Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The type and source of data in this study is qualitative data using secondary data, namely by making observations or observations and documentation in the form of records of production costs needed for calculating the cost of production and calculating the selling price for expenses in 2021. The research method used in this study This is a qualitative method by analyzing by collecting data and the results describe how Lambe Cake applies the cost plus pricing method in setting selling prices through observation and document analysis at Lambe Cake in Palembang City. The calculation of the cost of production is something that needs to be considered in determining the selling price of a product. Calculation of the right and accurate cost of production is something that needs to be done by every company, because without a precise and accurate calculation of the cost of production, the manufacturing company concerned will experience problems in determining the selling price of a product. The costs incurred in the production process will be used as the basis for determining the selling price and usually the company will add the desired profit percentage. One method of determining the selling price, in which all costs or full total costs are added to the profit percentage expected by the company is called the Cost Plus Pricing method. The cost of production in industrial companies consists of raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. In this research conducted at Lambe Cake, Bengkulu City. Lambemu here still uses calculations based on ordinary calculations according to the seller himself and does not take into account the costs associated with non-production. So it has a difference between ordinary calculations and calculations using the cost plus pricing method. By using cost plus pricing, determining the selling price becomes more accurate and precise.

Abstract

The new variant of COVID-19, namely the delta variant, has made the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) pandemic continue. Government policies that are still implementing Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) have resulted in several business actors and employees experiencing a decline and even losing their income during the Covid-19 pandemic. The issuance of the POJK is an anticipatory and follow-up measure against a potential decrease in the debtor's capacity to pay debts to the bank. As a form of this anticipatory and follow-up effort, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) extended the term of the bank credit restructuring policy from March 2022 to March 2023. Credit restructuring is an effort to improve credit activities for debtors who have the potential to experience difficulties in fulfilling their obligations. If the term of the credit/financing restructuring agreement expires before March 31, 2023, then the credit/financing can be determined as having the quality of Current to. end of the term of the restructuring agreement. Credit restructuring will indeed maintain the quality of banking assets. This is because restructured loans will automatically run smoothly. However, the restructuring costs will add to the bank's burden and could disrupt bank capital and liquidity. Based on the results of the analysis, the capital and liquidity levels of Commercial Banks, Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK), and Rural Banks are still adequate and very good, This can be seen from the great value of the CAR and LDR ratio amid increasing credit risk and decreasing profitability in line with economic activity who have not recovered as a result of the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid - 19 stimulus policy, credit restructuring, capital, liquidity, banking and Rural Banks

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance on Green Banking Disclosure in bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. Corporate governance plays acrucial role in ensuring transparency and accountability within companies, as well as supporting their efforts inimplementing sustainable and responsible business practices towards the environment. In this study, CorporateGovernance is measured through three variables: Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, andInstitutional Ownership. The Board of Commissioners is considered as one of the institutions responsible for decisionmakingwithin the company. The number of board members is an important indicator in this research, as a larger boardsize allows for diverse perspectives and expertise to be applied in the decision-making process. Additionally,Independent Commissioners are also a significant factor in maintaining the independence and integrity of thecompany's oversight. In this study, the proportion of Independent Commissioners compared to the total number ofcommissioners is used as a measure of their presence and independence. Institutional Ownership is another variable ofinterest in this research. Institutional ownership reflects the participation and involvement of financial institutions andinstitutional investors in the ownership of company shares. The percentage of institutional ownership in relation to thetotal outstanding shares is measured to gain insights into the extent of financial institutions' role in decision-makingand oversight within the company. Green Banking Disclosure is the main focus of this study. Green Bankingencompasses banking practices that prioritize environmental sustainability. Green Banking Disclosure is measuredusing the Green Banking Disclosure Index (GBDI), which covers various aspects such as environmental riskmanagement, sustainable financing, and other environmental initiatives. To test the relationship between thesevariables, the researcher employs multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study consists of 96observations, involving 32 banking companies each year. The data is analyzed using the Statistical Package for SocialSciences (SPSS) software to generate generalizable findings. The results of this study indicate that the Board ofCommissioners has a significant positive influence on Green Banking Disclosure in banking companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. This suggests that a stronger composition and role of theBoard of Commissioners in decision-making lead to higher levels of disclosure of environmentally friendly businesspractices. However, the study did not find a significant relationship between Independent Commissioners and GreenBanking Disclosure, and it found that Institutional Ownership has a significant negative influence on Green BankingDisclosure. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the importance of the role and composition of CorporateGovernance in promoting the disclosure of sustainable business practices in banking companies in Indonesia. Keywords: Board of Commissioners; Independent Commissioners; Institutional Ownership; Green Banking Disclosure

Abstract

The long history of cooperatives that existed in the pre-independence era required cooperatives to always make formulas in the form of standard rules that were systematically compiled by the government and other authorities so that cooperatives could continue to play a role in building the nation's economy which has been reflected in the identity of cooperatives. Cooperative identity is reflected in three approaches, namely the essentialist approach, the institutional approach and the nominalist approach. The identity of a cooperative is actually a complex conceptual arrangement so that if the identity of a cooperative is properly implemented, a true cooperative will run according to its main corridor, namely the welfare of its members and society. Governance systems or devices known as Good Corporate Governance according to The Organization Cooperation and Development (OCD) consist of principles and characteristics that can be used as a whole (universal) consisting of culture, environmental differences and systems of laws and regulations and values -values that exist and apply in a country. Based on several studies, the researchers concluded that this crisis occurred due to a failure in implementing good corporate governance. However, there is one solution in alleviating the economic crisis, in which there is a role for the people to help each other and work together in creating a sovereign economy. which complement each other. This cannot be separated because the identity of cooperatives has become a characteristic of cooperatives from the times when ideas about cooperatives have developed and spread throughout the world.
