Abstract

Penerapan Information technology (IT) dalam sistem kerja oleh berbagai jenis organisasi secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, mencapai tujuan dan sasaran, dan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Namun demikian tidak semua organisasi yang telah memanfaatkan IT dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai permasalahan diantaranya: 1) adanya penolakan dan resistensi oleh kalangan internal perusahaan, 2) masih terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai dan kompeten dibidang IT dan IT governance, 3) belum adanya blue print penerapan IT secara menyeluruh, belum diterapkannya IT governance, dan berbagai permasalahan yang lainnya. Akar permasalahannya adalah para manajer dan pemimpin organisasi belum memahami dan belum menerapkan prinsip-prinsip IT governance dengan baik dalam penerapan IT pada sistem kerja organisasi. Untuk itu artikel ini memuat dan menjelaskan konsep, tujuan, pilar kritis dan prinsip penerapan IT governance, strategi pengembangan dan implementasi program IT secara efektif untuk meningkatkan peranan IT terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Melalui pembahasan ini para pemimpin perusahaan diharapkan termotivasi untuk menerapkan IT governance secara baik untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The Agency of Human Rights Research and Development as the unit echelon 1 were under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights carry out research and development of human rights. In his duties often requires a human rights event data quickly and accurately. Submission of information on human rights is too long because of too many islands in Indonesia causing become longer to handling in human rights cases. This is because the process is still manual in documenting cases of human rights with form a team to be lowered to the area. The cost to take the data be very large because the data and the information is scattered in various provinces in Indonesia. On the other hand the data and information of human rights is something that is vulnerable, then the access to such information should be restricted to certain parties only. To overcome this must build web based system. The method used is the waterfall. Data storage using MySQL as a database server that generates 6 tables. This information systems provide access to users to perform information management of human rights through the provision and dissemination of human rights information and do the validation and publication of information on human rights that have been granted.

Abstract

A weather monitoring station that is simple and able to take the data of weather conditions parameters can be used to determine the local weather conditions at a point place. The process of data transmission between monitoring station weather conditions can be done by utilizing a wireless communication (wireless) network or the Internet. using DHT11 sensor, BMP180 and LDR to measure weather parameters, among which temperature, humidity, light intensity, air pressure and altitude. With Prototype research methods can provide ideas for the maker and potential users on how the system will function in full shape. The concept of Embedded Systems is growing very rapidly with the number of devices that carry the concept. Embedded System is a computer system with a specific purpose, which is entirely incorporated into the device you want to control. One development tool that brings this concept is Arduino Yun. Arduino that has been equipped with an Atheros AR9331 support for troubleshooting Ethernet networks. In Atheros AR9331 processor has been equipped with Linino OS (based on OpenWRT Linux) to assist in data communications in WiFi or Wire. Embedded systems Yun Arduino microcontroller can be connected with a local WiFi network. With its ability Arduino Yun can send output to the internet via social networks like Facebook. Through Temboo can easily send outputs on Facebook, using Facebook Library which had been prepared by a special Temboo for Arduino Yun and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). The result is a prototype weather station that can be viewed directly on Facebook as a status within one hour.

Abstract

Information service system currently has penetrated into the various elements one of which is college. Information service system has grown significantly with the increasing needs of customers for information. Of these needs we are required to always move forward and follow the development of information technology. However, the information service system ROOSTER there are some shortcomings that must be corrected to be the subject of research. Among the problems that there is a level of satisfaction of service performance Rooster. ROOSTER ("Role Online Ticketing System Raharja") is an information service by using the "online ticket" that the system is provided as a further container to accommodate question obtained operators iDuHelp!. This research data derived from questionnaires online (iSur) to the 20 respondents who had made at Rooster ticket. From the questionnaire online (iSur) concluded that the service Rooster effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction and trust are factors that affect the customer's intention to re-use the Rooster. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a strong influence to re-use the Rooster.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penunjang sekolah menuju perubahan yang lebih maju adalah sebuah kritik dan saran yang membangun dari para siswa/i. Kritik dan saran dianggap begitu penting bagi sekolah sehingga sekolah membuatkan sebuah pelayanan kritik dan saran melalui sebuah pengukuran tingkat kepuasan siswa menggunakan isian lembar kuisioner. Pentingnya pengelolaan sistem pengukuran kepuasan siswa ini dikelola dengan baik diharapkan dapatmemberikan sebuah acuan setiap tahunnya untuk terus meningkat dalam pelayanan. Pembuatan laporan hasil isian kuisioner yang menggunakan sistem manual dengan bantuan Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel sehingga tidak jarang kesalahan terjadi (human error) dalam pelaksanaan pembuatan laporan yang dilakukan oleh tata usaha, serta memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mencetak sebuah laporan dikarenakan tata usaha diharuskan untuk melihat seluruh jawaban siswa satu per satu tanpa ada yang boleh dilewatkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penulis merancang sebuah sistem pengukuran kepuasan siswa yangterkomputerisasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang keputusan, atas solsi ini diharapkan tata usaha menjadi lebih mudah dalam melakukan pembuatan laporan hasil isian kuisioner. Metodelogi yang peneliti gunakan dengan membuat sebuah sistem pengukuran kepuasan siswa berbasis web yang bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Menggunakan model perancangan UML, serta MySQL digunakan sebagai penyimpanan database yang dapat memudahkan tata usaha dalam membuatkan laporan hasil isian kuisioner dan juga berfungsi sebagai media penyimpanan arsip jawaban dari kuisioner kepuasan siswa, dengan demikian sistem akan mampu menjadi solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi. Abstract

The rapid growth of artificial intelligence in higher education creates new op- portunities to make learning factory environments more adaptive, data-informed, and aligned with industrial practice. This study examines how the integration of educational data analytics and intelligent tutoring systems supports smarter learning factory models that connect theoretical instruction with hands-on indus- trial training. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 180 higher education students participating in AI-supported learning factory sessions. Log data on learning interactions, performance metrics, and system- generated feedback were analyzed using statistical modeling to test the effects of AI-driven interventions on learning outcomes. The results show that ed- ucational data analytics significantly increases the adaptability of instructional content, enabling the intelligent tutoring system to personalize learning paths in real time based on individual performance profiles. Students who engaged with AI-based tutoring reported higher learning engagement and achieved better problem-solving scores and stronger retention of practical concepts than those in conventional learning factory settings. These findings indicate that combining educational data analytics with intelligent tutoring systems improves both the efficiency and effectiveness of learning factory models by enabling continuous feedback loops, dynamic adjustment of learning tasks, and learner-centered in- struction. The study concludes that AI-driven, data-informed learning factories can play a strategic role in preparing students with industry-relevant compe- tences and offers practical implications for educational technologists and insti- tutions designing next-generation education technology solutions.
