This study found a great opportunity to improve the promotion of additional digital marketing media campaign called the college through the stages resulting in some visual communication media that can be received by the target audience. Abstract

Information service system currently has penetrated into the various elements one of which is college. Information service system has grown significantly with the increasing needs of customers for information. Of these needs we are required to always move forward and follow the development of information technology. However, the information service system ROOSTER there are some shortcomings that must be corrected to be the subject of research. Among the problems that there is a level of satisfaction of service performance Rooster. ROOSTER ("Role Online Ticketing System Raharja") is an information service by using the "online ticket" that the system is provided as a further container to accommodate question obtained operators iDuHelp!. This research data derived from questionnaires online (iSur) to the 20 respondents who had made at Rooster ticket. From the questionnaire online (iSur) concluded that the service Rooster effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction and trust are factors that affect the customer's intention to re-use the Rooster. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a strong influence to re-use the Rooster.
