Abstract

At the Integrated Agricultural Vocational High School in Riau Province, there are many problems faced by students in the process of learning mathematics, including the lack of motivation to learn, students are less active in learning activities, students have difficulty mastering the material, and students' basic mathematical abilities are low, so this will also affect student learning outcomes. The results of the author's observations as a teacher in Class XII APHP 1 found that most students had difficulty solving math problems, so this had an effect on student learning outcomes that were not optimal. Researchers think that a learning model is needed that can activate students during teaching and learning activities. The learning model that is expected to encourage activeness, independence and responsibility in students is the NHT cooperative learning model. Through the application of the NHT type cooperative learning model, it is hoped that it can increase the learning activity of class XII APHP 1 students so that student learning outcomes will also increase.

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidikan adalah suatu kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan yang berupa proses pengelolaan usaha kerja sama sekelompok manusia yang tergabung dalam organisasi pendidikan, untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Tujuan dari literature review adalah untuk mereview bagaimana implementasi manajemen pendidikan dalam meningkatkan karakter peserta didik. Metode: Literatur review dilakukan berdasarkan issue, metodologi, persamaan dan proposal penelitian lanjutan. Dari 5 penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Populasinya adalah peserta didik yang masih mengenyam pendidikan baik dalam jenjang SD, SMP maupun SMA/SMK. Hasil: Berdasarkan 5 penelitian didapatkan bahwa dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen pendidikan karakter terdapat faktor pendukung dan mengalami hambatan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk selalu berupaya mengembangkan proses pembelajaran agar mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dampak positif perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan yakni guru dan peserta didik dimudahkan dalam membuat produk hasil belajar dengan menggunakan aplikasi. Pemanfaatan aplikasi dalam pembuatan tugas, dinilai lebih efektif dan efisien karena gawai termasuk benda yang tidak asing lagi bagi peserta didik. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai media yang dapat digunakan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yakni aplikasi canva. Canva merupakan aplikasi program desain yang menawarkan berbagai fitur menarik yang dapat digunakan guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Mengembangkan media aplikasi canva pada materi teks anekdot dengan memvisualkan teks menjadi sebuah poster digital. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ini merupakan bentuk implementasi dari pengembangan media pembelajaran teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membahas kegiatan proses pembelajaran dari 1) Tahap perencanaan; 2) Tahap pelaksanaan; 3) Tahap evaluasi. Simpulan hasil penelitian penerapan media aplikasi canva pada materi teks anekdot kelas X SMK Harapan Bersama Kota Tegal lebih efektif dan efisien membantu peserta didik membuat tugas hasil belajar berupa poster digital

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of collaboration between three educational centers, namely the family, school and community, in fostering students. Multicultural education in Indonesia is a solution to overcome existing diversity, with the aim of advancing the nation. Education has a crucial role in shaping the character of students, but it does not only occur in the formal education system (schools), but also involves the family and community environment. In this study, the library research method was used to analyze literature relevant to the problem under study. The results of the study show that the family, school and community have an important role in children's education. The family as the first environment provides the basis of education, while the school facilitates the development of children. The community environment shapes individual attitudes and values. Cooperation between families, schools and communities is needed in children's education. Parents need to be involved in home education, teachers need to understand children's backgrounds, and the school environment needs to support individual development.

Abstract

The Green School Project (GSP) is a program that was initiated based on monitoring and mutual awareness of the success of experiences in overcoming the many environmental problems that occur in schools. Starting from the discomfort of the school community because the conditions and atmosphere of the school are spacious but look rather hot and dry; rubbish scattered at almost all points in the school area, and the habit of eating unhealthy food in certain packages. However, several activities were conducted as the effective solutions when all school residents take the concrete action together consistently through GSP program. This is a study case of 163 students of the total 200 students of SMP Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe. The data was collected by observation, interview, and survey. This study intended to evaluate whether the GSP program has been effectively affected to improve our students awareness, carin,g and loving to the school cleanliness and health. As a result, the good habits coordinated by the GSP Team of Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe school are successfully build the character of students who care more about the school environment. The green, clean and healthy condition of the school today were considered as the great contribution of all school managements, teachers and parents as role models in order to achieve the targets for behavior change of the students of Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe School who become more loving a green, clean and healthy school environment.
